Positive experience: It was ok I haven’t receding gums and I told the hygienist when I went in. It was really hard for me to sit there she kept scrapping and the sensative teeth in my mouth really hurt when she scrapped so low on some of the teeth. They should know not to do that so much when you have problems like that.

Fantastic experience: my dental tech doing my xrays and was rough in cleaning. l ended up w some bleeding and my gums hurt. This was not a deep.cleaning either. l have never experienced this before in my 60 years of going to a dentist. She had 6 yrs experience but was not a permanent employee. l will not accept her again She was on contract and traveled from.office to.office. The dentist and rest of the staff were very good!

The office is really clean and beautiful and the coffee and cookies are a great perk! I highly recommend all ProGrin offices and in particular this location. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being taking care of by Dr. Peek and Nykia (dental assistant) for two fillings and they were an absolute blessing i definitely recommend them both especially Nykia as a assistant she is very personable and makes sure you’re comfortable even if you are a little on the fence about dentist like I am
Negative experience: I’ve been going here for years, never had an issue and always liked Dr Stroller. Today they canceled my appointment for ‘not confirming’. I’ve had the appointment for months and have never been a no show. I had a missed call this morning from “Healthcare” but NO voicemail. Who answers calls you don’t know these days? I immediately called when I got the cancelation text within minutes and it was already too late to keep my appointment. The receptionist told me she knew she left a voicemail but I definitely did not have one. I went back and checked while I was on the phone with her. I did go back and find a text from earlier this week that was garbage and looked like spam with random characters and symbols so obviously I didn’t reply. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: A lot of folks dread going to the dentist. Not me! The staff at ProGrin is friendly, knowledgeable, uber-professional and efficient. They are so good at what they do! When I needed to change my appointment due to an emergency, one call abd it was done. Check-in is quick and minimal wait time for my appointment. So impressed with the hygienist Cidney who gently handled my cleaning, so conscious of my comfort. Dr. Stroller is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient--I'm a big fan!. If you're looking for excellent dental care, check out ProGrin. They have several locations in Upstate SC.

Fantastic experience: What a welcoming place. Very friendly staff. Water, coffee, cookies and snacks. Teeth cleaning went great with good suggestions. And this is the first time we have been to a dentist and not told we need to have a bunch of very expensive things done. I love it here. My husband and I have found our dental home.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with ProGrin was all I could want. Very warm and friendly staff greeted me and offered complimentary services. The hygienist was so kind and was very caring. She did a great job cleaning my teeth so that my mouth felt refreshed! Definitely will continue with this practice.
Fantastic experience: I have such a dental phobia and these ladies and gentlemen took me in and babied me, and we’re so gentle and kind can’t say enough good things about the doctors and the staff at this location off of W. Georgia Rd. They were also very professional, and the place is super clean, and they even have a therapy dog if you’re really nervous.

Negative experience: I've debated for awhile to leave this review. I was a patient here for only a few years. My first two visits went fine then the third I magically had developed a "minor" cavity. I went for my procedure which turned out to be a total nightmare. I received 5+ injections and started to have reactions to the injections uncontrollable emotions/shakes. I had to go back to have the filling sanded down and they sent me on my way. I still had issues with the tooth and tried to have it sanded down again and was told to wait. At this time I've had enough and went to a different dentist who saw me immediately and they sanded it down a little more which eliminated the inflammation and most of the pain. It's been almost a year and I'm still having issues with the tooth. Myself and my new dentist have requested multiple times for my records and xrays which they said they would send but never would. They also keep billing my wife and I for things we never did. I will be filing complaints with the proper channels and will be talking to an attorney. Update: to date they have not sent my dental records when requested by me, and my new dental office. If you're looking for a dentist and interested here, please ask on social media, there will be a ton of other people who have dealt with malpractice, and shady business from progrin.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good first visit with ProGrin. I have a little anxiety when getting my teeth cleaned, because I have a lot of gum recession. Carlin, my hygienist, was very thorough and explained everything before and as she proceeded. Dr. Stoller was very pleasant and did check my teeth, tongue, gums, and entire mouth. The highlight of my visit was the incredible dental assistant, Vera. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a family dentist since we’ve moved to the Greenville area. After finding ProGrin online I began hearing positive feedback from other people about their experiences with the office. So we made appointments. Myself and my two kids have now gone in and had very positive experiences (both kids are young -first dental appointment for one and second appointment for the other) and now my husband is scheduled as well. The office has many amenities which make it a little extra special but the thing that has stood out to me each visit has been the kindness of each staff member we’ve encountered. Fantastic experience: I DO NOT recommend. It has taken me months to decide if I should write this review or not, but at this point, it needs to be said because I’m still dealing with an ongoing issue that they care not to resolve or to follow up with me about. The bottom line is that I went in for a simple dental fix according to the female dentist there. I ended up with one tooth now needing to be pulled and another with pain that is unexplainable to every dentist that I’ve seen after. I don’t even want to relive the trauma of being numbed twice (very similar to the review left under the 1 star review). When I went to another dentist at the same practice, all they could do is rave about how particular the dentist was who did my fillings and her work couldn’t have been the cause of my discomfort. They even said,” she wasn’t working on healthy teeth.” Eluding to my discomfort being my own fault. Either way, this work was done in January 2025. I am still dealing with the same discomfort on one side of my mouth and am unable to chew on that side. I would not recommend anyone take themselves or a loved one here. They will defend their work at all cost and leave you to figure it out in your own.

