Fantastic experience: Stapleton Dentistry is in network with my insurance which had changed since I retired, and this was my first visit. Dr. Stapleton was very consistent with my previous dentist's assessment of my teeth. They were all very pleasant from the receptionist, hygienist and dentist. I am glad to have found another good dentist and dental office.

Negative experience: I believe that this likely is a good place for cosmetic work (veneers, whitening, etc.) but I would not recommend it for restorative dental work. They have a lot of advertising for juvederm/botox related things in the office as well, which I found off-putting. The office itself is nice and all of the employees I have interacted with seem kind and helpful. I have had over 7 fillings done here within a year or two - within a few months of the procedures, at least 3 of them had to be redone and one of the redone fillings had cracked. I also had trouble flossing after the fillings were done - I thought I might have been imagining things, but a friend of mine who goes to Stapleton Dentistry said that they experienced the same thing. My mother also went here for a time, and where Stapleton wanted to replace a tooth with an implant, another dentist addressed the issue much less invasively. I went to a new dentist because I was quite frustrated with how often I was returning, and Stapleton Dentistry wanted to redo the cracked filling, saying that grinding my teeth caused the issue and I needed to get the $600 retainer (not covered by insurance, you know how it is). During my first visit to the new clinic, the hygienist was unable to floss between a few of my teeth and pointed that out to the dentist - I felt vindicated. The new dentist remarked on how large the fillings were and recommended a crown on that cracked tooth, explaining that any filling of that size would continue to break and further deteriorate the tooth underneath. I think this office caters to the cosmetic side of dentistry; if you're looking for anything else, I would turn away.

Fantastic experience: Stapleton Dentistry is second to none. Everyone here go above and beyond to ensure their clients are comfortable throughout. No one really likes going to a dentist, but because your teeth are important, I strongly recommend going to Stapleton’s Dentistry.

From Yasmina, Helena, Robin and others who assisted her when I received my new crown, they all showed caring, knowledge and professionalism and made me feel comfortable with the knowledge that I was in great hands. It all starts at the front desk where even at a very early hour I was treated with cheer and welcome. Today I feel like royalty with my new crown.

As someone with dental anxiety, this office was incredibly welcoming, reassuring, and kind, which made all the difference for me. Kelly at the desk was able to quickly fit me in the schedule to be seen when I called. Dr. Page and her assistant Paris did a wonderful job filling my cavity! They were thorough and very gentle, and they explained exactly what was happening during the entire procedure, which helped to keep me calm. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming! I now have my next appointment scheduled with them and am excited to be transitioning my care here!

Fantastic experience: 12/2025 Update: Still 5 stars but want to highlight Dr. Page and Yazmina! I have a very small mouth which makes all dental work difficult. They were both patient, kind and worked with me to ensure I had the best experience and care. I am grateful for caring folks like them who make dental visits less stressful. If I could give them more than five stars I would!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent, caring, considerate staff and dentists. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist any more!

Fantastic experience: Earlier today I cracked a tooth (actually, a crown). I showed up at Stapleton Dentistry without an appointment and they squeezed me in and replaced the crown ! As they make the actual crown in the office I went home later with my new crown and I do not have to return. Excellent service, friendly and very competent staff, I couldn't ask for a better experience !

Fantastic experience: WOW, had a fantastic time today on my visit at this amazing dentists office today.. everyone was very friendly, personable, and used safety precautions, I also will say one of the hygienists, a young lady by the name of Madison, was AWESOME, she was very professional, and helped me, main thing, she took her time with me, also she gave me a little instruction on keeping my teeth healthy, and oh yes, Dr Stapleton stopped by and checked my teeth also, ...I highly recommend this dentistry..oh yes, please tell them Eddie sent you, ha,ha,lol..❤️

Negative experience: I originally left a good review from my root canal and crown I had placed a couple years ago - thinking I’d received good care but now I know I feel I was taken advantage of. It was a pretty brutal 3 hours, she had difficulty getting me completely numb, and she tried many times to get the space completely filled. I was to the point of crying and having a panic attack. It was very painful. But I trusted Dr. Stapleton and afterwards she gave me an rx for 30 Valium for upcoming appts for anxiety. I know better now. The Valium rx was unethical and reckless. It was extremely expensive, even with insurance (at least 2k total). My pharmacy didn’t like the rx, stating that was a very high number of controlled pills for one more appt, but they prescribed it to me anyway. My crown failed about a month ago and I went to a different dentist in Apex, who saw signs of reoccurring infection in the canal and the filling medium Dr. Stapleton used was pushing out. I was referred to an endodontist, who found on X-rays that the canal was not entirely cleaned out (apparently I have very deep roots). Additionally, part of a drill bit had broken off in my canal and was still there, we saw it on the x-rays. Today I had to have an even more extensive root canal of the same tooth, which was not fun but less painful than when Dr. Stapleton did it. The endo said the filling Dr. Stapleton used was not appropriate because it isn’t a good sealant. I now have to wait for this to heal, then get it refilled, and a new crown. Today the endodontist with my insurance charged me $238, significantly less at a specialist than with Dr. Stapleton, despite it being a re-do of the same tooth (which many insurances won’t cover) and significantly more work cleaning up the mess. Unfortunately I didn’t have the knowledge to know dentists shouldn’t be doing difficult root canals, but now I will be going to a specialist for that care. Dentists should be knowledgeable enough to know when to pass the ball to someone more qualified. I feel like I got taken advantage of here.

