Fantastic experience: Dr.Caron and her staff were great. But pulling a tooth is a most dreadful thing to have to do .I can't say they made it enjoyable , but they definitely made it bearable. Good job Ladies !!! Jan 27 2026 had a crown put on , was painless and looks like I was born with it. Very pleased , Dr Caron is the best !

Positive experience: When I have to have work redone because there is something wrong.i dont like paying and repaying for work to be done Staff is nice but my front bumper was damaged because of parking lot payment had big hole which I couldn't see to get out of there tight parking places.

Rita and Susan would both make you feel so at ease plus with a few laughs. Almost forget your at a dentist office. Happy retirement Rita! Susan is a perfect fit for me now. Fantastic experience: I use to go to them before my insurance was not covered. I was looking for a dentist that I liked after that and could not find one. Once I found out they were covered I had to go back. Front desk people are really friendly and the staff in the back are professional and explained everything. Today I got a temporary filling before going back and having a crown. I recommend them. Aug 14th, had more work done. Very professional and friendly. Explained everything they were going to and made sure I understood. They are always kind and provide excellent work. Spent time to explain a procedure they recommended and did not pressure me to get it done but willing to explain how much was covered by insurance and even let me know I had reached the limit of insurance coverage this year.

Fantastic experience: I'm baaaaack. . . at the dentist. After growing up dreading even the word dentist, I do not worry any longer. I can honestly report that my dentist, Dr. Jones, is practically painless. I just had an old filing replaced with a crown. The procedure was painless, relaxed, and completed in two hours. I am confident in Dr. Jones, and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dental Care for over 50 years. Some of the doctors may have come and gone, but I am always treated with the upmost respect, receive top quality care, and genuinely feel that the entire staff cares about their patients. One time, I had what qualified for me as a “dental emergency” and was able to speak with the dentist over the weekend, I was able to get medication prescribed for my problem, and they got me into the office immediately the following Monday. I was so impressed and so thankful. Most of the time, I just go in for routine exams, cleanings, And on rare occasions, a filling. But no matter what the reason, each visit is always a pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone involved at Dental Care. You are the best

Everybody from the front office, to the hygienist and assistance are so nice, understanding and help to put me at ease. I have very high anxiety with anything dental. However, they try their best to help alleviate my anxiety or at least bring it down. I still do not like going to the dentist but if I have to go I’m glad it’s to Caron and Jones!

Fantastic experience: I always have a fantastic experience at Caron & Jones Dental Care! Everyone in the office is so friendly, caring, and professional! They are very concerned about your comfort during all procedures. I recently had a crown and Dr. Jones wasn’t quite satisfied with how the bite was against the lower tooth and insisted on making a new crown at no additional expense to me. It felt ok to me in the office, but once I got home and ate something, she was right, the bite is slightly off. She is so meticulous in all the right ways! Also, a co-worker said her husband had a crown recently (at a different office) and his tooth ached for several weeks. I’ve had ZERO discomfort with mine! Hands down the best dental office in Kokomo!!

Fantastic experience: Our 13 year old granddaughter had to have 3 teeth, the last holdouts of her baby teeth, pulled to make room for her adult ones. We weren't there a whole hour. All 3 teeth out and she was a little groggy from the gas but other than that everything was fine. No complaints about pain, gave her some Tylenol when we got home, and the next morning she acted like nothing had been done.

Fantastic experience: July 2024 My visit today entailed removal of a crown that had chipped and completion of my implant with the final step of a crown. The removal was done by laser which was easy and quick. The laser removal is very high tech and everything was painless and smooth. The implant went well, too and the Brooke spent the time needed to make sure my bite was comfortable and correct. Again they did a great job with the best care and up-to-date techniques. I always recommend the office, especially Dr. Caron. January 2024 I had a great experience today when I came in with a broken tooth. Dr Caron and her assistant successfully repaired and polished to perfection!! Now my smile looks so great!! I can happily smile with my new front tooth thank you thank you thank you September 2023 ~Today I had a tooth extraction and an implant started which went smoothly with outstanding professionalism! Great job by all staff and exceptional work done by Dr, Caron - the best dentist who loves her job!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was in extreme pain and they gave us an appointment a few hours after I called and took care of her problem quickly. Our regular dentist was going to make her wait a whole week for an appointment. The doctor was very nice and skilled. The ladies at the desk were very nice and the assistant was very nice and quick also. I very much appreciate their help. We will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: My recent visit exceeded expectations as the staff is very professional and goes out of their way to meet your needs. During the visit they found some other dental issues that need to be watched and at a future visit taken care of. Previously they fitted me with a OptiSleep mouth piece to stop my snoring and mild sleep apnea. They worked through this with me without pressuring me. After fitting and using it for several months what a wonderful difference, should of done this much earlier! What a great team they have.

Negative experience: I went to Caron & Jones dental a year ago. I had some cavities that needed filled. I had one problem tooth and they wouldn’t fill it until I got a root canal on another. Even tho, I explained to them that it was really bothering me and I was about to lose insurance, due to starting a new job! I came back after getting my new insurance and they told me the original problem tooth now needs a root canal. I feel as though at Caron & Jones dental they do not care about your tooth health they only care about money in their pockets. I would not recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: This visit was my fourth tooth I've had pulled; first time at this dentist office. All of the staff was friendly, professional, informative, and supportive. Dr. Caron extracted my tooth, which broke off and was cemented to my jaw, with casual ease as she laughed and joked with her assistant, and my girlfriend. Overall my visit, from the time I arrived to the time I left, was only 45 minutes. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs and will be back for further work.

I don't feel like there's ever any hidden costs. And I don't feel like they push unnecessary services. They are always very clear with me what something going to cost me with my insurance before they do anything, and will usually work with me to help make whatever I need done affordable for me.
