Fantastic experience: Happy 80th birthday, Dr. Ferguson! The staff seems to get along very well, makes for a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Elizabeth did a quick, thorough cleaning of my teeth & Dr. Ferguson took time to instruct me in a better method for cleaning a problem area.

Fantastic experience: I love going to this dentist and feel they have my always taken care of my concerns and dental care and my needs. Dr. Kelly James and her whole crew are amazing. She is extremely gentle and very considerate of her patients and their needs. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Very clean office! Everyone was so nice from scheduling to the hygienist Amy to Dr James. I felt like my cleaning and examine was thorough. I showed up 10 mins early and was called back within mins. From start to finish it was about 45 mins with almost no wait time. I appreciate when a Dr office is considerate of my time and doesn’t over book appointments. Already scheduled my next appointment.

She keeps you updated even when you forget about your appointment. I cant leave out the dental hygienist. She cleans your teeth just like the dentist does. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture that this is an exceptional place to go for your dental needs.

They file my insurance for me right away, the most gentle care starting with the Best Massage Chair..take your time please.. X-rays completely pain free, on to my cleaning..quick and simple, my Hygienist is the Sweetest.. she complimented my Daily Flossing! Yaay.. so happy to hear my dedication to flossing pays off every time. She Polished my teeth they feel so smoothe and sparkley. Then Dr. Billy examined my little pearly whites.. and announces. NO CAVITIES!!! Yaaay!! How can I not Love them!! And my goodie bag.. I love this lil HapPie.. and my next check up appointment was set before I even left the treatment room. Oh I almost forgot, they made sure to accommodate my siblings so we all can come together next time too. This team will not disappoint

Fantastic experience: (I went in today to have a tooth repaired and Billy Ferguson was wonderful again. This dentist team is amazing. Dr. Ferguson is very gentle and informative. He is also very funny and caring. It doesn’t matter how old or young you are, you will get his best. The whole team is wonderful . Dr. Kelly James is just as great. She is as caring and informative. So easy to talk to. Thanks for being the best.) Again I will went in to have my annual teeth cleaning. And as always, I got the best from the best. I like to add Lindsey in on this Bragging. She is so good so gentle and she keeps me laughing. Just like all the rest of the team she fits in just right. And she is cute as a ladybug . This team is one of the best teams I have seen in over 20 years. They all seem to get along and they all seem to know all the patients that come through. It’s like a big huge family. If you need a dentist and a wonderful team check them out you can always go somewhere else, but you might not ever get a team like the Fergusons team.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as always. I was experiencing severe discomfort and pain from my dentures. Dr. Ferguson fixed the issue and I was in and out in lest than a half hour!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this office was quite pleasant, particularly in view of the fact that all we did was take X-rays & discuss future dental work. The office, itself, is charming, immaculate and comfortable and the ladies at the front desk were cheerful & welcoming. Dr. James was equally pleasant and what she suggested in the way of treatment was easily understandable. No mumbling or big words! . She exudes professional confidence, as well as competence, and didn't even scold me for not taking better care of these ancient cuspids; I look forward to my next visit, fully aware that visit just might be a bit more uncomfortable. However, reviews I've read about this office indicated every effort was made to assure their patients of as little pain as possible so I'm not too worried at this point. I know I've given only 4 stars, but NObody gets 5 stars on the first encounter - the 5th star comes later. ☺️

Positive experience: I love Brunswick Dental - I even drive all the way from Midtown Memphis to there, which takes about 30 minutes! My experience with Dr. Ferguson’s great care dates back to the mid-eighties when my family lived in Bartlett, and we went to his recently-retired partner, Dr. Thomas Craig. Some years ago, Dr. James did some emergency work for me on a Saturday and I have always appreciated that fine care. So I highly recommend them and their wonderful staff!

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff are so welcoming and always keep me laughing during any procedure I have to do. They ask multiple times during any filling if I'm okay or if they need to take a break which is super considerate. And from what I can tell they dont price gouge like a lot of other places around the city. I wont be going anywhere else for my dental care. (Also Dr. James REALLY wants a Porch Goose for the office. )

Negative experience: On May 1, 2025, I visited Brunswick Station Dental Center. Dr. Ferguson was my dentist. I received poor service on this visit. My dental hygienist, (Elizabeth) was very condescending, and lack empathy when trying to clean my teeth. My teeth are very sensitive and I did note this to the hygienist. Actually, I felt like my service was rushed, and she informed me that she didn't have time to give me injections. It was a very uncomfortable position; however, I remained calm and polite. The dentist later came in and did his evaluation. He informed me that I will need to have injections to have my teeth clean, and commented on the condition of my teeth. However, Dr. Ferguson offered no treatment plan for my teeth. Upon leaving the dentist office, I did request to not having this dentist hygienist, (Elizabeth) to clean my teeth in the future. I have been attending this dentist office for 10 plus years; however, I did not feel valued on this occasion.

Everyone here, from the people who answer the phone, to the people who take your money when you leave are awesome! It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere that helps cause we all know it’s no fun to go to the dentist…..but here they are making it tolerable!

Fantastic experience: Hannah Todd was an absolutely wonderful dental hygienist! She was so gentle at cleaning my teeth! And where another corporate office said I needed a periodontal cleaning, Dr. Ferguson said that was not anywhere close to the case! Also, the other corporate office said I had a cavity and needed a crown and this dentist was able to put some medicine on it to prevent further decay (it wasn’t a cavity in the first place)! They were just trying to get my money and I truly feel like Brunswick was not this type of place at all! They are a small town dentist that loves Jesus and puts people FIRST!!
