Fantastic experience: I've been going to Aava for a year and I love the way the staff treats you; you feel like you've known them forever. They've done work for me and my family—cleanings, fillings, brakes... I was blown away, thank you! Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's also very clean, and best of all, you can bring your children because they have a children's area where you feel safe leaving them while you have your appointment. Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to Aava Dental for her new braces and I’m so glad I chose this office. From the moment we walked in the staff made her feel comfortable, and Eddie’s. There are orthodontist was gentle patient and explained everything in a way my daughter could understand. They really paid attention to her bite and make sure that braces were fitted perfectly.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years and I was terrified and a little ashamed I waited so long. All staff were so friendly it made me feel more comfortable. The dentist was also friendly and explained things clearly. They’ve been taking my hygiene step by step so I haven’t been too overwhelmed. They offer good plans and it’s been affordable so far. Clean and spacious location as well.

They have an orthodontist on site, which is super convenient, and the office is two stories, giving it a spacious and comfortable feel. They even provide Sleep Apnea services, which is such a valuable bonus! I love coming here not just for the excellent care, but also for the thoughtful amenities. They offer complimentary drinks, massage chairs in the waiting area, and even a paraffin hand treatment that leaves your hands soft, moisturized, and rejuvenated. It’s like a mini spa visit every time. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care with amazing service!

April the assistant was great she even did a great job on the temp teeth. The match was prefect. The whole staff was very professional and polite made me feel at home. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to commend the whole staff in this office, from the front desk to the Dentist Dr Riad. This is my third partial denture. The Dr. was so tuned to detail, that I walked out of the office with a front partial, that truly looked like my natural teeth.

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience. The team was friendly, everyone looked happy good environment. They were very attentive to my concerns about my son's wellbeing since he is only 6. I was referred to a children's specialist. They guided me through the whole process even shared the x rays with the specialist office so that my son doesn't have to take x rays again. I appreciate it because I don't want him to have to be exposed to more radiation. I also like the idea that they are very familiar with my insurance and coverage. The Dentist Doctor Riad was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Also the gentleman that took the x rays was awesome so attentive and caring for my son I think his name is Jesus I apologize if I got his name wrong and I will get his name next time. He shared he also has a son and that his son just started walking. He went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable, he even made my son laugh while this whole ordeal. I appreciate with all my heart the service we got and the great experience. I was very nervous when I stepped into the office because my son is in Remission of leukemia and the last thing I want is to be at a Doctor's office or for my son to have to go through any unnecessary procedures or pain. He had to fight for his life for 2 and a half years and he is only six. Once again thank you for the experience you all made a difference i hope you guys are all God blessed. Maria Silva

I had a loose wisdom tooth and never had problems before, I thought it was gonna be painful but it wasn't bad at all, I was pleased. Also will go back for other issues that the dentist explained thooughly. Thanks for the great service. Adding to my review from 7 years ago, I'm still with Aava Dental, the longest I've been with any dental office. I've been happy with all the services I've received.

Melissa does my cleanings and explains everything thoroughly and makes sure that the patient is comfortable. The staff shows care and understanding when dealing with patients, which is always nice. Edit: Wait times can be horrendous. I was here 10 minutes before my appointment and it is now 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment.

Negative experience: Warning they are scammers The most rediclus place ever. The worst non professionals and manager. They force services on you just to have a couple of extra bucks and of you say no they refuse services. It's so unbelievable places like this are allowed to even exist. Worst experience ever as a postpartum woman. They will do anything and everything to scam you. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND FIND A NICER PLACE. THEY ROUND THE HOLY DAY FOR ME

Fantastic experience: Update! A year later. We have been with Aava for about 6-7 years. They provide great service, reasonable costs and will work with you. My family and I are loyal members. It’s been 3yrs since my post & my family and I are still loyal members. My son & I have since completed our ortho treatment & my other son & daughter are still in treatment. We couldn’t be more happy with the service & care they provide for our teeth! My family & I go to Aava for all our dental needs. My son & I are also ortho patients there. I just got my 2nd set of braces, had them as a kid, and now as an adult and the process was seemless. The Dr. and staff were beyond awesome. Super friendly and caring. I love my clear braces!! Thank you Aava team, sending virtual hugs!!

