I'm so glad that I went there with my daughter and got up to ask the receptionist to they take Medicaid or United healthcare insurance and she did I had the insurance card with me and I said yes . So I told my oldest grandson to go get it out of the car and he did . So I gave it to receptionist and she said let me see bout it she will let me know. So I went back to sit down after while waiting she call me up there and she told me they take it , and then I scheduled appointment with them to see bout my teeth in my mouth cause I told I some teeth problems. So Goldsboro Family Dental y'all did awesome job on my X-ray and explained to me what y'all going to do next time I come to my teeth . I appreciate all the stuff members and Dr Taylor what y'all do love y'all guys see y'all soon when my next appointment schedule.

Fantastic experience: This team is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing them for years for routine cleanings and general dental care. Out of nowhere, I ended up with an infected tooth (my first cavity ever), and they immediately worked me in. They made me feel comfortable, explained exactly what was going on and what to expect next, provided the necessary medication, and even scheduled my root canal appointment with another office for me. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. This team is truly fantastic. Hands down the best dental team in Eastern NC. They have Family in their name for a reason! They treat you as such.

Fantastic experience: I am usually that person who is terrified of seeing the dentist, due to past horrific experiences. However, since going to Dr. Taylor my dental visits over the years, have been nothing but a wonderful experience each and every time. Professional staff and compassionate service. Fantastic experience: December 17th Today I have my first dental cleaning in three years, not out of reluctance, but because my husband and I were living out of state, we were diligently to maintain good oral health hygiene like a well oil machine we were referred by my husband’s new boss, Jonathan McCorkle, and I am so glad we took his recommendation. I am extremely nervous about seeing any dentist however, my hygienist Danielle immediately put me ease . She was calm patient incredibly considerate of my fears. She took her time, explained everything and made the experience the best I’ve ever had in the dentist office. I hope we never have to change dentist in a long time. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, which made a huge difference. I highly recommend Goldsboro Family Dental to anyone who is scared of a dentist. Positive experience: My autistic daughter loves coming to Goldsboro Family Dental. They are friendly and positive and explain patiently what she needs to do for good oral hygiene. Even though her insurance has not covered everything, it is well worth the extra cost to bring her here.

It’s not often that you find an entire clinic full of extremely kind, friendly, and talented people who take the time to really listen to you and your concerns; but this clinic certainly has them! Fantastic experience: Insurance coverage apparently has changed and was not seen for the appointment. Had pre-medicated with approved antibiotics and will have to reschedule the procedure. Nothing negative towards the practice, just the waste of everyone’s time. The staff there is great.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist, always raises my anxiety and today was a tough day because I had recent disturbing events.. I was extremely anxious when I arrived, but the check-in staff, the technician, and the Dentist were so kind. They calmed my nerves and made my check-up visit to the dentist a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Everyone was very nice and friendly even the dentist telling me that they could not treat my daughter that has DOWNS SYNDROME Lynda was at a new office with new people and they wouldn’t give her a chance to get to know them.
