Fantastic experience: Everyone was vey professional and nice. The dental technician was thorough and explained everything to me. Dr. Mrinal Bhatt (DDS) was very professional, thorough and nice. She spent a lot of time going over my teeth, xrays and pictures of my mouth while explaining any issues to me. I highly recommend On Pointe Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist team I've ever experienced. They go above and beyond with their customer service and treatment of their clients. They are friendly and make you feel a part of the team or almost family like. I always dreaded seeing a dentist and have had many many traumatizing experiences with previous dentist. Going to a new dentist only makes that fear worse, but from the get go they made my experience comforting and I felt safe. I will never use another dentist practice ever again. Stacy is an incredible human beign btw. Her customer service ranks in the top 3 of experiences I've ever had and beign a part of the customer service industry for more than 20 years and have very high expectations when it comes to customer service and I can say with no hesitation Stacy's amazing customer service played a major factor in sticking with ON POINTE dentistry. Fantastic experience: I had a terrible toothache and was seen the day I called and seen by the new Dentist and love her. Everyone new and old were wonderful!

Positive experience: Felt like they would be good dentists as my issues were explained well and in detail. Staff was friendly. However once it came time to explore treatment things seemed off. The price for my procedure was on the high end and then being told I could get 20 percent off if I get it done before the end of the year rubbed me the wrong way. Like, is this a business trying to generate sales or a medical practice trying to help people? Nevertheless, I was told I'd be emailed the estimate and that never happened. Can't say I'll be back or use this office going forward.

Negative experience: NEGATIVE -⭐️s I was referred to On Point Dental in January to correct a crown on an implant. Nine months later, I still do not have a proper solution. The crown they placed came loose twice, never fit correctly, and created a food trap that has caused me ongoing issues. Despite months of trying to work with them, the office failed to meet their duty of care. At my most recent appointment, I was told all of their doctors had transitioned out, and the new doctor refused to continue my treatment. I was sent away with my tooth in a box, with no referral to a specialist or any path forward. This is medical abandonment. Patients deserve continuity of care and at the very least a referral when a provider refuses treatment. Instead, I was left with no resolution and no responsibility taken for the crown they mishandled. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic patient care at this office. I would strongly urge anyone considering On Point Dental to look elsewhere for a provider who respects their duty to care for patients properly. I came to this facility for help and they made the problem worse and then abandoned me!!!!

Fantastic experience: On Pointe Dentistry is awesome! I usually get nervous at the dentist, but they made me feel calm and comfortable. The waiting area is clean and modern, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The hygienist was super gentle and explained everything during my cleaning. Dr. K was friendly and answered all my questions without rushing. They showed me my x-rays and made sure I understood what was going on. I really liked that they cared about my comfort. They also worked with my insurance, which made things easy. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. This is a great place if you want quality care and kind people.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place Iriana and her co workers made this place a wonderful experience. Everyone was so professional they all introduced themselves and would explain each procedure before doing it making me feel very comfortable. My teeth feel nice and clean, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Negative experience: I recently moved to az from washington and i was trying to find a good place to go down here. At the time On pointe had some decent reviews but i am now beyond frustrated with this business. They told me i had 6 CAVITIES and i thought this was really weird, while i had only 1 cavity within the last 5 years. They even tried to show me on the x-rays but im no dentist, im not sure what im looking at so i had my dentist office back home get the x-rays to see if this was really true. In fact i had not had even 1 CAVITY and they’re 1000% trying to get money from me. The greed of this office is disgusting. Will never refer anyone to this office, especially after looking at yelp reviews.

Fantastic experience: I returned to this dentist as a patient because the staff is truly outstanding, ethical and friendly. I left for two years and I wished I hadn’t. There’s so many dental offices that aren’t good at all! If you want top notch customer service please come here. It’s SO worth it!

I started out looking quite ugly and snaggletooth my mouth was ugly and my dr did amazing Job with my denture and now I'm going to do the bottom,,,, I'm impressed with my dr knowledge and ergency to fix my mouth and i had a emergency!!!!! Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my thoughts and my experience at On Pointe Dentistry. Dental work and the dentist was always my biggest fear in my life. I would set appointments and turn around and go home.. get to the door and run back to my car.. shake at X-rays and not be able to eat all day. But from even from the first phone call to set an appointment, On Pointe, Dr. Nack and his entire team blew my expectations out of the water. I was scheduled to get my very first set of fillings and I have a very long road of dental work ahead of me.. I was terrified but Dr. Nack’s whole team was absolutely incredible. They were all so patient and so gentle with my needs. From the novocaine shots and numbing; to the procedure itself, I didn’t feel ANY pain!! I was smiling on my way out. They explained the options: do nothing, get an implant or get a bridge. They explained the pros and cons of each option. They gave me a complete plan to take care of the issue. I’m glad I went to them for a consultation. I recommend both of them and am looking forward to them helping me fix my problem tooth.

