Negative experience: Honestly will be looking for a new dentist for my kids. The actual doctor was very judgmental when I told her I didn’t want my kid to have silver teeth. Her face said it all. My babies first time at the dentist and you would think they would make it a little more exciting and fun for them but no. Strictly just there to work and that is very clear.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Pediatrics dentist offices we’ve been to, they were compassionate & patient & my boys loved their visit. Happy to have a dentist they will be excited to come back to!

Fantastic experience: Our dental hygienist, Emily, was wonderful, so kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Amy was fantastic as well! Both were great with my son and made his visit so much easier. The office itself was pleasant, welcoming, and overall an excellent experience.

Positive experience: This visit seemed off compared to our previous visits. My child has been coming to this office for probably around 6 years now and although management has changed within this time frame our visits remained satisfactory and we felt like we were taken care of. Well, fast forward to our most recent visit, normally you sign in and are called back within 10 min or so. We actually arrived 20 min early and waited…and waited and we were finally called back 30 minutes after our scheduled appt time. In that time we waited I believe around 8 families/patients had signed in and been called back within those first 10 minutes after signing in. Then once we were called back the service seemed a little out of order with what the typical sequence of X-rays, cleaning, doctor evaluates and cleared to go (but whatever maybe that order doesn’t matter). Anyways, I’m not sure what the hang up was with us and our appt, but I’m going to choose to give grace. I’ve worked in the medical field all of my adult life to include doctors offices and hospital settings. I say all this to say a little communication goes a long way… instead of just leaving us there wondering what’s going on and why aren’t we being called back. Hoping for a better experience next visit, bc again we’ve been going here for years and have always had a pleasant experience until today. Which let me add it wasn’t necessarily unpleasant, it just wasn’t the typical service we have received in the past, but maybe this is the new normal with the providers who are there now.

Negative experience: I would never take my child back to this dentist every again they rude in don't know how to handle kids with ADHD

Negative experience: Was me and my kids absolute fave place - UNTIL we didn’t confirm ONE appt that was for treatment . Tried to RESCHD. Prior and was told no availability until 3 months out and so i kept the appt and told them if anything changes I would let them know. Stacey Robertson office manager - rude tried to smart off and words got jumbled in mouth Little girl (BRE) that sits at front desk - COWARD . Claimed that I had an attitude but failed to understand that I have NEVER missed an appt & I have NEVER confirmed appt, failed to explain when the big change was made honestly very disappointed . LOVE Krista the hygienist & Inesia the Dental Assistant.

Negative experience: My mom took my girls to the dentist because I had to work I had really good experience until today Dr.White was amazing I don’t know why she isn’t there anymore but after today my 5 year is scar from the dentist.You have to explain to children what each tool is used for and then the fact that yall tell me that my mom had no control of my 5 year old and she has behavioral issues she is 5 for one and she doesn’t have issues she is the most loving child. So I know that’s a lie. I pray God never lets who done this to my child can never sleep again without being forgiven.

It had been a while (looong) since my son’s last visit with them (this is the only facility he has ever received dental care from). Although, he has doctor’s anxiety he had a great visit. There was one thing that I did not appreciate; however, once addressed it was taken care of. Overall, I would recommend PDA.

Positive experience: I have been taking my children to PDA Oxford for 4 years. I’ve typically had good experiences. I did not feel that way about our most recent appointments. The staff and our hygienist were wonderful and so helpful - truly top tier, especially as I was flustered trying to get all 3 of my kids out the door. However, Dr. Parikh was not. She very condescendingly lectured me (even scoffing me once), dismissed my concerns, and directly said to my 4 year old, “you need to stop drinking so much juice and eating so much candy” without even remotely asking me our dietary habits (which are really quite restricted and clean because of food allergies in our family). I do not expect to be spoken to by anyone the way that she spoke to me today.

Fantastic experience: Emily is the sweetest! She took such GREAT care of my baby! He was not having the best day and another hygienist Lexie stepped over to help and comfort my little man and me!! We love this Oxford office and can’t wait for our next cleaning with the most attentive staff!

