Negative experience: Lost my Insurance before & had change back to Smoke Rise Dental for Dr.Moeti. But instead I inherited Dr.Davis & because of her I have to find another dentist. N̈O MORE DR. DAVIS!

Fantastic experience: Today was my third appointment at this dental office for my crown. The dentist and his assistant Fatima did a fantastic job. The whole process took about forty five minutes to an hour. I have a temporary crown for now. In next few days it would be replaced by a permanent crown. The dentist and all his staff whom I have encountered are truly committed to their profession. My first visit at this office was for consultation and complete oral examination which lasted about an hour. I felt comfortable with the dentist Hassan and his assistant Sam. The second one was for cleaning and Paula the hygienist did a superb job. I already mentioned about my third visit in the beginning. I encourage anyone to contact Smoke Rise Dental office located in Stone Mountain if one is looking for a new dentist. Lastly, their administrative staff is also very professional and sincere. My most recent appointment was on May 15, 2025 for upper wisdom tooth extraction and I came across a dentist special assistant Sam and was impressed by her sensitivity, responsibility, attitude and knowledge. I did mention to the dentist Hassan that Sam is one of the exceptional assistants he has at their location.

Plan of care is very clear and communication as to cost is given upfront. As an established patient, I am really impressed with how smoothly this place runs. Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the doctors and staff! Very clean and well organized office, and the staff were so welcoming at my first visit!

Negative experience: While staff and Dr’s were very pleasant and professional. The end result of my visit was a disaster. Bridge was placed over an already damaged tooth causing pain and discomfort. The bridge was not conformed to fit my current bottom teeth alignment thus causing the dr to butcher my bottom teeth to fit the bridge instead but still there was friction and eventual loss of the bridge when i returned I was told that because I missed a cleaning session now I have gum disease on the tooth that was already an issue to begin with. So I requested a reevaluation already almost $10,000 in and now my teeth are in worse condition than before I came in. The Dr gave me three alternative plans to choose from however now all plans require total payment before any work can be performed and this was not the policy when I initially entered the office so not sure if this is just an isolated situation or some type of profiling. Bottom line not pleased at all with my experience with this office and no effort has been made to correct

Fantastic experience: Service was and is Great. Staff makes you feel that you are part of their family and treat you in that manner. Would recommend that you visit and allow them to provide you with Great service and a beautiful smile. Now they are seeing my wife as well and she loves them and neither of us mind going to the Dentist now. How many dentists can you say that about?

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Smoke Rise Dental for several years. I see Dr. Davis. And while going to the dentist isn’t on my list of top 20 things to do, I do like having them as my dentists. I have never had a bad experience or interaction with anyone there. Everyone is pleasant and it feels like they genuinely care about you. I cracked an old crown and was seen within 24 hours. Less than three hours later I had a new crown. No pain! And no Novocain lips!! For the majority of my time, Mimi, Dr. Davis’s assistant was performing her tasks, taking x-rays and assisting Dr. Davis. Mimi is an awesome human being. She very attentive and knowledgeable. She’s also funny and kind. She has a warm spirit. When I mentioned to the check out staff how amazing Mimi is, they all said they love Mimi!! I had to give a shout out to Mimi. She deserves a raise!!

I took a leap of faith and tried Smoke Rise Dental after being referred by a good friend. I have to admit I love this place! They were so friendly, patient, understanding and informative. Fantastic experience: Throughout my life I have had so much anxiety when going to the dentist. Two years ago I had a crown done where I used to live and due to certain circumstances I was scarred to go back. I recently had an erupted wisdom tooth emerge and I knew I had to get it out due to the pain I was in- I had no choice. Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever been to! Horrible dental work! Unpleasant staff, and they only care about the money not the patient. Left me high and dry in pain still to this day I can't chew because my dental crown is still too high multiple times I been back and the dentist acts as if she was stuck on dumb or it was because she was inexperienced, I never been to a dentist and they wanted to do 2 crowns and fillings in 1 day she wasent capable of that and it messed everything up ! I even tried to see another dentist there but they dident allow me to which was crazy i told them she made me feel uncomfortable because she wasn't listening when telling her my crown was to high and it hurts when i chew. Then referred me off to another dentist to look at her work from the filling because the tooth was sensitive but it would have cost me 500 dollers! I mean she had just did the work and my insurance was maxed out for the year by that time. I felt defeated ,I literally was scared to come back to have adjustments because of the nasty attitudes and poor service after i spent my money with Smoke rise Dental. I paid all bills at time of service each time, then months later they say I owe them money that I dident owe. They really dident have to do the work they said i needed they made my situation seem more serious than it was for the money. And that's why I'll never Return or have anything nice to say about Smoke Rise Dental or the staff. Office Manger is not right either.

Fantastic experience: New patient. All of the staff were very friendly and made my first visit very comfortable. I only waited for 2 minutes before being taken to the back to begin my cleaning. The hygienist was thorough and recommended appropriate products to use for particular concerns. She and her assistant were super pleasant and I love the TV on the ceiling Dr Moeti was very kind as well. Customer service is important to me and I feel they excelled in that area. So sorry I don't remember everyone's names! See you in 6 months!

