Fantastic experience: My wife and I began coming here about 10 years ago. We hated dentist offices. My wife needed a complete top denture plate and all the fun that comes with that. Dr Kelvin always made sure she was comfortable and that the whole process went as smooth as it possibly could for her. Now my whole family makes regular visits and i recommend Q Dental to anyone who asks if i know a good dentist. Dr. Kelvin and his team are the best. The staff are all very knowledgeable, attentive to the patients needs which is very important and not common, and all seem passionate about what they do and the people they care for. Fantastic experience: I am happy to have met a good dentist and hygienist at Q Dental. Doctor Kwon is a young but talented dentist. He is a sincere dentist who treats his patients with sincerity. Even after a simple cleaning, Dr. Kwon closely examines the condition of my teeth and asks if there are any uncomfortable areas. Meeting him itself is a joy and happiness. And I can't help but praise Deanna, the hygienist. She was so good at her skills that I felt very comfortable from the moment she started cleaning until the end. I highly recommend that you receive all teeth treatment, including cleaning, at Q Dental.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many different dentists in the past, but Q Dental stands out by far as the best dentist! Dr. Kelvin Jung is a phenomenal dentist who took the time to fully assess my needs and was also the only dentist (out of many dentists I've seen over the years) who addressed my misalignment issue which was the underlying cause for my TMJ pain. Staff members are all kind and friendly, and you can tell that it is an excellent working environment. Highly recommend Q Dental without reservation. Fantastic experience: Unlike other dentist I’ve seen, Dr. Kelvin Prioritized my health and my budget. He’s incredibly honest and looked for the most cost effective solution. I’ve always been wary of dentist trying to upsell procedures, but doctor.Kelvin Is the complete opposite.He is ethical, transparent, and looked to keep costs down. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: I had to see the dentist because a part of my front tooth broke off. This was a third visit to this new dental office since my former dentist had retired. Andrea was the dental assistant who helped the dentist. I was very nervous because I had been fortunate for years to never need any dental work other than regular cleanings. However, my problem was easily fixed. The dentist and Andrea were so kind that all my concerns were for nought. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is so kind and caring you will get excellent care!

Positive experience: The cleaner was fantastic and completely remembered me and gave me super helpful advice and feedback about my teeth and even helped when I thought I had a cavity and explained to me how it wasn’t a cavity but something harmless. The dentist got right to work and didn’t waste time with anything and I got out of there in no time!

Fantastic experience: I was at a point in my life after a breakup of a 10 plus year relationship, my mother unfortunately firmly in the clutches of dementia, my dog of 9 years and rock Phil passing away in the middle of the night while we slept and then my stepdad of 45 years plus passes I wasn’t sure if I could take much more. What does one do when they are in the midst of living the worst parts of every country/western tune? I couldn’t tell you if I tried. I CAN tell you however what I did. I decided to do something for myself to at least put away the self-consciousness I felt regarding my rapidly declining awful teeth. I regarded it over the rapid decline over the last 5-10 years as “the elephant in the room”. The entire staff of QDental are the most wonderful, caring people I could’ve dreamed of. Entirely professional. Please don’t get me started on the whole “walking into a Star Wars set” aspect. I would do anything these folks ask to repay them. Top notch!!!!

Negative experience: I’ve been here a few times before and really loved it, but I think I’m going to find a new dentist after my last experience. It felt like everything had changed from the past great care I received there. My hygienist was much more rough than usual and kept pitching me a WaterPik. By the end, I felt like I had been sitting through an hour sales pitch for the WaterPik and was handed a code given by the company to the dentist office for a discount on one. I understand that medial and dental offices have companies that they have special deals and kickbacks from, but it felt more like I was being sold on a timeshare than having a dental checkup and cleaning. I also asked the dentist (he was one I hadn’t seen before, not my usual) about a stain on my teeth and he said that there weren’t a ton of options but the most feasible would be veneers. Once he left, the hygienist told me that wasn’t the best option and she’d try other things first. Overall, it was a super weird experience. I hope this was just a bad day, because usually everyone here is very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Just had my semi-annual routine checkup/cleaning. I couldn't be happier, or more impressed, with the care and treatment I received. Everyone involved; from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Jung was top notch professionalism and class. I've been a patient since Dr. Jung arrived there, and I'll continue unless I move too far away. I highly recommend!

