Fantastic experience: I had an appt. for part of a tooth broken off. They scheduled me for an eval to get me in quickly. It was found that I needed a crown and they made time to do all of the prep for a crown, saving me another trip. Excellent service, on time appt. Everyone very friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended this Dental Facility to several acquaintances.

Fantastic experience: I tried to obtain dental care through another office that's known nationally and came highly recommended, albeit out of state locations. I ended up walking out part way through my initial appointment. I found this office while searching that evening and reading reviews. I couldn't be happier with my decision this far. From very first contact, I have experienced nothing but the upmost professionalism and courtesy. Every single person I have come into contact with in this office is kind, competent, and efficient. I have yet to have any dental services done outside of X-rays and the initial exam so I will be updating this review in the following week, but I have complete confidence that my expectations will be met and even exceeded!

Fantastic experience: Always kindly greeted by name. Even with illness impacting staffing for my new year’s first visit the wait time was minimal. The professionalism of the office is consistent regardless of the team member that assist me. It’s comforting to know of the long term tenure of every employee. Dr Walden is compassionate & very skilled as one of the primary providers in the practice. My dental health has improved due to past treatments & recommendations I’ve followed over the years as a patient. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and helpful...from receptionist to Dr and check out, everyone was so friendly and helped put me at ease. Will be returning for additional work and I feel relieved that I'm in good hands. I went in to have tooth extraction and the sedation was wonderful, Vanessa cleaned my teeth and they feel wonderful, a little soreness but nothing major. I returned for follow up of the extraction and they went over what was needed to get me back on track. Will be returning for additional work in a couple of weeks and I know I'm in good hands. Vanessa set me up for my next cleaning and we'll see then if I need anything else done at this time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, they called me by name after only one appointment. Amy is so helpful with scheduling and financial information. I'm so glad I found Paducah Dental Care!!

Fantastic experience: Ok so yes I do work here , But. I’m a patient too and I had my first ever root canal on Thursday. I was a bit nervous but I want to tell you that I did not feel a thing Meghan did a great job of numbing me up. Then Haley and Dr Walden took over and made sure I was ok during the whole thing. It could not have gone any better. We truly have a great team of caring people!!!!

They greet you by name and if you are there for a consult, they will explain all your options and their recommendations for what is best for you. I highly recommend Dr. Mangino and all his staff. Fantastic experience: Im very scared to go to the dentist. My teeth are super sensitive. They did put any pressure on my teeth at. From the moment I walked through the door until I walked out, I was treated with amazing service. Highly recommend them. Can't wait to see the end result. Got my dentures yesterday and I am amazed how good they look. They look like my teeth did a few years ago. I love them. Highly recommend them. Needed to be seen at last minute of the day. I called and they got me in. They work great at satisfying me no matter the reason. I promise you, go to them and you will see how wonderful they are. So happy I chose them.

I was always fearful of the dentist in the extreme, not only were my dental issues addressed but my fear is gone thanks to their treatment, concern, & sedation practices. In the future I think I will be at ease in going to the dentist because this experience has shown me that there are caring dental practices to be found, that are respectful of my feelings, & will go the extra step to make sure I am comfortable. I had no pain, & the aftercare has been phenomenal. Johnna has worked with me to give me the best of care, answer all my questions, & support me in all the decisions I made about my care. Dr. Walden has been respectful, kind, & has done what I needed to promote my future dental health, as well as the issue I was currently dealing with. The office staff is friendly, courteous, kind, & it is an all around pleasant atmosphere. Appointments are on time, & there is no hassle. I couldn't recommend a better place to go for your dental needs!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appt. I have never had a group be so kind to me and so good at a complete evaluation and treatment plan. They sat down with me and figured out a treatment plan and I left knowing exactly what to expect. As someone that has anxiety over dental work, I feel like I am excellent hands .

