Negative experience: Don't waste your time like they waisted mine very unprofessional. They chose not to do their due diligence got to my appointment early filled out all forms online for them to let me know they didn't verify my insurance now here I am waiting over 1 he just for them to verify it. I'm so pissed because in their text to me telling me if I am 15 minutes late I will have to reschedule. But they don't care about anyone's time this must stop with these places!

But the staff was incredibly patient, gentle, and professional. They worked quickly and carefully so much so that he didn’t even need to be numbed! It was amazing to see how well they handled everything, making my son feel calm and comfortable the entire time. You can really tell they know how to work with children. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and skilled pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: This place is extremely new to me. We were referred here by a previous dental place and I am glad we were recommended! The facility is neat and the whole staff is sweet and very informative! My son was compliant and Dental cleaning and xrays were a breeze. There's magic in the air here and I even told Dr. Langha! Fantastic experience: This was a very pleasant experience and procedure through and through. My nine year old had several cavities. DR GILL was so attentive and proactive, and explaining what was required and needed to be done. On the day of surgery, she took more time to reassure and explain the process as her team did as well. The procedure went well quite well and my child Woke up to a wonderful nursing team and had a great experience overall. He loved his icy treat. He was given after the treatment at the hospital. His recovery time was very short within 24 to 48 hours and there were no side effects. Thank you so much, DR GILL for such a wonderful team, office and surgery experience!

Fantastic experience: Her teeth look amazing, she was back to normal around 3:45pm after surgery. The next day she was back to eating her normal meals. She never gave me any indications of pain so we only used the pain medications prescribed the day of surgery and the morning after, just for precaution. Her porcelain looks even and fit her mouth perfectly, you can only see the silver caps if shes laying down with her mouth open, super grateful.

Fantastic experience: Our visit with Dr. Gill was exceptional! Initially we tried doing the in office procedure with Dr. Chen and let's just say I'm very thankful that didn't work out. Chen was not comfortable working with my child for unknown reasons which for a Mama set me back with said clinic. (She even charged our Medicaid for work that was never completed) However, after lots of prayers we reached back out to the clinic for Dr. Gill to complete the much needed procedure. Dr Gill made our toddler comfortable and performed the work needed with a breeze at Texas Children's! I highly recommend Dr. Gill if you are needing comprehensive work done and your child asleep through it.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is very particular about who she allows to touch her face. Throughout the whole experience, my daughter was perfectly treated and happy as it could be. I believe the experience led to her recovery time being overnight instead of the length of time I was expecting. She never complained about pain and the staff followed up quite a few times to make sure she was doing well. I wish I could give more than five stars

Negative experience: if you want to be lied to and scammed out of your money, this is the dentist office for you! My son has special needs, so I am very careful about my insurance benefits and going to in-network providers. I got this office from a list from my dental insurance plan (cigna), called their office and verified they were in-network before making the appointment, I also called my insurance and verified before going. We had been to a previous dentist who wanted 1k for dental work so I wanted a second opinion, like a conscious consumer I guess. We go to the appointment, get some x-rays, and confirm he's going to need crowns for cavities. I go into the business office and explain our financial situation, again verifying we're in network, and Sandra in the business office seemed sympathetic. The surgery was scheduled for March 5th, this appointment was February. fast forward to February 25th, I get a call randomly from this office demanding almost 3k in dental bills for my child's care by Friday. Obviously I'm appalled, that's a lot of money! Sandra the business office manager continues to argue with me, tries not to send me the receipt, and when I tell her it's done wrong (X rays are covered in our plan, they charged us for them) she argued with me cause she has "15 years of experience." Then proceeds the worst week of my life, calling my insurance, figuring out this office lied to me, they tried to work with this office, get the billing codes right because I have some out of network benefits, and Sandra refused to budge. She has no empathy, and I genuinely think this office is a scam. Because (1) their own paperwork says they need payment on or before day of service, she didn't need to call me and demand double my rent and bi-weekly paycheck with a 4 day deadline. (2) she didn't bill several codes correctly and refused to work with me or my insurance. (3) demanding CASH or credit ONLY. State of Texas law says a dentist can bill you up to 2 years. Whatever contract they have with Care Credit must be really good cause they shove that service down your throat. Anyways I'm glad we got away from this predatory scam office, and I will be reporting them to the Texas Dental board for lying to me and my insurance. Unprofessional, no empathy, scam office staff.

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff was extremely helpful when it came to switching providers with our insurance. Nurses and staff were comforting and kind, explaining every process in detail. They made sure to make everything a relaxed and quick experience for the child. They were able to diagnose the issue in one day and set up an appointment as soon as possible to fix said issue. After treatment they kept up with my child's recovery. Overall this dentist facility has been one of the best if not the best to treat children.

