Fantastic experience: My experience at Dr .Nicks office is and has always been exceptional. When I first moved to North Andover 11 years ago I had a dentist break my jaw in the process of removing a molar and I thought I’d never want to see a dentist again. I went to another new dentist after that and thought his office was good. I then ended up at Dr. Nicks office while searching for a new dentist that took my new dental insurance and found Middleton Dental Office couldn’t be more happy I have had a lot of dental work done at Dr. Nicks office , multiple crowns , fillings and a tooth removal , bone graph and partial dental plate. Dr Nick is so gental with needles and all that he did to make me feel self assured after knowing what had previously happened to me. State of the art equipment to do everything he needs to do to help his patients. Yesterday I had Josselyn do my cleaning and she has always done my cleaning. She always does a fantastic job love her. She is sweet and kind and gentle love that about her. She is also very diligent about telling me how my overall oral health is when I see her best hygienist I have ever had in my life. I have had hygienist that would bring you right out of the chair while cleaning your teeth believe me when I say she is great. I have had Dr .Kramer as well for an emergency crown and my husband has her and he and I lover her too. Very kind and gentle as well. She is very good at what she does too. I just love the whole staff from people who answer the phone to the dentist themselves. I have never had a better dental assistant than Marissa she is the best I have ever had I have said it before can’t rave enough about her care of patients especially when you have had painful extraction and bone graphs. Dr. Nick as a dentist is the best I have had I have a beautiful smile because of all the work he has done . All my front teeth and more have been done by Dr.Nick as well as other work he has done a fantastic job I would highly recommend him or anyone on his team. Love love love his whole office. Can’t say enough great things about them all. I was back at Dr. Nicks office yesterday as I wrote in the post above I couldn’t say it any better. They are absolutely the bomb. Today I want to say a thank you to all the front staff that greet you when you come in, call and leave. They are wonderful as well anything I’ve asked of them mailing receipts for last year taxes even letting me know the out of pocket costs because they color code them. So grateful that they always accommodate when I call. I run my own company so I understand all to well how valuable customer service means to any business or office these days especially in the midst of a pandemic . When I left the dentist office I went to before I was so upset because he was a really nice guy who always explained everything he was going to do etc. I asked if he could take my new insurance he said no he didn’t want to accept that insurance because my husband changed companies and didn’t have delta insurance anymore. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I think now he did me a favor because he didn’t have the equipment or state of the art facility that Dr Nick has built his business into being. I have had to have a lot of work done that needed that special equipment. I found out a lot of dentist won’t carry Aultis Dental Insurance because of what the coverage entails compared to other insurance companies. Dr Nick informed me he has a lot of patients with Altus , so glad he decided to carry it in his office. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. My husband goes to Dr Kramer he loves her too. I have had Dr Kramer when I have had to have an emergency crown done and she was fabulous too. No matter the situation this office has you covered believe me they are worth all this praise. I have never written a review unless the business really deserved it. I never have written any this long . That in of itself should tell you how great all these people are at what they do.

Fantastic experience: A great place to find out you need a root canal!! They set up my appointment for the next day and contacted my local pharmacy for medication to reduce the pain. Katrina at the front desk is amazing at her job, exudes confidence as she finds solutions needed!

Fantastic experience: Today Dr Morgan replaced an old amalgam filling with new material. This was my first experience with him and it was fantastic. I’m a complete nervous nelly when going to the dentist (even if it’s just a cleaning). Dr. Morgan and his staff were very patient and generous with their time. So happy I changed to this dentist group! It’s a place I feel confident I can get back on track w/regular cleanings and taking care of my teeth!

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Middleton Dental Care was an emergency visit for a broken tooth. I had never visited this practice before and a friend highly recommended Dr. Nick DiMauro, stating she also went there for an emergency. I was seen the next day, my tooth was fixed and I am now a permanent happy patient. Dr. Nick is fabulous and the staff couldn't be more friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend!

Katrina at the front desk was so friendly and took care of everything with my insurance ahead of time, even sent over the forms by email, which made check-in super easy. Annette, my hygienist, was amazing, gentle, informative, and quick! Overall, such a great experience. I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my six-month cleaning!

Negative experience: I've gotten teeth cleaned for decades. I had the worst experience today where the pain was excruciating all over, and I had excessive bleeding, both of which was new to me. When asked, I was told "because the plaque is near the gum line" by the hygienist which doesn't explain sudden new pain, and "inflammation from the implant" by the doctor which doesn't explain the pain everywhere. The hygienist seemed new. Then learn instead of making excuses. Also, don't ask the patient to hold the suction device. That's rude. As for the doctor, don't brush off concerns from the patient, but address them instead. I wasn't impressed with unprofessional attitude of both.

So friendly and very informative and then I was lead into the office by Meredith who was the first to come in and did the polishing and did what she does. Very nice very friendly and easy to converse with. Then the hygienist Melissa came In to finish up and did such a thorough job and easy with my sensitivity. Was finally checked out by Dr. Nick who is the owner and a sweetheart of a guy had a conversation about a few different things and wrapped it up. Great establishment and great friendly staff. If you’re looking for a new dentist office by far this is the best place on the north shore. Not a corporate office where your just a number they take pride in their work and it shows

Fantastic experience: Had a filling replaced today and always get anxious at the dentist, especially when they have to drill. Dr.Kramer is very professional and patient!! She always makes me feel like I’m doing well with my teeth at home and gives great tips on how to improve here and there to make my dental health even better. She’s patient. Let’s me take breaks. FULLY Listens to me and even remembers things I told her 6 months ago so she’s truly listening to you. i can’t recommend her enough! She also works late hours these days so you can schedule with her after your work day! Book with her! You won’t regret it!!!
