From Shiloh setting up our new patient appt. via telephone, to the ladies at the front desk Beatriz and Faranza to kindest and most professional ladies in the back Emily and Dr. Ingram. They ALL were welcoming, informative, explaining every step and answering all questions flawlessly. Moving across country and starting over with building a relationship with your Dr. or dentist etc is very important and can be stressful, I can say without hesitation the only choice for the care that keeps you coming back is Fremont Family Denistry. From the front office staff to the hygienist and Dr. Lamprecht himself, every part of my visit was exceptional. But it was a broken tooth emergency and they not only made room to see me but also treated me as well. It wasnt just a temporary fix. They respected my opinion, presented my options and explained the reasons why there were necessary options. Dr. Adam is someone I can share my true thoughts and concerns with when it comes to my dental health, and he listens. I feel our relationship is out of honesty and respect for one another. The staff employees are always so kind, respectful and easy to talk with. All and all, Dr. Adam and the staff are always a pleasure to be with because, we also share humor and laughter with one another.

Fantastic experience: I experienced a very professional, yet welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Each procedure was well explained prior to implementation. In addition, a treatment plan was discussed in detail, including the reasoning behind each step. Upon checking out, this plan was printed for me to take with the estimated cost of each step. Fantastic experience: My latest experience with Fremont Family Dentistry involved a broken tooth, they scheduled me for the next morning after my call. My tooth was quickly and painlessly repaired to look like new in one visit! Doctor and assistant both made this an “easy visit” and I was done in 30 minutes and back out working! Our family does truly Appreciate Fremont Family Dentistry and the skilled dentists, hygienists and assistant staff! 6/26/2022: Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist are always quick to greet you by name and welcome you to the office. Just a really positive atmosphere by everyone involved! New office, treatment rooms, and lobby improvements really look great! 2/4/2019: Had a crown fall off, showed up at office with my grandson who also had an appointment, asked if they could help with crown and they got me in within about 30 minutes, had my crown reattached and all is well. I like to think you can always measure a business by how well they take care of customers' "in need", this is one more reason why the whole family continues to patronize this office and will continue to do so!!

Fantastic experience: After moving to Fremont in In the fall of 2023 I established my Dentist at Aspen Dental. They helped with a dental emergency,but this spring of 2025,when I faced another dental emergency and attempted to call Aspen Dental they did not answer their phone and did not respond to several messages Left in desperation,I went on the web and found Fremont family Dental and called them. They answered their phone right away and booked me for an appointment as soon as they could,when I went there today, I found a very professional organization, extremely kind, and helpful. I was very favorably impressed with them. I felt like their office was very well structured, and they dealt immediately with my problem tooth. They set me up for another appointment on Friday as I had more than one problem tooth. A remain grateful to them for doing the simple act of answering their phone and tending to my needs,so far I’m happy with them and grateful to them.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist did a wonderful job she was quick and gentle. The person who did the xrays told me everything she was doing. The dentist was there only a few minutes. I had no problems so I guess that's why he spent little time with me.

Today I had a checkup and cleaning and I must say the cleaning was the easiest and most comfortable cleaning I have ever had. Fantastic experience: I was going to reschedule my appointment as I didn’t have daycare, the staff said it was no problem to bring my toddler and 6month old. They were all very patient and went out of their way to entertain my toddler so I could still get my teeth cleaned. Love that they are kid friendly!

Fantastic experience: Fremont Family Dentistry is my go-to for all of my dental needs. I had been suffering with major tooth pain for about 2 weeks, finally got in due to scheduling conflicts. I was in and out in under an hour...that included exam, x-rays and a tooth extraction. Dr Peters shows you everything going on, explains different options and goes over everything thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Lamprecht and his staff. As a new patient, I was most impressed with the time they were willing to spend. The staff member who assisted with completing my paperwork was professional and thorough. The hygienist was wonderful! She explained everything before, during and after my examination and cleaning. My teeth are the cleanest they have ever been! Dr. Lamprecht spent time getting to know me personally before the exam, and he discussed my future treatment plan in great detail. Even the receptionist who scheduled my next appointment was personable with me and never made me feel rushed. The facilities and equipment are welcoming and state-of-the-art. It is by far the most impressive dental office I have visited.

The staff, the hygienists and the dentist are professional, friendly and caring. Dr. Lamprecht is an outstanding dentist, to the point that I will travel from Lincoln to Fremont for all my dental needs. He is a top notch dentist, and has a great practice.
