Positive experience: The dentists did excellent work on my mother for a tooth seal and cleaning. They were gracious and kind to accommodate her brain injury. We greatly appreciate their service!

Negative experience: This dentist office constantly reschedules your appointments. Dr. Mickey is kind but his kindness does not outweigh the vast negative aspect of dealing with this office. Coded a balance as a late fee on the statement when it wasn't. I cancelled all future appointments and will be going to a different dentist.

Negative experience: I laid in the chair and they would not treat me. 2 days before my appointment someone from there called to remind me of my appointment. She asked if there was any change to my medical. I told her yes and explained what the changes were. She must of not told anyone what I had said because when I showed up for my appointment the tech asked me the same question and after i told her what was wrong with me, she refused to clean my teeth. Why I had to drive from one side of town to the other when they could have called me and told me to stay home I can not understand. Most of the time they are great, but not this time.

Fantastic experience: I so appreciate Dr King and everyone at Lima Road Dentistry. A few weeks ago, I saw a different dentist, and I wasn't thrilled with the plan we came up with, but it was fine. Yesterday, Dr King called just to ask if I had questions because she was reviewing charts and saw the recommendation. I definitely had questions. We talked for a couple of minutes, and she offered to take a look at the issue, no charge. I got in today, and as always, everyone was fantastic. Carissa took great care of me, and Dr King really discussed the issues and possibilities. I left with a plan I'm much happier with. This is only one example of Dr King and the entire Lima Road Dentistry staff going above and beyond. I've had a lot of work done there, and it's always been a good experience. If you're looking for a dentist who really listens to you and works with you to find the best solution for your particular situation and needs, this is the office for you.

Fantastic experience: I had crown come off and Lima Road Dentistry was able to work me in the same day. Fortunately, the crown wasn’t damaged and the whole procedure including checking in and out took less than an hour with no pain. Everyone there is great!

Fantastic experience: Natasha was with me yesterday 10/29/25 while Dr Mickey was doing an extraction on me. She was so nice helpful and very very good at what she does, very personable and I couldn’t have asked for anyone more compassionate and informative to be with me during the procedure. She is great! And she also told me that Dr Mickey is thinking about going to Detroit and she is his right and left hand and makes his life easier from what he said. He needs to stay here. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more caring and informative and told me from the beginning what I could expect and possible things that could happen. To me considering what I had done it was a comforting and calming experience! Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to lima road dentistry now for 17 years in between a 4 year span i tried several different dentists that were jn network with my insurance and I now have severe ptsd when thinking of going to a dentist went back to lima road dentistry and all my fears have left. I pay OOP but totally worth every penny I couldn't reccomend a better dentist office staff is wonderful kind and knowledgeable I can always get in fairly quickly when I need a look at something quick. My permanent retainer was hanging off on the top they were able to fix it the same day I called and made it good as new and I didn't have any cost to fix it which was a huge plus.

Fantastic experience: Semi-annual checkup & cleaning (delayed for health reasons). My first time wearing sunglasses. I don’t remember holding the vacuum tube before but I can see how it would help the hygienist not having to grab it each time it’s needed. Overall great service though.

Fantastic experience: I am a dental chicken. I go to the dentist when things happen. Last night I broke a tooth. A friend recommended this place because she knows how fearful I am of the dentist. Everyone was very nice. Missy was able to schedule me this afternoon, and assured me that they take care of nervous people. Sandy the dental tech was warm and friendly. The dentist was very nice, explained everything. I need a crown and am going back next week for it. For this dental chicken, it was a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The team at Lima Road Dentistry are always professional and at the same time provide warm inviting atmosphere. I have always have bad anxiety in the dentist chair but the team here help reduce this and make me feel a little more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown replacement and a new crown. They were very intuitive and making sure that I was comfortable and that I was pain-free. They ran on time the staff was very very helpful. Always making sure that I was OK and to call if I had any questions. This was a new DENTIST for me and I will be sure to be coming back from my regular check ups.

Fantastic experience: A crown on one of my front teeth came off early in the morning. I immediately called the dentists office and was asked to come over within the hour. My crown was recemented in place and I went on with my day. I was treated promptly and with respect by all associates involved and was very thankful for their care.

Fantastic experience: I went to Lima Road Dentistry today. I’m such a baby about dental work. I get anxiety over having X-rays done. Kourtney was my hygienist and she was amazing! She got the X-rays done without needing help! That has never happened before. Usually it takes 2 people LOL I saw Dr King and I loved her. So gentle and caring. I won’t dread going to the dentist ever again!!