Negative experience: If you plan to take your child to this place, please think AGAIN!!!100% do NOT recommend this dentist’s office!!! We had an appointment today and after a few minutes of trying to get my 5 year old daughter to lie back in the dentist’s chair, they told me that I would probably need to reschedule when my daughter was more compliant. My daughter was barely whining and was scared to lie down. I waited two months for this appointment and took off work. To coax my daughter to lie down, they repeatedly told her that she needed to lie down because, “momma took off work and wants you to do it today”. Shame on this place for being so impatient and HORRIBLE WITH KIDS! I will beg anyone that I know to go elsewhere! If there were an option for a negative star, that’s what I would choose.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for a great experience for my 2.5 yr old!! We had gone to a different dentist and it was horrible. I wanted to make a change and was hoping it would be different at Pediatric Dental Associates. They all did everything great to make my daughter feel comfortable and not force her to do anything she wasn’t ready to do. They explained what the tools were and showed my daughter what they’d be doing. They even showed her on her stuffed animal first. They were all super friendly. Thank you for a great experience and I’m so glad we made the change!

Fantastic experience: I was beyond nervous for, at the time, my 2 year olds first visit. The entire staff was so friendly and made my daughter feel like they’d known her forever. It went even better than I could have hoped for! Fast forward two years, my daughter actually looks FORWARD to going to the dentist and has the biggest grin on her face the entire time.

She was kind, patient, and so skilled at making my son Taylor feel comfortable. Emily explained everything clearly and made the visit fun and stress-free. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place!!! It is built for for both my little ones! Each person you come in contact with is so professional yet, it feels like home, very comfortable! They educate you on everything as it’s being done, even down to cleaning, and what you can do to make sure your babies keep healthy teeth! Not to mention, my oldest loves that he can watch TV as he’s being seen! I have nothing at all bad to say! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had with this office specifically with Dr. Parikh. This was my first time meeting her and the last! I bring my child in to get a tooth checked out that has been loose for several weeks and unsuccessful to remove at home. I made it very clear that he was nervous and she gets hateful with him because he was crying saying “how old are you, 6?” “ you are to big to be crying like this!” Telling me I could just pull it out at home, yes I know but I was unable after several attempts that’s why we had an appointment! She was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working as a pediatric dr if she can’t be there to comfort nervous children and she definitely doesn’t need to be opening her own business!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love OPDA! We have been using them since my son was 2 and he is now 6 and he has loved them every visit. He loves that they explain what they are doing with his mouth every step of the way. It has been and night and day experience from our last dentist we used in which he was scared and dreadful of every visit. My now two year old goes there now as well and they are amazing with him as well and he loves going to his appointments as well.

She made sure to help him feel safe. She was very patient with him and made sure he felt heard. The dentist was friendly but kind of serious. Negative experience: You need to update your patient information. You have the wrong email and phone number for a certain patient. No one has that name in my household. However I did try to have my children scheduled three times there and I never received a call back. I even completed the new patient paperwork for both children prior to calling the clinic. At this time I’m concerned about fraudulent activity being that neither of my children have been seen here. I’m receiving texts and emails about a balance and I’ve never even had a conversation with anyone at the clinic. Accept once a lovely young lady yelled, “I can’t hear you!” Before hanging up. I appreciate you taking the time to look into this situation.

Fantastic experience: LOVE this office! They have the nicest dental assistants! We have never had a single one that was even so,so! They have all been so sweet to my kids! Even today when we were late they still managed to fit all three of my kids in and didn’t even complain or act annoyed, which I would’ve gladly taken another appointment and understood bc it’s extremely difficult trying to get three kids taken care of in a short amount of time! Can’t say enough good things about this office!