Fantastic experience: Let me start out by saying, I hate going to the dentist! The idea of power tools in my mouth is probably my worst fear. I've had wishful thinking that for the past 2 months that my horrendous tooth ache would go away, well it didn't. I arrived really early and I was immediately accommodated and seen pretty early. Amanda guided me the entire time, the techs were fast, efficient and very friendly. Neylene at front desk, Yesmine in X-rays and Yari, dentist assistant, all A players! I ended up having to do way more than expected, the Dr. Johnson was amazing and did an amazing job, ( I saw before and after pictures). Her bedside manner felt like warm hug on nippy fall afternoon. I believe customer service is a lost art and Ava Dental has it down, text book. I'm looking forward to coming back and getting my oral hygiene in line!

Negative experience: This place has not been a pleasure to deal with, i needed a root canal done, doctor performed the root canal, and then in the process broke a tool in my tooth, causing large amounts of pain along with showing no remorse for breaking the tool off in my tooth, i was then referred to a specialist to have the procedure finished along with getting surgery to remove the tool broken in my tooth. I was told once i was released from the specialist and my crown was finished i could come in and have it put on, so i schedule my appointment just for them to say oh no we never completed your scans for the tooth, although scans were all done when i first arrived for my procedure, so i obliged and got my temp crown put on, scheduled my appointment to place my permanent crown, when i arrived for my permanent crown the assistant was a great help and tried her best to get the crown put on so i could return back to work as quickly as i could since i was on my lunch break, the assistant asked for the doctor multiple times, after sitting in the chair for about 30 mins he finally comes in and put my crown on. If i would have known id be waiting a half hour to get the crown on i would have scheduled for a different time. After all is said and done they asked if id like to schedule a check up and exam on my teeth, i asked if there was any way i could schedule with another Aava dental office closer to my residency and job, i was told that it wasn't recommended due to my files being there at there riverside location, so once again i obliged and made an appointment for a day that worked best for me, a week before my appointment i was called and asked to move my appointment back a day and about an hour, i accepted, i had something come up the morning of my appointment and wasn't going to be able to make it, mind you im not sitting there and looking at my phone, i received a voice mail saying if i dont show up for my appointment i would be charged a $85 cancellation fee, so when i have a moment to call i speak with someone and they say since i didn't allow a 48 hours window i have to pay a $85 fee, no where was it stated if i couldn't arrive to my appointment or didn't give a 48 hour notice i would have to pay $85. If i would have known about the fee then i would have called and rescheduled the appointment although i didn't even have 48 hours notice that i wouldnt be able to make it to my appointment. If you dont want to be given the run around, and dont want to have tools broken in your teeth and mouth, i would highly recommend staying away from there riverside office, some of the staff is very rude and combative when you are told one thing but another happens.

My hygienist Crystal was kind and informative. Definitely still the best dentist I’ve had in Riverside. —————————————————————————-Before I found Aava dental, I tried another place in riverside and had an awful experience. I explained to the staff at Aava what I needed and they were warm and friendly from the get go. I honestly have never had a dentist or office staff be so kind to me. They were also upfront and told me right away about whether they were in-network for my insurance. They told me exactly what my insurance covered and did not try to sell me on things I didn’t need. This dentist also found my cavities, whereas the last dentist I tried told me I didn’t have any. That shows me who is actually taking the time to treat their patients with the best care possible. Aside from the great staff, the office is also very clean and calming. It seems like the staff are happy because it shows in their work and how they treat their clients so well.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is excellent. You don't have to wait in the waiting room at all. Since you need to have an appointnment, as soon as you get to the office, they start treatment in less than 5 minutes. The dentist is always asking you how you feel, and if you have any discomfort, he puts more anesthesia if needed. Overall, my experience there has been wonderful. I will never go somewhere else!!!

