Fantastic experience: Dr. Bui was very professional and informative. The office staff is very friendly and the pricing is upfront and reasonable. From someone who is deathly afraid of the Dentist, this was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Dealing with a dental issue, I came in for a second opinion to Dr. Bui. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to correct the dental issue the same day. He educated me on the procedure and why it was important to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I will recommend his office to friends and family!

Negative experience: Our insurance changed and this dentist is no longer in network for my wife and myself. Did not inform us that we were out of network when my wife came in for a root canal. Just told us the price, “after insurance.” Very untrustworthy for not informing us they were out of network.

Fantastic experience: My experience today was great, not only did Dr. Bui get me back in the same day to do the other dental work I needed but they were gentle and efficient with fitting me in. They explain everything they are doing and are just always super friendly. They all take their time to get to know their patients. Fantastic experience: Was my first ever experience at the dentist, so reasonably I was nervous. But Dr. Bui was very kind and gentle through everything, which helped calm my nerves drastically. When I got my molar tooth pulled he was very gentle, and I didn’t feel a thing. I would 100% recommend this dentist!! Fantastic experience: Just got a tooth extraction. Every thing went great didn't need to go to a specialist. Been a customer here since they opened. Have moved away and other dentists check work and ask who did my fillings cause they did a great job. Dr Bui takes pride in being the best he can. I have never had a problem coming here. Your paying for quality when you come and work should last a long long time. And stop eating food so you don't need to come as often.

Marisol was sweet & finally Patty was so warm & thorough in answering ALL of my questions regarding financing & procedures. Though I have not had much needed work done yet, I am more informed as to what needs to be done. This dentist & staff online reviews were great & not exagerated but truthful! I even saw some of Dr Bui's unbelievably beautiful smile makeovers. Everyone I met was very warm & professional. I will definitely see them again when I obtain coverage that his practice accepts.

Fantastic experience: Love the work here! I chipped a front tooth and hadn't been to a dentist in at least 7 years. I got a same day appointment! Found out I had some cavities too. Fixed my chipped tooth, and filled most of my cavities same day. Came back the next week for a cleaning and final cavities. Doctor and staff are super friendly and walked me though what was being done. My teeth look great and the pricing was very reasonable and adorable! Especially when I didn't have insurance. 10/10 and already booked my next cleaning. Can't recommend enough!

I then walked past him in the office he was in and told the receptionist that I had no money. He saw me and immediately stopped talking. I got a refund and left

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bui stands by his work. My wife had crowns done here in 2023 and one of them disintegrated. We called Dedicated Dental and they took care of us and replaced her crown. The new one looks great and they do amazing work here.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 dental office, highly recommend. Dung Bui is so awesome. I used to use the modern/valley dentists, they were alright, but this office is way better. The staff are super nice and they treat you more like a patient rather than a number. They don't try to upsell you either. Dung Bui personally spends a lot of time with you and explains everything thoroughly, including your options. He stays with you the whole procedure (as opposed to just checking in like other dentists, and letting their helpers do the work). He's super good and can even handle my tight lockjaw. I think if you just talk to him for a few minutes you can immediately tell how good he is. Best dentist I've seen in Nevada, give him a visit if you're doubting your dentist like I did. So worth it.

He worked with the me, my special needs, and we went at the pace I needed for my dental care. I was able to get 4 teeth taken care of and when I started feeling anxious we agreed to take a break and schedule for later. I look forward to fixing the rest of my dental here.

I also want to add that dental work in general isn’t the cheapest in the world, but here they genuinely do work with you on the costs so that your teeth can be in the best shape they can possibly be.

Negative experience: This will be my last time coming to this dentist. I never have a good experience behind the front desk, the attending doctor doesn’t communicate past a hi, doesn’t give you any information and is very cold shoulder. The dental hygienist is kind, but seems overworked since she’s the only one there. There is NO communication whatsoever and when you’re dealing with your health, and money there should be. I’m disappointed

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go for dental care, I have been in dental offices here in Las Vegas and Henderson and Dedicated Dental have very good dentist and from the front desk and the staff are great people and they have a lot experience and they are very knowledgeable and the most important to me they never hurt me, somehow they know how to treat people like very gentle. To me they are the BEST!!!! because they are very professional and knowledgeable. They have Spanish also.

They were even able to do a crown same day, no temp needed with CAD and CNC tech right there in the office! They let me take pictures of their CNC machine shaping my new crown!

Fantastic experience: I have been horribly embarrassed about my smile for many years after a car accident that knocked out my front teeth. I have replaced the crowns several times in the past with results that were disheartening and increasingly awful. Dr Bui promised me he could fix it but my heart was so traumatized from the other failed attempts that it took a lot of encouragement and patience on Dr. Bui’s part for me to be brave enough to even hope. Fantastic experience: The dentist is quite experienced. He knows how to numb the area and move quickly to complete the job. I actually like this dental clinic and recommend it. The prior clinic I was not able to accommodate my Office hour needs. This clinic stayed late to assist me with the crown.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Henderson and I have a dental emergency. I am so grateful they do same day appointments. Been having toothache for days now I tried to ignore it but came to a point that it gives me headaches. Couldnt bear with it anymore. I have a very busy lifestyle managing pro athletes so I forget to take care of myself. Thank God Dr. Bui is here to rescue me. I am always scared to go to the dentist like everyone else specially we dont know anyone here in Henderson yet. Fantastic experience: My experience here was so good! I felt so welcomed, first I was so nervous because I had a wisdom tooth concern as a first time patient! I was worried I had to give a whole bunch of information and deal with discomfort and then wait weeks out for an extraction appointment but Dr. Bui did it all THAT DAY! I’m telling ya! The office and staff was amazing and very kind. They booked me next day for my discomfort & just as fast as I booked my appointment, Dr. pulled that tooth out in less that 2 minutes, no pain, no problem and I was so worried for nothing! 10/10 my new favorite dentist! After that extraction we went through treatment plan and he was very thorough and genuine to get my best smile :)

I was kept updated on each step of my care. Dr.Bui is one of the best dentist I have come across in a long time. I received a few same day crowns. The fit is absolutely the best I have ever had. I hate the dentists like most people, esp the needle part, but i guess i have had bad dentist in the past because i could barely feel the needle being inserted. Dr Bui was very transparent and showed you with the picture/x ray exactly what was wrong and what options you had. Front desk friendly and pricing was fairly cheaper than others. Fantastic experience: Dedicated Dental is a really great dental office from the front of the clinic with the receptionist to the back office of the clinic with the Dr and the dental assistance. They really care about their patients teeth and their overall good health. The staff are really kind and professional I do not like going to the dentist but they turned my nervous visit into a great experience.
