Negative experience: I was referred to Dental Reflections Dublin and first visited in August 2024 for an evaluation. I returned multiple times for a cleaning, two fillings, and a root canal. Although the prices are much higher than my previous dentist, I stayed for continuity of care. When I recently called to schedule another cleaning, I was told I needed to complete a new patient form, which was surprising given my extensive treatment history. I would expect my records to already be on file. I also asked about pricing and was told they would let me know later what insurance would cover and what I would owe. The lack of upfront cost transparency and organization felt unprofessional. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I am now looking for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just started as a new patient. I have and extreme anxiety about going to Drs visits. This office and visit was so amazing, comfortable, and inviting im so thankful for their service and grateful i was able to become a patient here.

Fantastic experience: This morning, Dec. 23rd, I broke my removable partial denture and my regular dentist was out until the 29th! I called Dental Reflections hoping they could help get it fixed before Christmas. They scheduled me immediately, had my partial picked up, and I went back at 2:00 PM to have it fitted. Their service was professional, everyone in the office was very friendly and treated me with great respect. Now I can smile for Christmas pictures! Thank you Dental Reflections. Negative experience: I didn’t have a very pleasant experience. It was a simple filling that they could not get right . I had filling in the same tooth 22 years ago by Dr Cleiland at OSU dental practice which was excellent. Dr Cleiland was extremely thorough and I never felt rushed . She spent a lot of time and made sure I was comfortable. Unfortunately she is retired . I chose Dental reflections after all these wonderful reviews but my experience was opposite . To this date I am in discomfort due to the poor filling .

From the location to the waiting and patient rooms, everything was thoughtfully designed for a pleasant experience. The dentists, hygienists, and office staff are very honest, friendly, and professional. My whole family, kids and adults, are going to be lifelong patients.

Negative experience: As a new patient and them being in network i decided to schedule my cleaning. After spending over an hour for all xrays, scans and explanation of treatment plan they told me they didn't have enough time left for cleaning which will take a bit longer than a regular cleaning.Not sure how they determine appointment time for new patients as they could all require different. It was a lack of fullfiment of service for me. In that case I probably wouldn't recommend as a first time visitor.

The hygienist and doctor were very kind, informative, patient, and thorough. I will definitely continue further care here.

Fantastic experience: Had my first scheduled appointment. Every single staff member that I encountered was polite compassionate and very competent. P was an especially kind and professional hygienist. The doctor was not only friendly and very skilled but I could feel the compassion. She had to explain a rather complex procedure to me She made it very easy to understand. I will be back! The young lady who helped during my procedure even gave me a cool vanilla scented mask for me. Fantastic experience: I had a cleaning with Miriam that was FANTASTIC. I honestly feel it’s the best cleaning I’ve received to date. She was gentle, but insanely thorough! I then had an appt with Dr. As-Saine and Chassiti. Everytime I see the Dr she always has a smile on her face, and her first question is if there’s anything she can do to make the procedure more comfortable. Her EFDA Chassiti is the same exact way, and it makes for a smooth appointment with minimal nerves. She KNOWS what she’s doing that’s for sure. I have severe dental anxiety, and their team has been amazing every step of the way. This dental office definitely cares most about patient treatment and not $ as many other dental offices do. So glad I found them!

Negative experience: I have diff opinion, wirh new office, they become very greedy, so guys be very careful, after using them for 6 yrs family of four, I left their practice this year. They do treatments without checking wirh insurance and ask for to pay in full, no one took accountability of who made errs “not sure who you spoke on the phone ” their responses. Did 2-3 times wirh me. Half their treatments not needed; get second opinions please. The old practice was better at it. New glamorous looks doesn't serve any purpose.

Negative experience: I had a very positive experience with Allison, my dental hygienist — she was thorough, kind, and made me feel comfortable. However, my experience with the dentist left me concerned and disconcerted. I was told I have over 12 cavities, which was surprising as I have had no pain, my teeth have always been in good condition, and my previous dentist had identified the same areas as surface staining, not decay. When I mentioned this, the dentist dismissed it and attributed the staining to “anaerobic bacteria festering inside my teeth,” which was unexpected and troubling to hear. This diagnosis would also amount to thousands of dollars in treatment after my very first visit here. Given my prior clean bill of dental health and the abrupt change in diagnosis, I would strongly recommend patients seek a second opinion before committing to treatment.

Miriam, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and thorough during the cleaning. Dr. Alwattar was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. I also want to give a big shoutout to the amazing dental assistants, Catharina and Chassity — they were warm, attentive, and made sure I was at ease every step of the way. What really stood out was the attention to patient comfort. They offered TV to watch during the procedure, complete with noise-canceling headphones, which really helped me relax. They even provided a stress ball and made sure I stayed hydrated throughout. It’s rare to find a dental office that’s this thoughtful and well-run. Fantastic experience: I am deeply fearful of dentists and have avoided them at all costs after previous bad experiences - however, this office made me feel so welcomed and went out of their way to focus on my comfort, offering multiple options to help relax including blankets and headphones. In the past I have experienced dental offices that aggressively pushed for expensive and unnecessary procedures, but this office took their time to explain any further treatment I may need, patiently taking their time to show me areas of concerns on my scans. I did not feel pressured at all and there was a clear and affordable treatment plan presented to me that was covered well by my insurance. I am grateful to the staff and confident I will continue to receive good care

My previous dentist retired, leaving myself to locate a new provider, and this turned out to be to my great-advantage! Myself, recently, underwent a dental-surgery and was extremely-impressed by their speed, efficiency and concern, myself was in and out within an hour and never felt rushed or overlooked, truly superior service.

Fantastic experience: From the very first moments you walk into dental reflection, you’re greeted with a beautiful smile from April from then on you get to see everyone else in the back and they each greet you with a warm and inviting smiles my favorite part of dental reflections is the ladies and also they make it fun and I don’t feel judged for having missing teeth. When I go to my appointments it’s like I’m seeing my favorite people and the service is amazing I truly have no complaints. Oh and let’s not forget all of the beautiful plants! I’m so excited to be a patient and I can’t wait to fuller restore my smile. I came to the right place and they make me feel so lucky and blessed.

Fantastic experience: Very nice, clean office. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. The hygienist was very good at cleaning. I required a slightly more aggressive cleaning than normal, but she was gentle and went out of her way to make sure I was always comfortable. The dentist explained their plan for me clearly, and was happy to answer questions. You'll leave knowing you've made a great choice in caretaker of your oral health.

Negative experience: Ethics are questionable. My husband wanted a dentist closer to work so inquired if this dentist took MetLife. They told him yes, BUT did not mention they were not in network providers.. He had an initial visit, where they advised to fill 3 cavities on another visit, and a crown on a third. He was never given a quote, or advised the services weren't covered. Our insurance covers $2k per year - and this place used it all and then some by mid March. We're stuck paying $1,600 for the crown, plus paid ~$700 out of our own pocket for the first two visits. The crown should have been $350 for an in network provider. When we advised we would need to find a new dentist we were told we would still have to pay out of pocket at another dentist because we met our annual maximum for MetLife claims. Yeah.. because your out of network billing consumed it. Won't be back, and learned a hard lesson about dental practices.

Fantastic experience: This is my first visit at Dental Reflections on an emergency basis. I left a message about my need for an emergency visit after hours on Monday. I received a call back as soon as they opened. Same day appointment! Everyone was very kind and explained the situation in detail.