Fantastic experience: Dental Clinics of Texas is a good hospital with the best care services. Before and after surgery all of them are taken care of. My baby really like the staff and doctors in here. They talked cheerfully and helped my child not be afraid when having his tooth extraction. I appreciate the enthusiasm of the Doctor.

Fantastic experience: It was a really great visit and what I liked the most was the new way the doctor used to treat my son's teeth. He treated my son without putting him to sleep and also my son did not feel any pain and was happy all the time.

Positive experience: The girl in the front has a very bad attitude and a bad customer service. Everyone inside was nice. The girl was making faces and sounds. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I asked for an estimate and she couldn’t help me, we needed the treatment asap because it is an infection and they only have availability after 3 weeks.

Negative experience: Front desk receptionist is extremely rude!!!! We were referred to this office for a special procedure. We were so upset about dealing with the rude receptionist that we left the office without receiving treatment or being seen by the doctor. After leaving I called and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor she claimed they were busy and would call back. After not receiving that call for a couple hours, I decided to call myself and realized she blocked my number. If you don’t like children, do not work at a dentist office that treats children it is very simple. I cannot understand how someone like this can be put in a position where they are the first impression for patients. From what I’ve seen on other reviews, this person is extremely problematic and is giving the office a bad reputation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Langha was attentive and empathetic. My daughter had multiple cavities and was gentle and kind to her. When he saw the distress and fear she had towards laughing gas and needles he suggested general anesthesia which would be performed at Texas children’s hospital. This was definitely the best way for my daughter and the nurses and doctors were patient and understanding. My daughter had no complications and no traumatic memories thanks to the understanding of all involved.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff and how comfortable they made my daughter feel (and her worried parents) with having dental surgery. I was given a full explanation of all steps and reasons behind them from day one until surgery and provided followup calls etc post surgery. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time and I was referred to Dr Yunus Langha and his staff just PERFECT. My daughter is 2 years old and always fussy (which is normal) from the time we arrived I was pleasantly pleased and so was my daughter. They made her feel so comfortable, gave her the top notch attention and I believe we have found her a new dentist home. I don’t care where Dr Langha is at I’m definitely following. Fantastic experience: Thank Dental Clinics of Texas! The Dr. did an amazing job on my 5 yr old. He put a crown without having to numb it. Which was great because my kid doesn’t do well with needles and was able to put a cap in her front teeth all in one day! Thank you again! My daughter can take beautiful pictures again

Fantastic experience: Awesome job to the dentist Dr. Edward Rugama who performed a dental procedure on my 5year old daughter . He was very patient, gentle and completed the job successfully. I would say overall it was 2-4 day healing process . But my daughter experienced NO PAIN afterwards. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Visited this clinic in two different occasions to treat my 5 years old cavities . First doctor wanted to do tooth extractions and a lot of crowns . She wanted to put my baby to sleep and I refused then another male doctor offered a different treatment but it still it consist of crowns and extractions . I went to A&M dental and the doctor there only had to do cleaning and some fillings . No extractions or crowns needed . My kid has a beautiful smile now. Just about money here I feel. Good luck to everyone going there

Fantastic experience: Folks at this clinic are very polite from the front desk to the dentist. My 2-year-old had his two front teeth extracted. Everything went very smoothly and pain-free. My son did not cry from the time the numbing solution was being injected to the actual extraction. Highly recommended clinic

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience on 7/18/24 with Gill, Hareeti R, DDS. My child had oral surgery with more than 4 extractions/spacers… The Team at Dental Clinics communicated very well with scheduling, updates and follow ups. The staff called the evening of, the following day and 2 times after checking to see if I had any concerns. Dr. Gill, the anesthesiologist, RN’s and Staff made my child feel comfortable. Dr. Gill made sure to meet us (guardians) and reviewed the plan of care for our child, which also relieved my anxiety. The whole team relieved me of being anxious and provided freeze pops to my child after surgery. I would recommend Dr. Gill. I appreciate Dr. Gill’s care and her work. I am very thankful for the entire team for making this experience less scary.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to express my gratitude to the doctors and staff. My 2 year old underwent oral surgery which required him to receive general anesthesia. I was a nervous wreck and extremely scared. The staff was very reassuring and thorough in explaining the procedure. After he was discharged, they sent follow up text to check on him and they have also called a few times. I’ve never experienced that type of diligence before. They make sure to answer all questions and concerns. I was very happy and I felt like my baby really mattered to them. My son has made a full recovery.Thank you all again! I’m eternally grateful

Fantastic experience: Dr langha was absolutely amazing! Told me what to expect both pre op and post op. Pre op he reviewed everything he thought needed to be done before and said it could change once they re did X-rays. Post up he came and reviewed everything he did and went over post op instructions. He is absolutely amazing and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone whose child needs dental work done!
