Fantastic experience: I was referred the Alliance Endodontics from my primary dentist to determine if I would need a root canal or not. It was determined I would need one. From the time I entered the office until the time I left everyone was extremely gracious, friendly, and helpful. Crystal was the dental assistant who helped Dr. Webber during the process. Everything went extremely well. Both Dr. Webber and Crystal provided updates conveyed in percentage of completion which I found helpful. When they say “painless” that is exactly what they mean. In my lifetime I’ve had several needles stuck in various parts of my anatomy. I will say the mouth is probably one of the most sensitive. When they administered the numbing agents via needle, I truly felt almost nothing. Post procedure both Dr. Webber and Crystal spoke with me and gave me easy to understand instructions as well as providing me feedback on how the procedure went. Today, which is Saturday I received a text from Dr. Webber checking in to see how I was doing. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced that level of care. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing endodontic treatment. Truly above and beyond!! Thanks!! Brian

Fantastic experience: I hate having dental work done but this was the best procedure I can ever remember when it comes to my teeth. Dr. Tutwiler and Allie were amazing!! No one ever looks forward to having a root canal, but they made the process and procedure absolutely pain free. Fantastic experience: I was so amazed at the work of Dr. Webber and his assistant Kylee! This was my first ever root canal and honestly did not know what to expect! As they started the procedure, both showed great care and gentleness. They also explained every step while doing their work which brought ease to my mind! Fantastic experience: From the moment I was referred to Alliance Endodontics, the entire process was smooth thanks to their courteous and professional staff. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to get me in right away. Morgan, the assistant working with me, asked detailed questions about my pain, listened attentively to my concerns, and walked me through each diagnostic test, explaining every step with care. Dr. Tutwiler provided the same level of attention. After confirming that a root canal was necessary, they offered to perform the procedure immediately or let me reschedule, making the experience very convenient. During the procedure, they made sure I was fully numb, checking multiple times to ensure my comfort. Afterward, they clearly explained the aftercare instructions and provided the needed medication, along with an additional prescription if necessary. The next day, Dr. Tutwiler personally called to follow up and make sure everything felt right. Overall, the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I don’t leave many reviews, but this one was well deserved. I’ve now had two root canals performed by Alliance, one with Dr. Lackovic and the most recent by Dr. Webber, and the experience both times was incredible. The staff is incredibly friendly, they’ve been on-time for each of the appointments, and the procedures themselves were fast and smooth. I had no discomfort or pain during either procedure, they both went fast, and the work done was amazing. To add to that, in both cases I’d had a dental emergency that caused significant pain (one was a cracked tooth, the other was a standard crown procedure performed by another dentist that went awry), and in both cases they got me in incredibly fast. Where other offices I called were several weeks out at the earliest, for the first incident Alliance got me in two days later, and for the second it was just under a week later. A far cry faster than anywhere else, which never feels more important than when you’re in pain. Two important things that I think are worth mentioning, since I’ve never experienced it with another Dentist or Dental Surgeon: 1) They actually used a dental dam during the procedure to catch any dust or debris caused by the procedure. While this was a small detail I didn’t think much of during the procedure itself, the difference afterwards when I wasn’t dealing with the taste, gritty texture in my mouth, or stray piece of tooth was huge. Especially after returning to a dentist that doesn’t use them, I really appreciate that small touch/attention to detail in hindsight. 2) The day after each root canal the Doctor that performed the procedure reached out by text to make sure I was doing ok. Unlike an automated text that might make you feel like they care in the moment until you realize it was just a computer, I was able to text back with any issues I was having and actually get a quick, thorough, real response, even after hours. It can be particularly hard to find doctors and professionals these days who genuinely make you feel like they actually care, rather than you just being another number getting pushed through the mill, but this really drove that home. I could continue to ramble on, but I think I’ve gotten the big points across here. When I’ve had dental emergencies arise that required more than the typical dentist could accommodate, I’ve made a point of going out of my way to come back to Alliance. While you may be able to find a comparable place if you really looked hard enough, I can’t imagine how you could find a better one. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a root canal with Dr. Tutwiler and I could not have expected better results. The doctor and his assistant made sure I was absolutely numb so the root canal was pain free. They performed fast and made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. Anytime I have need for a specialist or know someone who is in need, this is 100% where I will go/recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was very nervous for a double root canal on her two front teeth. (She’s 11). AND i was very nervous for the cost associated with that. The staff at AE were very clear about pricing - there were no surprises. And when I needed a bit more time before the appointment or something came up, I’ve never had a more pleasant experience with dealing with them on the phone. No grief. No shame. Plus, they were just wonderfully kind!!! the ladies in the front welcome everyone with care and warmth. They felt more like friends than front desk! (I dealt with the brunette in the center! I wish I had gotten her name) At the appointment, Ali answered every question, made my daughter incredibly comfortable, and had STELLAR customer care! Not only was she sweet and knowledgeable, but she had cozy blankets on stand by - and laughed at my jokes lol Dr T walked me and my daughter through every single step he was doing - and answered every question. We felt very cared for, valued, and safe. I wish I could have them as my regular dentist. Somehow they turn a “bad day at the dentist” into a good day. I wouldn’t recommend any other specialist more than I do AE! Top to bottom, every step, every interaction, 10/10.

Fantastic experience: i had one of my tooths (unfortunately) chip, and was sent to this establishment by my dentist for an emegency root canal. I never had one before, and there were some small "hiccups" I had to plan for on my part as far as financial costs went, but the front desk associates were extremely caring and helpful throughout it all! The assistant, Ms Morgan & Dr Tutwiler were very professional! They actively checked in with me during the process to ensure that I was ok, and that no pain was felt before AND during the procedure. The procedure was quick and before I knew it, the tooth was done & ready to go! Thank you all again!!

