Negative experience: Used to be 5 stars because they were good at their job, but then they charged us money for missing an appointment because I suddenly got sick when we could've just drove over in 5 minutes Absolutely rude to my mom too. My daughter called White Crown Dental, and they were able to get me in ASAP! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sokol was very understanding of my need to be seen ASAP. He helped with my issue and explained how to help heal the area where the tooth was extracted. He even had me schedule a follow-up visit to make sure everything was healing properly. I moved away from the area and he’s still the only dentist I’ll go to. When I’m in town, he’s who I come see. I would recommend him to anyone. Even if you’re out of network, he will work with you for payment plans and is super transparent about everything and will take the time to educate you. You can tell he’s super passionate about what he does and that’s hard to find. Not only an amazing dentist but a great person. Fantastic experience: Had my first visit today. Dr. Sobol is extremely thorough, gave me a complete explanation and understanding of my oral health and hygiene. I’ve been to several dentists and I think I found my new dental family. I was greeted by front office and staff with smiles, compassion and understanding. Everyone is super sweet in the office. After x-rays and cleaning, they provided me with a little hygiene kit to take home which was a small bonus. Dr Sobol was gentle, which I appreciate so much! He took time to talk to me about my concerns and addressed several things to help me in keeping my teeth at it’s best health, I’ve never had a dentist who took the time and effort to sit with me and explain things which was different from my previous experiences at other dental offices. This is very important and will be bringing my entire family back here. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sobol was able to see me the same morning I called to schedule an appointment to remove a permanent retainer that had dislodged the night before. The appointment was quick and painless. He genuinely has the best bedside manner of all of the dentists I have seen over the years. His staff is just as fantastic. Even though I normally have a strong gag reflux with dental impressions or x-rays, Maria was able to take impressions of my lower teeth for an invisible retainer without me coming remotely close to gagging. Less than a week after the first appointment, I came back to get my retainer. Dr. Sobol took the time to make sure that the retainer fit perfectly and even made some modifications on the spot to ensure a comfortable fit. Throughout the whole process, he was forthcoming and answered all of my questions. I will be leaving the dental office I have been going to for about 7 years to see Dr. Sobol for the remainder of my dental needs. UPDATE 7/22/2020: I came back a bit over a month ago to have Dr. Sobol repair five old fillings and his service as before was superb. I was hesitant to have an appointment during Covid-19, but Dr. Sobol's safety protocols put me at ease, which included having only one patient in the office and everyone being in masks. He repaired all five of my fillings in a time efficient manner and I was not at any point in any pain. I will return to Dr. Sobol for further cleanings and any other dental hygiene needs. UPDATE 9/14/2025: I have continued and will continue to see Dr. Sobol for all of my dental needs. He always cleans my teeth thoroughly making sure that I am happy with the result. He recently did a fantastic job fitting me for new Invisalign retainers using a camera wand to take all the necessary measurements digitally rather than making impressions with those God awful trays that would need to be put in your mouth and would always make me gag. I appreciate all the things he does to make going to the dentist a very nice, dare I say even a relaxing, experience.

He always explained what needed to be done and what the next steps were when they were necessary. My dental health is primarily preventive and I couldn't ask for more. Great staff and friendly. Positive experience: I don’t enjoy having to revise my original review, but I feel it’s necessary. During my first visit with Dr. Sobol, I was impressed. He diagnosed the issue left by my previous dentist and laid out a clear plan: extract the failed tooth, then replace it with an implant and crown. The extraction went smoothly, but I immediately developed sensitivity in the tooth behind it. Despite multiple follow-up visits, sleepless nights, and no clear answers on X-rays, the pain continued. Months later, the issue was discovered — an infection in the neighboring tooth due to another failed root canal from my old dentist. Dr. Sobol suggested a few temporary solutions, but after researching, I decided the best long-term option was extraction and implant. I informed him of my decision, and while he agreed, his attitude shifted. Instead of moving forward with the treatment plan he originally proposed, he told me to see a specialist, essentially passing me off to another dentist for the exact same work I expected him to complete. What added to my disappointment was the inconsistency: for months, I was told the extraction site wasn’t ready for an implant, yet suddenly, once I was being referred elsewhere, I was told it was ready. While I understand the original complications weren’t his fault, I feel misled. I had trusted that Dr. Sobol would see me through the process, only to be left seeking another dentist and now facing nearly $10,000 in dental work. This dental office was truly a godsend! After enduring a grueling year of dental work at a previous office that seemed more focused on money than patient care—not to mention their incompetence—I knew I had to find a better provider. I carefully researched local dentists and came across Dr. Sobol's office, White Crown Dental From the moment I booked my appointment, I was met with a friendly, professional, and caring staff. Understandably, I was hesitant after my past experience, but that changed once I met Dr. Sobol. Upon examining my teeth and assessing the botched work from my previous dentist, he immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and expertise. Dr. Sobol took the time to lay out a clear plan to fix the issues, and at no point did I feel like he was more interested in money than my well-being. Having been to many dental offices throughout my life, I can confidently say this is the best one I’ve ever visited. Fantastic experience: I recommend White Canyon Dental, it’s an excellent experience that goes far and beyond than a patient visit. Starting from the reception ladies Aritzi and all of them were super welcoming and friendly and professional at all levels and being very kind as a human being what we miss to hear and feel nowadays. My doctor was Dr. Aviel Gaft and he was extremely helpful and professional, explaining clearly everything I needed. I also can say he went far and beyond with being an outstanding doctor at all levels. I have been having problems finding a good dental clinic but this one is the best that I ever been in 20 years in Santa Clarita. Fantastic experience: I went to white crown dental for a second opinion and Dr. Gaft and Dr. Sobol both treated me with the upmost kindness and ethics. They took the time to explain everything I needed and why I needed them and they answered every question and concern I had. I ended up getting the work I needed done with them and let me tell you it was an amazing decision. Every filling and crown they did feels amazing and natural. I had no pain or sensitivity afterward. Fantastic experience: I’m a very shy and anxious person so coming here for the first time was very nerve wracking. The receptionist Zoe was very nice and welcoming. Jonathan the dental assistant was very helpful, reassuring and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My dentist Dr.Gaft was very careful with me and always asked me if I was ok as he was doing my cleaning and would also try to explain to the best of his abilities about my treatment. On my momma I would recommend coming here !

Fantastic experience: I was moved almost cryed at first i checked their rating and Crown Dental recieved a 5 star , i wondered if that was true and as soon as Zoey the receptionist welcomed me and i promptly went in on time i was more than delighted i felt like the earth turned into heaven and i forgot about all the evil in the world . Fantastic experience: First time here today and I'm pretty sure I found my new spot! it's always nerve wracking going somewhere new your first time especially somewhere that requires medical care for yourself. I have mild anxiety with dental but this place made me feel at ease. I was really impressed the office was clean and organized the front girls were super friendly! I got complimented right when I walked in from them! I felt very welcomed from everyone I met. I had a really nice dental assistant who made me feel comfortable and checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout. My cleaning went smoothly my teeth feel so fresh! Dr. Gaft is extremely professional and friendly, I appreciated everything he told me what was going on and what he suggest for my next steps I never felt pressured or rushed, it's nice to have a dentist who understands and hears you out someone whose not all about the money and someone willing to show and explain plans. I highly recommend this office so far. I also love the name of the place, creative. I'm so glad I found them!!
