Fantastic experience: Went in for a periodontal descaling, Dr. Leandra did great work. Barely felt the needle, barely felt anything throughout the procedure, and my teeth feel cleaner than they have in years.

Negative experience: So unfortunately I have to come here and change my review. They were really nice and welcoming at first but not I realize they are money hungry and will smile in your face while giving you the most expensive suggestions, and not even tell you there are other cheaper options. I set an appointment and I paid a 50$ deposit for the appointment. I was not able to make it because the appointment was so expensive and I chose to give my kids a Christmas instead. Do you know they charged me 120 for not being able to make it! They took the 50 and charged me another 70 on top. This is why I chose to go with another dentist and guess what everything they quoted me can be done for half the price!!! These people are greedy!

She is very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I truly felt safe with her working on my teeth. I have received excellent care in this dentist office, my hygienist Leandra receives a five star rating for the precise cleaning and care I received from her skilled profession. The atmosphere is very positive, friendly, warm and compassionate. This staff genuinely care about their patients, not just as a patient but as a person making sure you feel “now this is the place I’ve been looking for.”

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with this dentist office. They were scheduling me with providers who were not in my insurance network, which caused me to pay a lot more out of pocket. When I confronted them about it, the staff acted unaware and insisted those doctors were in-network — which was not true. The manager was cordial credit small portion, but I still lost over $100 because of their mistake. This kind of oversight is unacceptable, and patients shouldn’t have to double-check what the office should already know. I will not be returning and don’t recommend this office unless they get their billing and insurance process together.

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in as a new patient, I was kindly greeted by everyone at the first desk. The hygienist was ready for me, and I didn’t have to wait long at all! Leandra, (if i’m not mistaken) was very comforting and friendly. She made my first experience wonderful. My cleaning was comfortable and she took great care of me. The office is very clean and they also offered me a new patient goody bag. I’ve never been fond of the dentist but this practice changed my perspective. Overall, great practice. I look forward to future appointments here!

Negative experience: Do not use this dentist office!!! Been a patient for over 25+ yrs and the past couple years have been “not great”! The new dentists told us got find a new dentist if we don’t like their recommendations. 25+ yrs of loyalty just kicked out the door. You just lost 4 patients and wondering how many more will follow. Shady billing and not pleasent on the phone when questioned. Not very professional!

Fantastic experience: Sabina at the front was so sweet and welcoming, and she explained every cost in detail. Brina was amazing! It had been two years since my last cleaning, and she made me feel completely comfortable even though I was nervous. She was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips to keep up with regular cleanings every six months. You can tell she truly loves what she does and really cares about her patients. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am enjoying working with the staff at Dental Image in Lawrenceville. They are always so pleasant to work with. My hygienist is fantastic. I had a temporary crown done today with Dr. Baye with all the required procedures. She was very kind, gentle, explaining every step to make me feel comfortable. She and Valeria, her dental assistant worked well to make the experience quite pleasant. I had never had a crown before and was a bit hesitant. Everything went quite smoothly. Thank youso, Dr. Baye. Unfortunately I have other dental work to be done. I know it will be a pleasant experience, as well.

Dr. Baye came to check on me again, even though we saw each other not long ago for a filling, gave me the chance to discuss a small concern, and everything was fine. From a root canal consultation a few weeks ago as a new patient, I felt genuinely heard regarding concerns and future smile goals, with absolutely no judgment. Dr. Ham's expertise and exceptional level of care made me feel so confident and comfortable that it was clear right away that I had found a long-term dental home, in the best possible hands. Though minimal discomfort was experienced during and after the root canal, Dr. Ham's expertise and compassionate approach in explaining each step of the root canal procedure, addressing all my concerns and answering every question was the icing on the cake. Dr. Ham and Millie demonstrated incredible precision and skill with a gentle touch to ensure my comfort. Fantastic experience: I was in pain 10/10 from top rt back molar. I called and got a same day appointment (miracles still happen). They focused directly on the problem. Took xrays of tooth I was experincing pain im. Once again focused on the problem, diagnosed me AND got me a next day appt with endodontics on July 3rd. I had to have an had an emergency root canal. The doctor I was referred to was awesome as well! I am so glad my husband found this place for me! Today I am PAIN FREE and i can eat and chew on the right side!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dental Images for well over 10 years. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. They offer coffee, water, and cookies in the lobby, which is a nice touch. You can tell that they try not to be a "scary dentist office" by playing pop music throughout the office and having Netflix on the monitors. Leandra is an absolute gem! If you can, ask for her to be your hygienist. She's the best!