Another good visit at Lima Road Dentistry. My tech had her work cut out for her this morning but handled it very well. Check this place out if you are needing a dentist. Update: I have been a patron of Lima Road Dentistry for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is kind and the hygienist's do a great job. If it is possible to 'look forward' to dental hygiene in the morning this place is the place. Niki is the BOMB! This place is great and I totally recommend t hem to anyone needing dental services. I have been getting my teeth taken care of for 20 years and have not had a bad experience. All of the techs that I have had the great care and do good work. The docs are professional, caring, and skilled. It's a good choice to come here for your dental needs. A while back I had a bit of an issue with the billing part of Lima Road Dentistry's services. Once again Niki was totally amazing. She took care of the problem (figured out what when wrong) and made sure my account was noted regarding payment and insurance and all of that. Worked perfectly. She was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Is it weird that I look forward to going to the dentist? Allow me to explain. They have the world's most awesome dental hygienist, Tiffany. To be fair, all the other hygienists I've had in the past have also been great. Their dentists are compassionate yet efficient. And the staff remembers my name AND the name of my kids. No My other son and I also use this dentist office, and I have been nothing but impressed by all the staff and the service they provide. Fantastic experience: Recently switched to this dentist because my old one made me feel bad. They do an awesome job of making you not feel embarrassed of yourself and are so kind. They also care about your anxieties with dentists. The staffing upfront is so helpful too and gave me a detailed receipt of what exactly I was paying for along with insurance which was awesome. I felt like my other place was putting random charges on versus this place is very upfront and also let me know cost beforehand.

Fantastic experience: My son had to come in for his first filling…when he got to the seat, Marymar showed him everything she and Dr. Mickey were going to be using so he wasn’t surprised. They told him that, since he was going to have laughing gas, they were going to do the filling without “sleepy juice” for his tooth - I didn’t even know it was possible to do that! He ended up not needing it and we left the office within 40 minutes of arriving able to eat breakfast on our way home…I could not be happier with how this appointment went!

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Indiana, I've been surprised by how much medicine often feels like a business. I'm thrilled to say that Lima Road Dentistry is a wonderful exception. They have been amazing with me and my family. Their service, the way they treat patients—especially young kids—is outstanding. They respond promptly to emergencies, maintain a clean office, and have friendly staff and health specialists. The experience has been consistently positive and refreshing, especially compared to other medical experiences we've had in Indiana. Negative experience: This place is terrible. Dr. Mickey said he could not do a cleaning without x-rays even though I explained I have an office sending him the x-rays. Yes, I said a cleaning cannot be done without x-rays here. The assistant acted like she was insurance professional, saying it wouldn’t cost me anything when it does cost my deductible. I tried explained it was needed for a crown I wanted them to complete… But she stormed off with a bad attitude and brought back the inexperienced Mickey. His first question was, how soon can the x-rays be there but then two seconds later forgot his own question and told me he couldn’t even do the cleaning without the x-rays? This office is dirty and outdated and they only care about money, obviously not about a family that’s been going there for 15 years.. Save yourself the bad experience by calling the next number on the list you’ll be happy you did. Oh, and the only reason this office has so many reviews is because they have posted on every wall in there, an incentive or a bribe to leave a good review. I’m sure half of these reviews are fake.

Fantastic experience: I thought I’d never say, ‘I enjoyed my visit’ to the dentist, but I did, due to the great care I received from both Kourtney and Dr. King. I had some terrible experiences from different dentists, but Kourtney and Dr. King at Lima Rd. Dentistry actually having me looking forward to my next appointment and getting back on the road to good dental health.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had a cleaning in 3 years and was quite nervous to visit the dentist. On a friendly recommendation I went to Lima Road Dentistry and had a great experience. Solei at the front desk was very friendly and made it easy to complete all the new patient paperwork and billing afterwards. I had Kortney as a hygienist and she was superb. Since it had been so long I had to get a full set of x-rays and she was super efficient at getting them done, it was quick and painless. Kortney also did an amazing job on the cleaning procedure as well. Dr. King handled my exam and was very kind. She was quick and knowledgeable. Her and Kortney helped explain everything that needed to get done and help schedule me back on track for my dental hygiene. Overall, I highly recommend Lima Road Dentistry and their amazing team!

Fantastic experience: Like most people, I harbor an innate fear of the dentist, especially if any work beyond a routine filling is required. In 2017, I had a tooth chip while I was pregnant. The folks at Lima Road Dentistry got me in the same day and gave me a temporary filling free of charge. When that filling fell out, they got me back in and replaced the temp filling until after I gave birth when they repaired my tooth for good! The experience was one of the best, most painless fillings I've ever had. Dr. King and the staff are so gentle, thorough and great about describing what they're doing/what you'll feel before and as they fix your teeth. As of 2024, I have now had three crowns and multiple fillings done at this location, one crown by Dr. King and two by Dr. Mickey, and I really can't recommend either of them enough. They are both so good at what they do and are careful to keep their patients comfortable and in the loop while restoring their teeth to good health. I must especially commend Dr. Mickey and dental assistant Marimar for saving two of my teeth via crowns over the past month, and doing so in such a compassionate and professional manner. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants to the dentists here are top notch! I'll never like dental work, but I'll never fear it like I did before as long as I'm under the care of the excellent dentists and staff at Lima Road Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Tiffany is the best hygienist my wife and I have ever had! She does an excellent job, is precise, caring and always concerned with her patients comfort. We drive over an hour to have Tiffany for our dental care.