Fantastic experience: Due to genetics(which I just found out was the cause) I have a dental history of anesthesia wearing off or needing additional anesthetic that I might or might not get, which has resulted in painful tooth extractions and procedures with teeth shattering before or during removal, followed by dry sockets 2-3 days later. This is the first place I’ve been to that actually listened to me. So when I needed more teeth removed, this is where I went. Pressure but no pain! Dr. Walden is a wonderful dentist. They also offer different sedations if you have issues with going to the dentist. From the paperwork to the staff they want to make you as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Victoria today December 17, 2024 @2:00PM went very well. I always enjoy my visit at Paducah Dental Care. The staff is very friendly and the Dental Associates are friendly, professional and knowledgeable doing excellent work. Today I received 2D bilateral TMJ dental X-rays and an oral cancer exam (this pleased me very much). DR. MANGINO CAME IN AND EXAMINED MY RIGHT UPPER MOLARS ALSO REVIEWED THE X-RAYS AND FOUND NO REASON FOR MY TWO WEEK LONG COMPLAINT OF CONTINUED PAIN. HE ADVISED ME TO USE WARM HEAT PACKS AND TO BE MORE DILIGENT WITH MY MOUTH GUARD. I TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS DIFFICULT WHILE USING CPAP. My appointment today with Victoria at Paducah Dental Care for routine four month dental examination and cleaning went very well. She reviewed my past medical history as well as my Dental Care. I’m always pleased with the care that I receive.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth break and immediately began to stress and was nervous about the whole situation. I knew I wanted to have sedation dentistry, so I thought I would try Paducah Dental since I had seen them on Local 6 before. Upon walking in their office, I was greeted with smiles, and I was no longer nervous. My dental hygienist was gentle and so kind with me, and that means a lot, or at least it does to me when I go to the dentist. Dr. Mangino was easily able to tell me what had happened with my tooth, explain the plan in detail, and schedule me in for the next day. He had a great personality along with professionalism. I am so pleased with my choice to use Paducah Dental! Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: I was losing my teeth due to chemo and my anxiety was extremely high. I took their two pills and only remember a couple numbing shots. The rest of the day was lights out.

I have feared going to the dentist since grade school and this is the only place that has made me feel at ease being in their chair. The best professional Dentistry I have encountered. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel the most comfortable while you’re in their chair. The staff make you feel like your concerns are valid and I never once felt like I was being rushed about decisions. They make sure you are well informed about what decisions you have for care. I will recommend to all family and friends .

Fantastic experience: Before coming to Paducah Dental I had to pre medicate to calm myself down, even for cleaning, anytime at the dentist was a painful and traumatic event. But since I’ve been coming to Paducah Dental that has all changed. Going to the dentist is now never a dreaded event. I am thankful I found Paducah Dental!

Fantastic experience: I have had previously in life so much dental work that I get so upset about going to the dentist. I truly thank God for letting me find Dr. Waldron, Denise, & Kayla (the receptionist). They’re wonderful & all 3 have a special calling on their lives to help those in different areas. Negative experience: Megan was sweet, but upset I was charged for X-ray to see if I had loss bone mass from last year but she did not have last years X-ray so why am I paying for that Also was told last year my first yearly visit was free for cleaning but at check was told I was charged because I didn’t get denture at your client, well didn’t you not already know that by my chart So I will not go back, not a fan of up charges

Their follow up with patients who had a surgical procedure is outstanding. Not only did I get a call from the office but also from the dentist who performed the procedure. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. They are more than willing to make any adjustments to accommodate customer concerns.

Fantastic experience: The facility has a very nice and cozy seating area that feels like a family room at home. Receptionists are very friendly and polite. The Dental Staff is professional, compassionate, and understanding, with ALL Staff helping take some of the anxiety away regarding the visit.

Fantastic experience: I have EXTREME anxiety. I was In severe pain with a broken tooth. They got me in for first exam and did not push when I was Scared. They did the meds for sedation. I was able to get through an extraction. The hygienist was very sweet and helpful. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice.