My fears and anxiety were put aside once I experienced there fantastic bedside manner. They were both very caring and gentle in there care for me. I was told that I would probably have to come back the next day to install the crown but Dr. Davis and Mimi decided that they would stay a little late to go ahead and finish the job so that I wouldn't have to come back. Fantastic experience: I have very bad dental anxiety and smoke rise dental has been amazing with making sure I feel comfortable and safe during cleanings and fillings! Dr. Davis did a fantastic job and is very trustworthy. They did a great job on my daughters cleaning as as well! Great place.

They took there time and answered all my questions. @Dr Moeti is absolutely amazing. He took his time examining my issues and made his recommendations and treatment plan. Fantastic experience: The office is clean and bright; the staff is polite, friendly and skilled; and they worked to meet my schedule and needs. I tried Smoke Rise Dental because my regular provider couldn’t accommodate me. Now, Smoke Rise is my permanent provider. I highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: I got an emergency appointment the same morning I called due to a cancelation. Every single person I encountered was professional and friendly. I get very tense going to the dentist but Dr. Davis and Sam helped me get relaxed. Nitrous Oxide does help! This is the first dentist I've ever been to that didn't charge for Nitrous Oxide. I had a cracked front tooth that fell out of my mouth, no way was I going to work with a missing front tooth! In at 9 out by 2:30 with a permanent crown. This was my first visit. They made a very good impression on me. I think I've found a new dental home

Fantastic experience: Very personable, as well as, professional staff! My husband was thrilled to be able to have his new crown put in place within 1 day and not have to deal with a temporary crown and multiple visits. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found SMOKE RISE DENTAL, I've had 2 appointments so far and I'm grateful for Dr. Davis. Everyone is so nice. I was nervous today before my root canal and Samantha made sure I was calm and comfortable. Paula did my cleaning and everything went so smooth, she explained every step to me as she went. And I can't forget Keisha and the ladies up front. And all around great staff. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here today by way of referral from my immediate family. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the dental assistant. Dr Moeti did my exam and he was so kind. Wet gentle spirit and great bedside manor. Paula did my cleaning and she was very gentle and put me at ease. The dental assistant was also very professional and friendly. I can’t recall her name, maybe Tekeya? She was nice. I am pleased with the office and staff and look forward to more visits. My only issue was I had a stat appointment for my crown that came off and I was just covering to have it out back on or at least a temporary but I understand that requires more than can be done on a first visit. So I just had a basic cleaning which was fine. Not too thrilled about the costs of my many needed procedures but that has nothing to do with the office. New year, new deductibles ! Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I have been loyal patients with Smoke Rise Dental for many years without incident. We have NEVER been late for an appointment. My husband works in IT thus he never knows when he'll have an IT emergency and need to reschedule an appointment. When he had an IT emergency and needed to reschedule his appointment Smoke Rise told him that they will be charging him $75 for a late cancellation fee. It is for this reason that we will NEVER EVER use Smoke Rise AGAIN!!!!! We work for pulmonologist and we only charge $20 for a no show and don't charge for any cancellations. Smoke Rise is just too greedy!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Davis is the truly the best. She is very gentle, and makes you feel comfortable no matter what procedure you’re getting done. I have had some pretty extensive work done and I am beyond pleased with my results. The support staff is always so friendly and accommodating as well. I recommend this office to all my family & friends.

She adjusted my partials and brought immediate relief to my mouth after several attempts by other dentists. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this office.

Fantastic experience: I've had a hard time finding a dentist in the Atlanta area. I've been overcharged, had a tooth injury, and witnessed assistants being berated. At 3 different offices. A friend recommended Dr. Moeti at Smokerise Dental, and he's been nothing but wonderful. All of the office staff is so kind and accommodating. I always have a great conversation with Paula when she cleans my teeth. Overall, this is a great office, and my TMJ has been so much better since he helped correct my bite and made me a custom night guard! I highly recommend Smokerise Dental.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to! The new renovations are beautiful (the TVs on the ceiling are really a nice touch when relaxing and getting your teeth cleaned!!) and everyone here really cares and wants to take of you!

The dental hygienist, Ciara, was SO GENTLE & thorough -explaining everything, it was a little unreal(in the best way possible!!) Finally, Dr. Jennifer Davis is awesome. She was very friendly and quick, yet thorough. I'm very pleased with my experience thus far.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth pulled and was in extreme pain. Since it was the start of the new year, I assumed I would have to wait, but they were able to see me the very next day! Dr. Davis and her assistant did a great job. I have trouble getting numb on the side where the tooth was, but she was patient and kept trying until it was done. Then, she pulled the tooth like a pro and I didn't feel a thing! Great experience all around!

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing - they took me in for an emergency same-day appointment as a new patient. I was nervous as I was in pain and haven't entered buildings (let alone take my mask off in one) in over 600 days due to the pandemic. Every person there took Covid protocols seriously and the environment was spotless (smelled good too). Dr. Davis was so awesome and the entire crew was warm, friendly, engaged, and fun, yet respectful and very good listeners. I was relieved, I was gotten out of pain (the doctor even stayed late to ensure I was taken care of) and I left feeling like I got the best care. I so very much appreciate that I was able to work with them today and will absolutely refer others!!
