She has such nice and lively energy, I thought I was talking to my bff. The assistant was nice — once we got to Dr.Pan, I felt right at ease. Fantastic experience: Update to my original post below: 6 years later I'm still going to this dental office and recommend it to everyone in the neighborhood. Overtime I've had a few things done: Invisalign, filled cavities, deep cleanings and a root canal. Some of the reasons I love this dental office: I like how friendly the front staff is, Dr. D is super knowledgable and he only wants the best for your dental health, and they work closely with your dental insurance to ensure the cost is transparent. You're in good care at Williamsburg Dental Works! Honestly, they are such an amazing dental office! I’ve been going to Dr. D for over a year now. Since I’ve gone there I’ve gotten Invisalign, multiple cleanings and had a few cavities filled. Every time I go into the office I feel welcomed and taken care of. Dr. D and his dental staff are always communicative and walk me through every step. I personally love the TVs in the exam rooms because it gives me something to look at while they are performing cleanings. The front staff has been amazing at scheduling appointments and working with the dental insurance companies (they fought on behalf of me for the Invisalign insurance payments). All around this is an amazing dental office and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Williamsburg Dental Works. I’d been dealing with tooth pain and needed an endodontist, but my insurance options had month long waits. They got me a same-day appointment with both the dentist and their visiting endodontist, and I only had to paid one fee for exams and X-rays.They found a minor issue in an old root canal but also saw sinus issues and said to see an ENT first to rule out sinuses before any treatment. They could’ve done the root canal and taken my money, but they genuinely wanted to find the exact cause to my pain. They even gave me a plan for my regular dentist. I wish I could make them my main dental office. But will go back if need root canal. Also all staff was so kind and helpful. Especially Monika at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the gentleness of the hygienist and also the clarity doc gave me on my teeth.

Negative experience: I saw Dr. Pan for a filling and deep cleaning. Two weeks later and I still have a huge bruise on the outside of my jaw and trouble opening my mouth wide and immense pain in my tooth. They gave me a local anesthetic for the procedure and I could still feel pain during it. I don’t know what she did but I was perfectly healthy and now something is horribly wrong. Luckily one of the receptionists was nice enough to refund me so shout out to her, but I highly recommend avoiding this business altogether. They will also try to sell you on unnecessary procedures. Total nightmare….

Fantastic experience: I went to Williamburg Dental Works, And was referred by a Co - worker who highly recommended them. So I decided to make an appointment a few weeks ago and was introduced to a Great Dentist. Named Dr. Emily Malka. My first visit was without stress or fear. Dr. Malka is extremely, Talented and compassionate . I needed extractions and bone graft on my upper front teeth, That is healing nicely. Dr. Malka made sure that I had temporary bride put in and made sure it matched my other teeth. So I was able to look normal and not be noticed, Even though these are temps. I 'm waiting for the bone graft to heal and have her put in my new front teeth. During this time my wife tooth had crached and also needed surgery to remove her cracked tooth and perform a bone graft . Dr. Makla is also doing all of her dental work. With that being said I can only give her 5 Star's because that Google star rating - wouldn't allow 10 Star's! And that have state of Art Equiptment and utilize Advance technology. Fantastic experience: I was referred to WILLIAMSBURG DENTAL WORKS by a friend of a friend to solve some pressing dental issues that I had avoided since the Pandemic. I've been to five different dentists in the Williamsburg/Greenpoint area and this was by far the best experience I've had. The process was extremely straightforward from the moment I called and the staff was super helpful with all of my questions. Before the cleaning, Dr. D even gave me a tooth-by-tooth rundown of my dental health, so that I could visually understand his recommendations. If you've ever got your teeth cleaned and felt like you were being rushed out the door, this is the complete opposite experience. Happy to have found my new neighborhood dentist. Fantastic experience: I truly couldn’t say enough good things about Williamsburg Dental Works. Both my doctors and every staff member truly made me feel like their #1 priority after a very tough procedure. They explained my procedure in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting into and really put me at ease. Post procedure when I thought I had minor complications they continued to follow up with me weekly, even fitting me in for quick 10 minute check ins to make sure I was continuing to heal. I truly haven’t gotten care at this level at any other dentist. Every person here is a gem and I for once feel like my dentist and care team has my best interests at heart.

Fantastic experience: First visit to a dentist in over a decade (American healthcare is da best) so I will about I was a little nervous. Whoever the entire staff at Williamsburg Dental put me at ease, from filling out paperwork to a cleaning that was as overdue as it could possibly be. Information was given in a clear abs concise manner, I feel line I have a road map charted out for a future of amazing dental hygiene! Also the tv in the ceiling really helps one disassociate while in the dental chair. I’m oddly excited to go back and get my mouth bones and flesh in tip top shape.

Fantastic experience: I’ll make it known here publicly- Dr Malka of Williamsburg Dental Works, is a dental guru of mine and anyone who minds my opinion and minds their dental hygiene. I have never felt as comfortable at a dental chair as I have at Dr. Malka’s, but above all: the care, the manner and quality of work performed is without equal for me. It should be mentioned that I did not arrive there with my teeth in greatest condition, yet each time i leave i am and feel rejuvenated (crown, cavities and root canal). The office is laid back and comfortable, and on top of it you can zone out by watching your favorite show on the screen set up on the ceiling (i’ll update with the photo next time i go). So, call them and schedule is all I can say!!!

Really cool guy. Everyone here is FANTASTIC. Really great place. I recommend this place. Also it’s nice and clean and great AC for those hot summer days. Had an appointment with Dr. Wang but due to my specific problem, was seen by Dr. D who was absolutely wonderful. Went over everything with me..very impressed...he's all about overall health not just mouth health. Exceptional doctor. Best dentist ever!!! Wish he could be my new dentist but unfortunately the office don't accept my insurance (I have Delta Dental thru my union, which honestly sucks). Fantastic experience: My partner recommended Williamsburg Dental Works to me a while ago, but it wasn't until I had a deeply eroded tooth which started hurting that brought me to this fine establishment. From other very beginning of interacting with the admin lovelies, I felt very cared for. They even called me to let me know they were running a little behind, and then again to let me know they were running on time again. At my first visit, Dr. Malka assessed my situation and gave me a filling, which I believe is relatively standard. It was quick and seamless, she is clearly very skilled at this. The entire operation seems to value transparency by showing me all the X-rays, the recommended work, and the price of everything. Unfortunately, the filling caused more pain, as there was an exposed nerve, so I had to go back to get that taken care of. Dr. Black performed my root canal, and it was stressful but he gave me plenty of Novacaine and was very thorough and kind. After about week, I went back to get fitted for a crown, which I chose gold for. Dr. D, who is an above-and-beyond kind of person, helped me to understand the process and even gave me a lumbar pillow for my stressed out back. His work was very meticulous and painless, and he is just a genuinely kind-hearted person. He even sent links to a youtube channel that addressed back pain! Finally, the last visit to get my crown installed was quick and painless, and truly the best dentist experience ever. I met several dentists at the office, and each person who worked there was friendly and considerate. I would recommend WDW to anyone who needed dental work done!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for about 8 years. The front office is always courteous, professional, and diligent. The dentists are all superb: very thorough and clear communicators. I've had cavities drilled, fillings, crowns, and deep cleanings done here over the years, all with the best care. I moved away from the area 6 years ago but always make the trip back for my dental needs.