Not only that, but he gives back to the community by conducting a bottled water drive in the summer and volunteers his time for those in need. If you need an excellent and caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Nack.

Fantastic experience: To start off, the staff - from the receptionists to the assistants to the hygienists are phenomenal. Sam and Tenchi and Camila especially. So informative, caring and communicative. It's not a "turn and burn" kind of office, like previous experiences I've had at chain offices. They really take their time with you and are so willing to help you get the treatment you need. Dr. Nack helped me and is refreshingly straight forward, honest, and really takes interest in you. Felt so welcome here. Could not recommend enough!

My husband came in with so much pain from his wisdom tooth, and the office helped us with the best options. I get a thorough check up from Dr Nack after The staff is very pleasant and the office clean and welcoming.

I can’t say that getting implants is painless: it’s not. It’s surgery and it’s gonna hurt afterwards. That’s just the nature of the beast. But thanks to them, I felt completely safe during every step of the extensive work. They responded immediately and compassionately for extra numbing. Best of all, Dr. Nack‘s work is meticulous. Fantastic experience: I came in as a new patient today and want to tell everyone just how special this office is as I do have a huge dental fear. from the moment that I came into the office, the front staff is so kind and they had snacks and coffee and and water and Such a wonderful experience just in the beginning then as I got brought to the back, I was met by the Tenchi the hygienist for my x-rays and cleaning, and she was just kind and so knowledgeable and very gentle and answered any questions that I had. Fantastic experience: I had a great first visit here to Dr. Nack. My wife has been here before, and a disappointing visit to a different dentist closer to home, I decided to go with her pick. Negative experience: Requested an appointment through the online form on their website. I got a call back and when I explained our family’s dental needs (anxiety surrounding sharp tools near face) the front desk manager Camille said they are not equipped to handle such cases. I find this odd considering your website specifies that you guys help people with dental anxiety. I also explained to her that we usually don’t need full sedation but would rather have nitrous or something less invasive and she continued to emphasize that your office is incapable of handling a patient like this. We are simply looking for a new dentist because our last one switched hygienists and she was too rough. The whole conversation felt like she just didn’t want our business for any reason at all. If you don’t want new patients then you should just say that- my family and I will gladly keep looking for the right dentist.

Negative experience: The pre treatment estimate they give me is consistently hundreds of dollars under what the service actually costs. After the work is done and I no longer have a choice, I get a bill for the balance. So frustrating. I like Dr. Nack but I cannot work with his billing department.

The employees seem like they enjoy working here and are always happy. They also have snacks and water in the waiting room! They have latest technology and specialist dentist for several different procedures which means they are able to do a lot there and no need to be referred out

Fantastic experience: My kids and I had a great experience at OnPointe. Everyone we spoke with was kind and professional, and put my kids at ease anytime they got nervous. My oldest daughter said that Amanda was the best, and I agree. They have a great team!

Negative experience: Waited to find out if my insurance was approved. No one got back to me - this was early Dec. wanted to use my benefits. My insurance said I was approved yet nothing from On Point. So the year ends & I reach out again. No reply. If you do not want new patients say so - I'm walking around with no lower for going on 2 1/2 months now and I need a dentist that cares at least a little about the people who sit in their chair.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been coming here for years. It's been awhile and the newer staff is above and beyond amazing! From reception to checkout , to Dr.s Nack and Malika, your dental experience will be an excellent one here. A special shoutout to our hygenist Jason. His gentle methodology and overall approach made my procedures literally painless! For tbe first time in my life, I found myself relaxed and actually laughing during some difficult work that was overdue. Because of him I will never procrastinate on visits again.

Fantastic experience: I was so glad Dr. Nack and crew were able to schedule me so quickly when one of my crowns fell out. They re-cemented the crown after careful evaluation. Because of their efficiency and thoroughness, I would recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Today i attended Onpointe dentistry for an appointment with Doctor Nack for 5fillings Greeted warmly by the front desk and then helped by Samantha as I had a headache.She gave me a little tylenol and a warm blanket and I felt heard and loved. Doctor Nack dealt with my fillings speedily and efficiently.He was understanding and compassionate to my needs. I highly recommend this Dentist .

Fantastic experience: I don’t know of anyone who “enjoyes “ going to the dentist, but Dr. Nack and his team seem to enjoy their work, and treat you like an old friend. That goes a long way to calming any anxiety.