How we act afterwards defines who we are. And the staff at creative smiles really do care. You can tell through their service, and through their actions. When a mistake happens they own it. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at QDental. I was well taken care of from the reception to the consultation room. Hannah and Thais treated both me and my baby with great care—she was sleeping, and after she woke up, they even helped me with her. It was a very humanized service. I really liked the dentist; he was very professional. The best highlight was having a staff in the consultation room who speaks Portuguese. This helped me a lot since I am learning English. Also, their equipment is very modern, and everyone was kind. I really recommend QDental to everyone!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Nicole, was exceptionally thorough, sensitive to any signs of discomfort on my part, and competent to answer questions. Dr. Kelvin was equally thorough, attentive, unhurried and willing to answer questions. All in all, both the staff and the culture of the office elicit trust. Just had another appointment, an unexpected extraction made possible by a cancellation. The hygienist was cheerfully patient with my vertigo snd Dr. Kelvin explained everything as he was working.. More significantly, when I had several concerns overnight that worried me, they worked me in early the next morning. Again, Andrea and Dr. Kelvin took my concerns seriously, examined me thoroughly and took time to address my questions as seriously as I did (even though my concerns probably didn’t warrant the time and thoroughness they gave them.)

Fantastic experience: Kelvin Jung is a great Dr. He really knows his shit and is very friendly too. Front desk ladies are very nice and welcoming. Not sure how many of the hygienists have done my cleanings but, the most recent was Chelsie. She was very thorough and did a great job! Another hygienist I can remember is Deanna, she's awesome too.

They never shamed me for waiting so long, and they have always made me feel comfortable. I have never felt like they pushed treatment on me or made recommendations that were not in my best interest.

The dentists really care about their patients & when I had a few dental emergencies & it wasn't difficult to be seen by one of the dentists to see me;unlike other dental offices I've been to. Dr. Comey is new to this office, but isn't new at his job. He's such a great dentist. He's very thorough & answered all my questions. He also went over my dental care plan & goals in detail. If I thought I had a problem they would get me in to see the Dr and either explain it wasnt a problem or they would take care of the issue. I never met an employee who did not go out of their way to help me. They all know my name and ask about my children. When my daughter had to be there with me they went out of their way to accomodate her so she could work while she was there. When my son had questions the Dr called him. We all have had nothing but great service. I would go out of my way to revommend Q Dental to anyone. Ill be honest there has been several painful appointments but nothing I could not handle.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Q Dental! From the initial phone call with Cathy, I was met with kindness and understanding for the situation I was in regarding my teeth. The scheduling process was a breeze, and was offered an appointment the following day- wow! At the front desk, I was greeted with smiling faces, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I immediately felt at ease! They have a very easy and streamlined process to complete paperwork. I started my appointment with Andrea, who is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining exactly what treatments are necessary, and why. She was very thorough and answered all questions that I had. Nobody likes getting numb- but I have to say, it was practically painless. She does an incredible job! I did have an extraction and implant placement, which I was a little nervous about, but now I have no idea why! Everything went so smoothly. Dr. Jung is very kind, professional, and thorough. His calm demeanor really puts you at ease! His assistant, Thais, is absolutely incredible, too. She made sure that I was completely comfortable, before/during/after the procedure. They use state-of-the-art equipment, and I have to say it made my healing process so easy! I could not have asked for a better experience. As somebody who previously had dental anxiety, I always feel SO comfortable coming into the office. I highly recommend Dr. Jung and his staff!

Negative experience: Visited for dental cleaning. Over-priced and the dentist kept me waiting for 30 mins without apology, even though I had an appointment. I wanted to waive xrays as I recently got one, but they insisted. Dentist did not provide a service other than basic hand examination, therefore overall the staff gave me the impression of having a thirst for money. Front desk staff seemed to be a new learner of insurance related registrations of clients.

Fantastic experience: Last week was my first timing being to Q Dental. Having dental anxiety since I was a child, I put off for so long going to a dentist in my young adult life that basically my teeth failed. I got dentures at the age of 34. My bottoms refused to stay in. So I just stopped wearing them. I finally made that first move and contacted Q Dental to see about implants. I went to a consultation and they did their job thoroughly and explained things. They are going to help me get my smile back. I couldn’t be more excited, terrified, nervous. I am thankful for them.

The staff are so professional, kind, and patient. We will definitely be coming back! Fantastic experience: I recently went to Q Dental for a filling in December and was having worsening discomfort afterward. However, I got into contact with them, was offered an appointment within two business days, came back into the office to have it resolved, and I was not charged any fee. My issue is now resolved and was an easy fix. Q Dental continues to be my go to establishment for dental care!