Negative experience: I just had an interaction with a customer service receptionist named Ashley. I have called 3 times this week to get a form signed and when I called the second time asking why I haven’t received it, Ashley placed me on “hold”, but she didn’t. I ended up hearing her entire conversations with her coworker. It was an inappropriate and she said “I don’t want to get fired” and “let’s just say that the dentist will sign it today”. When she picked up the phone I told her how I heard everything and based of what I heard that I should expect to get my form back that day and she said I would. Well the next day came, I haven’t received anything so I called asking to speak with the office manager Amanda, but Ashley kept saying that she was unavailable. I then said to Ashley that I was still waiting for the email and she lied saying that she had called me twice and that she sent the email 5 mins after the previous phone call. She said that she left me voicemails and she didn’t. I don’t know why she would lie and gaslight me saying that she did call. I had to stay on the phone with her until she sent me the email. While this was all happening, I heard her and another coworker giggling. Incredibly unprofessional and it’s disappointing because I had liked coming to Aava for years, but after that interaction it makes me disgusted that an employee whose job it is to help people can act like that towards people that need help.

Fantastic experience: AAVA Dental is the best! Union members can be assured that they will be treated with great care and concern, Dr. Doca and Amanda called me after hours to check on me after I was treated for a toothache! I even found out I had high blood pressure because they check their patient's before treatment to ensure the best care possible! My doctor told me I had a great dentist for checking BP and catching a possible health problem. The entire staff are courteous, professional and even funny (which can definitely help when you are nervous!) They make sure you understand everything before any work is done. Top notch!!

Fantastic experience: First time at this office and I have to say I was impressed! I called on Thursday and was able to book a next day appointment not only for myself but for my entire family. 4 of us were seen at 8am the next morning. I was confused at first because my last office was only open 3 days a week and I usually had to wait 2 weeks for an open day! Great customer service from the first call I made to the very end. Irene was such a pleasure and she was so good with my 3 year old daughter. Irene really made my daughter feel comfortable throughout our visit. I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Johnson and she was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Johnson suggested a few procedures and showed great interest in her profession. I highly recommend Ava Dental of Riverside, they’re by far the best office we have visited.

Fantastic experience: I had my very first implant procedure today with Dr. Saifee and Irene as his assistant I was so nervous from the minute I walked into the office. The assistant Irene and office manager Amanda all spoke with me before beginning and told me how easy it was going to be. Once I spoke with Dr. Saifee he explained everything in detail of what was going to happen and made me feel at ease. The process was super easy and very fast and he was very efficient and walked me through everything he was doing considering I was extremely nervous. I would definitely recommend and the entire staff is very welcoming and wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Thank you thank you doctors and your entire staff! When I say entire staff, I mean from the front office to all the assistants that put me at ease through my entire process of getting 2 crowns on my back teeth. I was extremely nervous. I wasn't sure about the amount of pain I would be in, how the process would end up, and the color I would be left with. Mind you, these are my back teeth I didn't want to just trust anyone. Well, I did my research before hand and I tripled checked out Aava dental and it was all good! My teeth are so beautiful and I am so happy with the finished product doctors answered all my questions, concerns, and fears. In the end, she said, please just trust me. And I did! Thank you doctor! I left there office with tears of joy. Thank you Again

Fantastic experience: I broke my front tooth just the other day and I had no idea where to go for a crown. After some research and seeing the reviews for this place, I decided to come here. This was probably one of the wisest decisions that I have made in my life. They were so kind! And I want to give the dental assistant Kylie a special shout out! Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and making the whole experience so great for me! I had such a good time, I almost forgot my tooth was missing! Anyways, this place is great! They even have massage chairs which it's so nice while you sit for your children to finish their appointment! I have recommended Aava Dental of Riverside to my coworkers and plan to try and get my husband here!

Fantastic experience: I get treated at Aava for Dental and Ortho and my overall experience here cannot be compared. The staff up and downstairs, front and back are all so kind and professional, and their teamwork is great. Since I started with braces here two years ago, Bryanna always made me feel at ease and well taken care of, whether she adjusted my braces or not. The doctors are amazing as well and I can rave on and on about them. And I have to mention all their updated technology is amazing! It definitely was much more comfortable to be treated with those new tools as a patient. My previous dentist and orthodontist were definitely outdated in comparison. If you want cohesive, updated, attentive care, come here!