Positive experience: Overall it was a fine first time at this dentist. People were helpful and friendly. My husband will probably schedule to use them also.Have had the opportunity to use Stapleton Dentistry for two crowns after an issue with some chipped teeth. The office people are very knowledgeable and Dr. Stapleton and her assistants do an amazing job. I have not had any discomfort or problems in fact, everything went very well and with knowledge, care, and kindness. Fantastic experience: I can not thank you enough for sorting my teeth and life out! Being English I kept up appearances and had brutal teeth having avoided the dentist for 15 years. I honestly can not believe how good you are at it as I felt close to no pain throughout my five or six trips. I am now almost completely sorted but can eat confidently for the first time in years. UPDATE December 2024: I recently had the first part of my implant procedure done at Stapleton Dentistry following the extraction in August and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease during every step of the process. Dr. Stapleton was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had about the procedure. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and the level of precision and care was self evident. The team followed up the next day to ensure my wellbeing post procedure which is a clear testament of their level of care towards the patient. No one likes going to the dentist and for me it’s important to have a personable and comfortable relationship with my Dentist that is built on trust, for these reasons I highly recommend Stapleton Dentistry. Their expertise and dedication to patient care are truly unmatched!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency visit today! Thought I needed another filling. Dr. Stapleton and members of her team took really good care of me and informed me that the pain I was experiencing was the result of a cut gum with a small flap of skin. All I needed to do was refrain from brushing the gum around the affected area for 2 days then it would all be fine. I highly recommend Stapleton Dentistry for any of your dental needs!

Negative experience: The dentist improperly put in a crown, which is now failing. I called the emergency line to see what could be done because I am in pain. When I tried to speak to them about it Dr. Stapleton literally hung up on me! She immediately acted like I wasn’t being truthful and wouldn’t even hear me out. Dr. Stapleton is needlessly rude. I truly don’t understand the animosity. I definitely wouldn’t suggest going to this dentist, as they do not stand behind their work. Beware, if they make a mistake they will gaslight you. To Dr. Stapleton, it is possible for you to make a mistake. Immediately getting defensive, accusing of lying, and hanging up on a patient is unprofessional. Edit: I would have had absolutely no problem coming in to review X-rays. What I was unhappy with was you immediately responding essentially saying that you don’t make those mistakes. That your office wouldn’t have placed a crown that didn’t fit. Well, you did. From there I could not get a word in. You made the assumption that I wanted free work. I did not expect free work, I simply asked you what your policy was and you got defensive. You yourself said that you didn’t have a chance to look at my crown and look at the entire situation. So why assume I’m lying and just want free work? You insult my integrity for asking a simple question.

Positive experience: We always are well taken care of by our dentists at Stapleton Dentistry. We are a family with disabled-individuals and many times we require special attention. We receive fabulous dental care at Stapleton Dentistry.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this clinic. I had two insurances and they refused to provide enough documents for my filling. So insurance didn't cover my filling expense. They even didn't tell me that the claim is rejected and the deadline for contacting the insurance company is passed. They called me after wards asking to pay the balance on my account. They advised me to contact my insurance, but without any notice I received a call from a debt collecting agency!!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding. Last night I broke a tooth and crown, down near the roots . When I called this morning they were able to see me at noon today! Dr. Stapleton did a careful examination to be sure nothing else was going on, then scheduled me for tomorrow to do the extraction of the rest of the tooth. At that point she will give me options for replacing it. She’s exactly the kind of dentist I need.

