Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Burch Dental! The hygienist was fantastic and made everything comfortable, and the dentist was kind, thorough, and professional. Really appreciate the great care, would recommend!

Fantastic experience: We felt so welcomed and cared for from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. The Front desk associate was so kind. Our hygienist Alisha was so informative and gentle. Our dentist Benjamin Kloess was so nice and listened to all of our concerns. Even billing was so so kind and helpful. This place is great.

Negative experience: Removed 5 star post. This organization is trying to gain cash for services that are not needed. In addition, if you do not accept additional charges, the office does not perform standard cleaning services. This has been reported to the ADA and State of Illinois Attorney Generals Office. All appointments cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Burch Dental is amazing. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re receiving the best possible care. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m so glad I found them and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Everyone & I mean everyone was so nice & kind. From the moment I walked in to the the time I left. Awesome group of people & the place was very nice & clean. She changed gloves,that was big to me because one office worked on my mouth she went from answering her personal phone to the computer and back in my mouth.So big thumbs up to my visit.

Negative experience: I really liked them at first, they seemed so nice. Unfortunately, they charged me two late fees for a service my insurance didn't cover -- despite them saying it would be covered. I did ask to be sure, and I was assured that it would be covered. I received no voicemails, nor any emails about this issue. I was told they would not remove both of these late fees. Oh well, I definitely cannot recommend them anymore.

My hygienist, Alison, explained every step she was doing so I wasn’t confused. She cleaned my teeth super well and was very kind. Encouraging him touch everything, making sure he was comfortable. On our way out the receptionist gave him the sweetest goody bag for his first visit. Great experience start to finish

Fantastic experience: I've struggled to put into words how awesome the entire group at Burch Dental is, and that's why it's taken me so long to leave them a review. As a kid, I experienced a lot of trauma with dentists. This grew into a deep fear over the years. I would, no exaggeration, have panic attacks even just thinking of going to the dentist. After my son had one bad experience with a local dental collab, I asked friends for a recommendation, and Burch was mentioned most often of all. I saw how professional, and especially how kind and gentle, they were with my kids at every visit. They explained every step and reassured my kids that their feelings and voices mattered during their visits. That's what lead me to also trust them with my first appointment in over 10 years. That was over 3 years ago, and since then, they have been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and patient with me. They have never once talked down to me or made me feel like a child. They validated my feelings and experiences, and helped me work through them so that I now have better dental health than I've had most of my life. I now not only no longer fear going to the dentist, but look forward to catching up with everyone there. I cannot recommend them enough. They've literally changed my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. ❤️

Negative experience: After speaking with 2 different ladies asking how much my visit would cost with my insurance, I Went for my 2nd appointment today. They had told me my cost would be$$ unless I needed a gum treatment again, which they wouldn't know until they see me( understood) but I could still get the cleaning and schedule another appointment for the treatment. Due to insurance coverage and out of pocket costs, once I was seen for my cleaning x-rays and treatment recommendation, I asked again what the cost would be for the treatments necessary for my care. I didn't have the extra$600 to pay on the spot, When I needed to consider my financial obligations, having to get financing through their finance company, to complete an application, ( paying half and making payments wasn't an option) was told I had to do all services today or none of them. Then they told me the finance questions and application was taking to long so I would have to reschedule because the hygienist had another appointment coming in. REALLY? I had to take off work as the early morning appointment times are not an option for me. They would not consider rescheduling the next appointment coming in. So basically if you don't have bottomless pockets they don't have the time to explain costs for care and don't have time for you, very upset at the degree of un professionalism and lack of empathy the way that was handled and presented to me. I will not be back!! I'm sure it won't make a difference to them as I'm just getting established with them. Worst customer experience ever. If you have bottomless pockets, and don't ask questions then this is the place for you. But PLEASE be sure to ask all the questions!! Shame on them for giving all misinformation and then just dismissing a new client.

Fantastic experience: I went to Burch Dental in Machesney Park recently after having not been to a dentist in about 12 years. I got a deep cleaning done and then came back a week later and got 3 cavities drilled out and filled. I am beyond happy with my experience! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly sweet and helpful. They are very proficient at working with insurance and go over cost before anything is done. The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle, and Dr. Kloess did great work! He paid extra attention to my bite and making sure my fillings weren't too bulky. I felt very comfortable the entire time. It's been a very good experience. I have another appointment scheduled for March and I feel good about going in again.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting extensive dental work done, with Dr Cassaro. Long process but so worth it. Dr Cassaro it great. I would not have made it through this without his assistant Ashley, she was there every step of the way, so reassuring - felt like my own personal cheerleader. Highly recommend!!!

He actually suggested procedure/way of doing my issue that I had actually thought would be the best solution before he confirmed it. Everyone was very pleasant and none judgemental. Dental care/work is a very personal issue and how you are treated leading up to treatment, your initial evaluation is a very important. Everyone here made me feel comfortable with an uncomfortable, painful and somewhat embarrassing dental issue.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Burch after a horrendous experience with a previous dentist. Ever since coming to Burch I have had a completely different view towards my dental health. Not only is every staff member polite and knowledgeable, but they also are patient. That is something you rarely find. Dr. Cassaro has helped me so much with my dental anxiety. Enough so I recommended family to come to Burch as well. He never makes me feel rushed, and I truly believe he cares about every patient he has. Overall if anyone is wondering if they should come to Burch, I highly suggest it. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my smile!

Fantastic experience: The new office is very nice. The hygienists are very professional and do most of the work. The dentist stops in at the end of the exam and takes care of procedures when needed. I had a few hygienists who were a little rough but most are good and friendly. I did have a problem where a crown did not fit properly. They redid it three times and it was still not perfect. The dentist tinkers with it at each appointment. The change is my bite eventually broke a filling in the tooth above it. They replaced the filling and it seems to be getting better.

After our very first visit I knew this was going to be our dental version of home.