Negative experience: I have an emergency root canal that needs done. 2 weeks ago, I called to set up my appointment (for this week) with them and they said that they accept my insurance which is United Concordia. She said that i may have to pay a couple hundred out of pocket for the procedure, I said no problem. I was called a couple days ago to reschedule because they apparently did not know the dr would be out of the office that day. Ok, no problem, rescheduled for the same day, just earlier. I had a very important appt that morning, that I had to reschedule to accommodate them. Fine, ill accept it because I am in pain and so sick from the infection. They call me TODAY, to change the time yet again, which I said ok, no problem then she proceeds to tell me the actual price of the procedure which was WAY more than she said it could be. She said theyre not in network with my insurance and that was why. But 2 weeks ago, they were? She says i can pay half tomorrow and half in 30 days because it was such a short notice. Are you kidding me? I have been SUFFERING for w weeks, on 2 different antibiotics and ER visit, all because I was waiting for this very important appointment. I cancelled an even MORE important appointment to go to this one and they do not care at all. I could have called any number of other endontists to see if I was in network and had the procedure done sooner and NOT put my health at risk because they either dont know what theyre doing or just do NOT care about people. A massive infection in your back upper molar and jaw is an emergency and they just dont care at all. Maybe they just want the money.... I dont know. I was excited when I read all their 5 star reviews because I am so nervous about the procedure, it really put my mind at ease, until this. Please double and triple check and do not trust them to be honest and forthright. They may be great at their work, but there is something to be said about deceiving people in a detrimental time. Shame on every one of them. Update after your response. You did NOT call and get me in earlier because of my pain!!! You called me today to say you had a "change in schedule" whixh was 30 minutes earlier than the appt time you had already called to reshedule. It has been 2 weeks. I could have seen a different dr in that time to take care of the issue had i been notified that you in fact were NOT in network with UC. The up front transparency was you calling me a day ahead of time instead of 2 weeks ago!!! I believe you knew this when i scheduled and just did not tell me. There was ZERO confusion on my part!! Please do not lie to cover your mistakes. I have stated everything in truth and factual.

I enjoyed my visit and will be back in 6 months for a check up! I hope I see the same Dr! The assistant was also very kind and talked me through everything as well! Fantastic experience: Dr. Webber has performed several root canal’s since I’ve lived in clarksville. My very first one was done in Kentucky, technology wasn’t at its finest so that procedure was over 3hrs and since that visit I was hesitant for future issues with my teeth. My next visit was an old filling from childhood that also resulted in a root canal had me in pain (Fri-Mon)for 3dys before I could get my 1st visit with Dr. Webber. I was amazed at how fast my pain was resolved at that procedure and I knew he would always be my go too for these type of procedures. Fast forward to 2025, here I am again with an old filling not repairable, and needing a root canal. I would like to express the warmest & kindest welcome you get from his staff, especially with his assistant Crystal & Dr. Webber himself. At every visit that I have had, instant pain relief & minimal discomfort following the days after the procedure. Don’t get me wrong, I get a little anxious leading up to the numbing injections but he explains the entire procedure from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Alliance Endodontics is absolutely amazing! Dr. Tutwiler did a root canal on me today, 9/24/25 plus had to place a temporary filling in until I could get to my new dentist in two weeks. Ali, was his super sweet assistant and I absolutely loved her as well! I have been here a few times before plus had Dr. Weber RE-do a root canal that had gone bad - really bad and he was fantastic too! If you need a root canal or a RE-do you GOTT Get out to Clarksville no matter where you live cause this is the place to be! THEY ARE THE BEST IN THEIR FIELD HANDS DOWN! Fantastic experience: Alliance Endodontics has a very welcoming environment. Snacks and beverage offered in the waiting area. Snacks come on!? Everybody I talked to from the time I walked in to the time I was walking out, smiling and happy to help! Crystal was my assistant and it was like we weren’t even strangers. Like we’ve known each other since we were kids. She was so kind and very reassuring. Offering something to drink or a book to read while i waited for my root canal from Dr. Webber. Who came in and put this huge microscope that I’ve never experienced before , after putting the block in and the tooth separator thing on my terrible tooth. I was numb. Crystal made sure I was definitely numb. I was reassured from both Dr. Webber and Crystal how far we’ve come with percents. Like okay we are about 75% done just have to do this this and this … Booom next thing i know Dr. Webber is telling me 5 more minutes and I’ll be out of that very comfortable chair. Where Crystal so amazingly had the aftercare paper memorized and told me verbally everything to look out for, how to treat my tooth for the first week and then the second. If I ever have to go back to the Endodontics for any reason. I hope im blessed to have Crystal gifted to me as my assistant and Dr Webber gets me in and out in the snap of his fingers. They were meant to do what they’re already doing. 10/10

Fantastic experience: No pain during a root canal. During the procedure, if i made any reaction Dr T and Shelby offered more numbing. I was so scared and they were very empathetic.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I've had. I was so scared, literally shaking. Dr. Tutwiler did fantastic work. I've had absolutely no pain afterwards, even soreness was so very minimal it was basically nonexistent. I'll never go elsewhere if this is needed again.

Fantastic experience: The root canal done by Dr. Tutwiler and assistant was by far the best and most pain free experience I have ever had. And once the numbness wore off, I did not have any pain around the tooth he worked on at all, and that includes the day after!