Fantastic experience: I am paranoid of the dentist chair. I don’t like going but my doc and nurse were so gentle and so understanding that the extraction was a piece of cake. Well… I was still nervous but they were so thoughtful and talked me through the entire process and it was not bad at all. This was my first time and I will be back for a cleaning once I’m healed. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding and being a really good dentist. Well today I finally came back for my cleaning and like I said I dislike having to go to the dentist. I had X-rays done which is no big deal but the folks here are friendly and knowledge and make me feel so at ease . They explain everything!! Best dentist I’ve ever been too and I am 72 years old, I have a decent set of choppers for my age . Thank you Stapleton Staff you guys Rock! I mean that from the bottom of my scary heart. Glad to hear I have no major work to have done. I had my second cleaning today Tuesday they did the right side the dentist was over the top thorough gentle even the injections didn’t really hurt. Just pressure I went thorough smooth dealing and I am a dentist scary cat. Today two days later and I had the left side done I think her name was Megan I could be wrong as when I sit in the chair because I’m such a scary cat names don’t stay with me. I apologize I can’t remember my specific dentist on both days but the young lady today was just as good friendly and knowledgeable and no Pain no Ouch nothing.from me at all, I’m really impressed with this place even the receptionist knew my face to my name and welcomed me as I approached her desk. I’ll never use another dentist ever. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist office, but it’s a must, “Stapleton Dentistry! you guys Rock!”

Negative experience: NOT Recommended now. There has been a big change at Stapleton. . . It used to be there that they had a caring attitude, lately just COLD. . . Today I had my teeth cleaned, hygienist barely said hi, and boy she was aggressive. HURT! Tears actually came to my eyes (and I am a big grown man!) Dentist was also pretty cold. I left there feeling like I was a villain for having tarter and a cavity. Insurance was also a problem. They told me TWICE I did not have coverage. -/except I do (Dental coverage was a hallmark of my United Health Advantage plan. . . ). I would give them ONE star, except I did get out of there QUICK. . . never to return

Fantastic experience: Dr Stapleton and her team are the best in the business. They have always been professional, thorough, and compassionate through the many procedures I have needed, especially some that have been very difficult to get right cosmetically. Dr Stapleton sincerely cares about her patients and takes her time to LISTEN to their individual needs (which can be rare in the medical/dental field). She is quality driven and trains all her staff carefully to her expectations. It is obvious that everyone in this office enjoys their jobs and work well as a team. She, and all the staff, from the front desk to the treatment rooms, are professional, friendly and put even the most apprehensive patient at ease. It also helps that the waiting and treatment rooms are some of the most relaxing decor I have ever been in! It took me years to find a dentist I could trust and I am so happy to have found this office! I highly recommend Stapleton Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my dental appointment and my experience was great as always with Dr. Stapleton and staff. I had a crown put in. With the new technology that Dr. Stapleton has in her office I was able to have my crown all in the same day instead of having to wait 2 weeks for it to come in. Dr. Stapleton is a very I mean very smart dentist. She went back to school to learn this new technology so her patients like me can have the best. Whoever read this review if you want your crown put in your mouth all in the same day and not wait for it to come in CONTACT Dr. Stapleton office. This lady is phenomenal!!!

Negative experience: Everything went well. Neck pillow helped cause of injury. Technician was great. Check out 'Manager', was terrible, because of him, I will NOT return. After 9 years of service. Without looking, I was told $185.00 for Cleaning. Plus x-ray cost. I have Dental Insurance; I pay for; = Twice a year; cleaning covered. Not the 1st time problem, last year, I was charged over $300.00 for replacement mouth guard. After paying, called Insurance company; advised, it was covered. After 6 months, Stapleton Dentistry reimbursed. Second time in 6 months OVERCHARGED! Taking My mouth (account) to another Dentist. They, MANAGER; doesn't know what a client is! No apologies. Stapleton Dentistry is NOT only dentist in area. Take my business to someone who cares about clients, NOT just making $$. Be careful!

Fantastic experience: I like this Dentist. I switched to them just before the Pandemic began so when I finally had my first appointment with them things were a little off kilter but now, I am settling in and I'm very happy with them. I referred my son to them when he moved back to the area. They always get me in on time and they give me helpful healthy suggestions to maintain my dental heath.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stapleton, my dental hygenist, and the people at the front desk were all fabulous. Efficient, helpful, affordable. I had to switch to Dr. Stapleton because my former dentist did not take Medicare. This dentist is much better in every way.

Fantastic experience: It has been a year since we started to come to Stapleton Dentistry. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for our appointments. You always see the same people, and they are very friendly. They have been very good with my kids. Also, for military families, they accept Tricare. UPDATE: Two years later, I confirm what I previously said. Excellent experience for me and my two young kids! As a military family we will have to move this Summer, and I will miss this place for sure.

Fantastic experience: After neglecting my teeth for a few years, I discovered that I had deep pockets and a lot of tartar. I went to a few dentists before I discovered Stapleton Dentistry. One dentist that I visited wanted to pull three of my teeth. I was not excited about that so I decided to get a second opinion. A friend of mine recommended Stapleton Dentistry. They checked my X-rays and they said that they could do a deep cleaning instead of pulling my teeth out. A dentist named Mrs. McCullock worked very hard to clean my teeth. She was patient with me during the whole process, and did an amazing job. They could not clean two teeth because they had deep pockets. So they recommended Periodontics & Implant Dentistry to fix those. Overall, I was very pleased from the customer service to the amazing results.
