Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at Swartout Dental. The woman at the front desk was very nice and they were able to get me in right away. Both the Hygienist and the Dentist truly listened and I felt heard, where my last distance dismissed my concerns. Today the Dentist was able to identify the issue immediately and he was patient and kind as he walked me through possible treatment plans.

We can’t say enough about how accommodating they’ve been with us. So glad we stumbled upon this practice when we moved here and needed a dentist! The staff are all super nice and we are so grateful! Oh can’t forget the lady at check in, because I had tons of insurance questions. Update 11/5/2024: something ain’t right! They are saying I owe more than $500 for services. I am on a fixed income and to hear I owe over $500 when I’ve paid you more than $500 for services is crazy for each visit. I’m not understanding the billing, I’ll be sure to call my insurance today and inquire.

Thanks, Dr. Jack!! Flossing my teeth this morning, a crown I’ve had for many years came off. While I knew Dr. Swartout’s office is closed on Friday, I called to see what his voicemail would suggest. It gave me his personal number— which I called. Dr. Swartout answered and said he would meet me at the office in 15 minutes. He took complete care of my situation, and I was immediately pain free. Dr. Swartout is a friendly skilled professional and the practice’s in-house, yearly packaged payment program is something my wife and I really like. No bother with insurance and guaranteed quality care. Really appreciate the skilled care and professionalism of Swartout Dental. The family plan of yearly care is a financial bonus for my wife and me. I would certainly recommend it for family dental care, as well.

They recommended ways to do better but not pushy. At this visit, I would recommend. Also, they still schedule 6 month cleanings, not 8 months like our old dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Jack for a while now. He and his staff have always made me feel like I was the most important person in the office. They are prompt when calling me to the back. Once in the chair the Dental Assistants always check to see if I am comfortable and prep me so Dr. Jack can get right to work. When he comes to see me he let's me know the plan for the visit. He asks questions so I can let him know if anything has changed. He also checks pain levels and does what it takes to numb the area being worked on. Dr. Jack has done two implants on front teeth and they look great. He has also helped with a couple issues with broken teeth where he got me in quickly and took care of the pain. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Jack to anyone who needs an oral health professional, especially if you have fears of visiting the dentist. He will ptake good care of you.

Fantastic experience: I feel like putting off going to the dentist is just someting i do. Its uncomforrable, takes awhile, costs and i have to use up a sick day. All things easy to avoid. So i found this place! It was reccomended by a person with beautiful teeth. So i went. I am impressed. First theres arcade games in the waiting room and a big fish take full of cichlids all colors. Then the staff... amazing. Courteous, outgoing, comforting and super knowledgeable. I love when theres a personal touch in a place, especially in the world nowadays, and i bet i met and was introduced to everyone in the entire office. Shook hands with Doc. Got to see who and how im being treated as a patient AND as a person. Great job yall! And then theres cost and ease of getting insurance pushed through and knowing what i have to pay. Love that being easy to understand, clear and right up front, no surprises. I have found my dentists office and if i have to go twice a year yall make it a pleasure and doable. Thanks again! Update. Fantastic experience: Love this Dr. Jack and all of his wonderful staff! They are all very friendly and professional, and you don't get "jacked" around here (pun intended...lol). They don't try to sell you services or treatments you don't need. I had another dentist tell me that I had a major cavity and that it was a complicated procedure and quoted a rather large amount to perform what they advised that I should do. And tried to rush me into it by telling me that I needed to do it immediately or I would need a root canal. Then I went to Dr. Jack. He took a look and assured me that I was fine and that what needed to be done was simple, low cost, and could wait for another year or two without creating any other problems. I highly recommend this dental office!

He and his team have earned my trust by their willingness to forego today's procedures/money to ensure my longterm trust and devotion. Negative experience: Well, in my opinion it was a bad experience. I have not been to Dentist in years and they were aware. The young lady did my teeth cleaning was very nice but the Dentist came for 2 seconds and left. I was not warned that my teeth would hurt for 3 days after. My teeth hurt so bad. I only had a cleaning. I left a voice mail for them and never received a call back. I will be seeking new Dentist.Even the my voicemail was “Blunt” there was no follow up call. Just a reply when I gave a bad review. Not recommended

Fantastic experience: I've had a wisdom tooth I've needed pulled for a few years now, but was too nervous due to all the horror stories I've heard from people. I only recently switched to this dentist, and after my first appointment, they made me feel much more comfortable about getting it pulled. I came back 2 weeks later, got it pulled, and was out the door before I knew it. It's been 4 days now, and didn't have any issues with recovery. No pains, no strange bleeding, and best of all, no dry-socket. I greatly appreciate the services I've already received here... I'm a customer for life.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist I ever had. We moved from New York to Brownsburg and was very lucky to have Dr. Swartout and his team local. They accommodate my schedule around work and they are always super nice. Dr. Swartout goes above and beyond. I broke two night guards in two months and he keeps making new ones better each time to ensure he provides one that works. His dental hygienist are also awesome. No one likes cleaning and scraping but they are gentle and efficient.

Positive experience: I was having tooth pain and had an appointment coming up in two weeks so waited for my regular cleaning to have problem addressed. My bite was off and was quickly addressed and fixed that day! Dr. Swartout said anytime I’m having a problem, just call and they will get me in. I should not have waited! He also recently called me back after hours going into a long weekend when I had questions about a temporary crown my son lost. Dr. Swartout is committed to providing good care during office hours or in emergency.
