Fantastic experience: Dr. Tieken and his entire staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during my initial consultation for a recurrent chipped tooth. Everyone took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, making me feel completely comfortable with my treatment plan. The office is very clean, equipped with up-to-date technology, and they’ve been punctual for every appointment. I’m looking forward to my upcoming cleaning and the continued excellent care from the team! Update: I had my first appointment with Monica, and she did an excellent job ensuring my comfort throughout my teeth cleaning. In the past, dental cleanings have been painful for me, even with the use of numbing agents, which made dental visits something I dreaded. My experience with Monica was the first time I have ever had a completely pain-free cleaning, and it was accomplished without the use of any numbing agents. Monica was professional, friendly, and attentive during the entire appointment, consistently checking to ensure I was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort. I am truly grateful for her genuine care and attention to my concerns. Because of this experience, I feel significantly less anxious about future appointments and confident knowing I am in excellent hands.

Fantastic experience: WOW. I was impressed. I went in to have a xray of my 4 on 4 implants to ensure everything was going well 3 months after the procedure. They were attentive and answered all of my questions and advised me on the things I should be doing to ensure great success with a very expensive smile.

He’s very attentive and has never made me feel bad when I’ve had to bring my children. His staff is like family. Dr Rutherford has also been seeing me alongside Dr Tienken since he started. I recently went through a cavity that had to be dealt with and I am telling you Dr Rutherford was absolutely fantastic. One of the most pain free and easy experiences of my life. I had a lot of teeth problems when I was younger and went through ortho work and Dr Rutherford and his assistant are so top notch out of all the dentists I’ve seen. He is excellent and I can’t recommend him enough. I totally understand why he is such a gem and joined Dr Tienken. Grateful to be a patient here.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Rutherford and he has excellent bed side manners and is very down to Earth. He explains things very well and is good at what he does. I recently had to have a new crown put on due to my old crown becoming leaky and causing decay in my tooth that had a root canal in it. He wanted to be thorough and make sure everything looked good with my root canal since he was seeing some dark areas below the root in my X-rays so he sent me to an Endodontist. Good thing he did because it did need to be redone. After getting it redone, he cleared and filled the decay, took off the old crown and put the temporary on until the new one comes in. I was anxious about the procedure and he was a very calming presence throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been very hesitant on going to the dentist my entire life, but I finally decided I NEEDED to go a couple months ago. I did a deep dive on google to find the “best” dentist place in my area and found this 5-starred place (Tieken!) I was so scared my first appt but when i walked in they were all so welcoming, they gave me a tour of the entire place to help me feel comfortable in my surroundings. They also offer a bunch of free extras such as netflix, headphones, blankets, water, pandora, water, and much more.You can tell that they all truly love their job and they are good and welcoming their patients and helping them feel heard and comfortable. I went today to get a crown on my tooth as well as two fillings, and it was amazing. They could see i was scared and they comforted me the entire time, they brought me a blanket and some headphones, and they talked me through everything that was happening and how everything was going to feel. Chelsea and Dr. Rutherford along with Carol and the front desk clerks are all so amazing at what they do. They come together to help you have an amazing experience. I will continue to talk highly of this place!

Fantastic experience: When I first came to Dr. Tieken I was deathly afraid of dentists. Dr. Tieken was a very gentle and caring and made me feel at ease about everything. He explained what he was going to do, what was going to happen, what I was going to feel, and that relaxed me more than ever before. I used to have to take a pill to calm me down before coming to the dentist. Even for cleaning now I don't need any sort of meds to calm me down except when I'm having dental procedure that requires a surgery like process. It’s rare to actually look forward to going to the dentist, but Tieken’s office makes it easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.

Fantastic experience: My Wife Shanora introduced me to this dental office, I was a little hesitant to go. She bragged about them so much and plus they did a great job on her so I finally went in. The office was beautiful and clean. Monica was my hygienist and she was very friendly. She asked a lot questions to get to know me , very informative.She was gentle with me since I had a very bad dental experience at another dental office. The entire staff was great! I see why my wife spend all my money here… lol JK it’s so worth it. Dr Rutherford was awesome! He also was very informative on how I should better take care of my teeth. Fantastic experience: There is a reason Dr. Tieken's office has 5 star's and it's all true!! They have the most amazing staff; from the front desk, to the super knowledgeable team in the back. Dr. Tieken takes his time with you and is the best of the best. I recently completed the clear aligners here and have been so happy with my much straighter smile. Thank you doesn't cut it!

Fantastic experience: I went in for the first time today for my yearly full checkup and cleaning, and I will never go anywhere else! The staff was very friendly and extremely thorough. The best part is my cleaning did not hurt me! We moved here from Atlanta (where Zack Brown’s brother Wen was my dentist!) 5 years ago and now I’ve found my forever dentist!