Positive experience: I have multiple children and I am the type of parent who still accompanies her children and prefer not to send them anywhere alone, so it gives me major anxiety when the children are all with different people in different areas. I like to listen in on the interactions of the staff with the children as we have had some times where the interactions were not the warmest. Overall clean environment, they get you in and out and the new dentist was a very sweet and welcoming man

Negative experience: New We have been long time patients of theirs for all of our kids. We have never missed an appointment but they cancelled our appointment due to not confirming the day before. I had already removed the braces brackets off my kids mouth for the day and was there to do a fill in. Even tried to speak to the office manager to reschedule within the week and she was very rude moving my appointment out 3 more months. I dont understand if you have a no show fee how you can cancel my appointment without notice. We have changed dentist for all our kids. Old We have foster kids in our home and they have done a great job of getting us in last minute. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel Hall on the phone several times and she is always polite and extremely helpful! She has also been very active in sending the emails with documentation that we need for each child. We will be taking all of our kids here and recommend them highly. Fantastic experience: Pediatric Dental Associates in Oxford is phenomenal! They made my son’s first trip to the dentist enjoyable. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable with them and with the environment before starting his dental care routine. I would recommend them to anyone with small children!

Negative experience: This place has the same problems every other office has. Booking systems that don’t work, associates that are rude and disinterested in helping you. They are passive aggressive when problems come up. I’ve noticed lately the dentist doesn’t want to speak with parents about issues, they just tell the child what to say to the parent which is completely unprofessional and too much responsibility placed on a child to communicate a message that is way above their understanding. I am responsible for the child and for paying for this service, you can speak to ME about what treatments my child needs or what improvements in brushing need to be made. Dr White came across as condescending to me and my child. The language they use in their texts is wild to me, so confrontational and demanding. You don’t respond to a text and they say they’re cancelling your appointment due to noncompliance. We have a life going on outside these texts, goodness. I don’t like the way this place is run. It looks cute and appealing to kids, but I will not go back there and have no interest in speaking to people who will end up being rude.

Negative experience: Have six children and have never missed appointment with them since we have been seeing them back in 2022. They left a voicemail and sent me a text message the day prior. I did not confirm due to being a full-time working Mom and was told in the voicemail that if I did not confirm the appointment prior to 1 PM that they would be canceling my appointments, however I did not get off work till 6 PM that afternoon Called pediatric dentist office and they had canceled all three of my appointments even though we made this appointment two months prior And then they tried to schedule me out two more months out. I think I would be more understanding if I had been Canceling their appointments often, however, due to keeping my appointments with them I do not see how it was appropriate to cancel my appointments within 24 hours. Also, with speaking with the office manager in the back and discussing my issue, she was extremely rude and not willing to accommodate in anything.

Negative experience: Front receptionist was rude and the receptionist to make appointments was on her cell phone taking a personal call and didn’t acknowledge I was even at the check out window!!! The dental hygienist were rude to one of my children and they rushed through with their cleanings that I don’t think they even had enough time to do a thorough checkup/cleaning. We have been patients of dr.White for several years, I usually never go back until dentist calls for parent to review their check up. I never seen or spoke with the dentist today and this has been our first visit back with things not being under Dr. Whites watch. You can definitely see things are going downhill already

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. The whole place works like a well oiled machine. The thing behind the front desk were very kind and knowledgeable. The dental assistance, the dentist everyone else involved in the care of patients was exceptional person they went above.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying this is my first bad experience here….but we had an appt at 8:00 am, I got a text message almost everyday telling me that my appointment was at 8 and if we did not show up, they would charge 45 dollars. No problem, I always show up to my appointments. Got there at 8 and other kids were called before us, finally at almost 9 I asked the girl if we could reschedule because I had to return to work and we weren’t getting called back. She told me our appointment went at 8:30, I explained that the reminders said it was 8 and tried to show her and she was not interested at all. She also very dry towards my daughter afterwords, when they did finally call us back, like we were the bad guys. I understand things happen but if your system messes up someone’s appointment time, they should be more apologetic. I should have charged them 45 dollars for the hour I waited. I haven’t decide yet if we will return. I only expect the same courtesy for appointment times as they expect.

Negative experience: Customer services has gotten intolerable. We recently decided to discontinue our patronage of Oxford Pediatric Dental Associates after nine years due to my declining willingness to accept the abrasive, sarcastic, and demeaning behavior of the Office Manager. It's not that the services are bad once you get in the back to the dentist and hygienists but there are plenty of other options locally that hopefully have made better staffing choices for their front office. My recommendation? Do yourself a favor and make another choice.

Rosey(?) and Dr White were both upbeat and patient with my daughter, and informative and polite with me. We loved the play restaurant set up in the waiting room and the playroom in back.