Negative experience: Very upset with this place. Just took off work to take my daughter in to the dentist and they tell me that they took her off the schedule for not confirming! They had my old number. They shouldn't just take people off the schedule. Thats the reason i made an appointment. Very annoyed about that caused a huge inconvenience so now I would have to take off work again to go there. Bad way to run a practice.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I've had in the Upstate! My hygienist was kind, gentle & thorough and the dental assistant that helped me (Nykia) get fitted for a night guard was super friendly & attentive. The office staff are very friendly (including their emotional support dog!), the office itself is immaculate & inviting and the clinical professionals are all very respectful, gentle and thorough. Couldn't ask for a better experience - especially if you are prone to some anxiety related to getting dental cleanings or work done. I have no reservations about trusting my dental health to ProGrin!

Negative experience: AWEFUL CLIENT SERVICE!!!!!! The from girl “Casey” is so RUDE! The Hygienist is equally so unaccommodating and rude. My appointment was at 4 PM and they close at 5 PM. I called them to let them know. I was on my way at 3:50 PM and that there was a lot of traffic on 385 and W. Georgia Rd. and I was probably going to be late, they assured me that it was going to be OK. I arrived at 3:14 PM And was told “ I need to check with the hygienist to make sure she’ll see you because we only give a 10 minute grace. Period.” I instructed them that I had called and spoke to someone and they assured me that I was going to be OK because of the traffic that has occurred here. I work just like everyone else and I can’t accommodate for traffic. “ Casey” got on the phone and told me she would have to reschedule my appointment because they only give a 10 minute grace period. I waited over a month to have this appointment and not to mention at my first visit. I waited over 30 minutes in their waiting room. So they could give a 10 minute grace. But I could sit there for 30+ minutes. They need to really reevaluate their timing because if they’re going to expect their clients to be held to a 10 minute grace period they need to do the same as well and lead by example I will get my cleaning done and I will never visit this place ever again. Period I feel bad for the dentist that have to work with such a rude front staff.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I moved here recently and needed a dentist. I had a cleaning and met Dr Stoller who explained work that was needed. My previous dentist had mentioned old fillings that needed to be replaced so I decided to go ahead with it and another appt was scheduled. With all the work that needed to be done I expected to be there a few hours. But Dr Stoller was so efficient he completed all of it in an hour! 4 fillings and then he also fixed some of my front teeth that had chips. One wasn’t planned (it chipped between visits) but he included it with this visit, plus he removed some stains on my bottom front teeth! I haven’t smiled for pictures in about 10 years, but I’m smiling now! I am so grateful I found this office and Dr Stoller. The staff have been so pleasant and friendly. I forgot to mention that I received a complimentary item of my choice for the procedure. I chose a neck pillow and had the most comfortable dental appointment. Finally, the cost was very reasonable for all of the work that was done. I was very happy about that. A little more work is scheduled for next month but I have no anxiety about it.

Fantastic experience: First visit for cleaning and xrays. Second visit for a replacement crown. Dr. Stoller was all business which I liked in this instance. I knew the tooth had a root canal but I have had one with root canal and it hurt like heck. No pain here. My old dentist office the tech took 2 hrs. to get the temp crown made and then it came off on the ride home. The tech at Progrin was awesome. Got the temp crown perfect didn't need any adjustments. Hopefully this will be our forever dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am 74 and finally found the right dentist. He installed a crown that was tricky and explained everything in detail. I know he had personal pride in what he was doing and the results were of the highest quality. The staff assisting was professional, the front desk was pleasant to interact with, and the dental hygienist who had cleaned my teeth the week before was perfect. I have dreaded dentist office visits my whole life but after three visits here, my fear is gone, and I feel like I have made new friends. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Would definitely recommend her. Dr Peek is always super friendly and lets you know her recommendations without pressuring you into any additional procedure.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Simpsonville, S.C. I dreaded trying to find a new dentist. ProGrin Dental was recommended to me. I have been to them for two 6-month checkups and one emergency visit. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Dr. Stoller did a wonderful job responding to my emergency of losing a front tooth from a fall. I have nothing but praise for the staff’s knowledge and efficiency.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. The whole staff was amazing and very welcoming. I probably waited. 5 minutes in the waiting room. They were very efficient and professional. I would recommend ProGrin.
