Fantastic experience: I have neglected my teeth for 10 years due not having insurance, once I obtained health insurance and found this in my network I was very scared to schedule a cleaning/filling due to past experience when I was younger all I could remember was pain and discomfort… Dr. David Ingallinera has COMPLETELY changed my view in dentistry, all the work that needed to be done exceeded my expectations and I felt no pain, Dr. David always says what he’s going to do, very understandable, very patient his passion and work has made me take care of my teeth now! All the staff here is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable! I recommend this dentist to anyone in which is looking for a dentist. Thank you Dr. David !

I appreciate her knowledge and suggestions for improving my dental health as I get older. Cathy at the reception desk is always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend Grand Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great dental office all around. Friendly and knowledgeable front staff, great doctors, & clean comfortable environment. The hygienist I see, Kevin, is personable, kind, and very good at what he does! Always a good experience.

Negative experience: I was charged a lot of money, and the work was rushed i had two things done and both were not done correctly. One was so bad I couldn’t even eat. It seems they are more concerned with volume than quality work. I have to go get my stuff fixed not looking forward to getting it done. Would not recommend them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled I found Dr. Bice and his team!! After many years of no dental care and being afraid to go to a Dentist at the age of 66, I reached out to them due to an issue with an old bridge. They were wonderful in making me feel comfortable, discussed many options with me and decided on a plan tailored to my needs. I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Today was a major game changer for me in going to the dentist. This 61 year old grandmother did not have the best dental experiences as a child leaving me with PTSD of sorts and terrified of pain at the dentist. I knew I needed a crown. But when I asked my dentist of 20 years how we would handle any pain, I was told, "I don't know what to tell you" beyond using novacaine shots. I've never had to have major dental work so this response was not acceptable, and I started seeking out a new dentist. My husband referred me to Dr. Brandon Bice and after reading up on his practice and all that they have to offer, I decided I would make an appointment with him. He and his assistant Lettie were 100% empathetic toward my pain concerns and assured me that they would help me through the process of getting a new crown and that my pain would be minimal if any. So we settled on novacaine which i've had and nitrous, which I have never had before. Dr. Bice's calm demeanor and confidence and skill became immediately clear to me from the moment we started which immediately assured me I was in the right hands. His bedside manner was very personable and easygoing followed by his professionalism in getting the job done. I never once felt like he was in a hurry to be done with me although there were other patients in the office. I felt like I had his and Lettie's full attention. Lettie stayed by my side the entire time, confident and very skilled, which I found assuring as well. My experience was pain free and the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. The office is peacefully decorated. The staff are pleasant and friendly. They left no stone unturned for this new client of theirs. So I did not have to ask a lot of questions. They already had everything ready for me. I give Dr. Bice, Lettie, the staff and this clinic six stars and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to leave Dr. John Micaletti a good review, he sat down with me and helped me understand my treatment and helped me understand/navigate insurance. When asking about the details of the procedure he was knowledgeable and explained it clearly.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency root canal after chipping a tooth and exposing a nerve, and I was in severe pain with a flight scheduled for the next morning and two weeks of travel ahead. I called several dental offices that wouldn’t even consider seeing me on short notice. Grand Dental – Lockport was completely different. They got me in the same day, immediately brought me back, and focused on what actually mattered given my situation. There was no unnecessary delay or upsell — they recognized I was in pain and needed real help fast. They were able to complete the first stage of my root canal efficiently and professionally, which made all the difference before my trip. Dr. Dave was outstanding. He has an excellent bedside manner, explained everything clearly as he worked, and even added some light humor that helped put me at ease. Most importantly, I felt no discomfort during the procedure, and he had me out in great time so I could finish packing and get on the road. Every person I interacted with at the office was friendly, calm, and genuinely comforting. The team also worked with my travel schedule to arrange follow-up care and has continued to check in via text and email to make sure I’m doing well. I truly can’t recommend Grand Dental enough. Dr. Dave and his entire team went above and beyond when I needed it most, and I’ll absolutely be returning for any future dental care.

Fantastic experience: What a great staff. My wife and I needed to find a new dentist due to insurance. It turns out the choice we made was a good one. Having the second crown put in and the staff are great as usual. This is a new update. Cracked a back tooth last night and was brought in right away by the staff. Dr Dave worked me in and I was given a repair by my request until I was ready for crown replacement. In and out in 20 minutes. Amazing.

Fantastic experience: I meant to leave this review months ago, but just came across my visit note after going through letters & wanted to share my experience. This office is amazing! The staff are the friendliest dental staff I’ve come across & as someone who is very intimidated with anything involving my teeth, I felt very comfortable. I saw Dr. Dave Ingalliera regarding my concern with my wisdom teeth after a poor experience at an office nearby me. He was very thorough in his explanation & gave me a referral based on what I need done. Highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental services! I’d drive to this location even though I’m in Bolingbrook because I was that pleased with my experience.

Negative experience: My review is based on my son's experience at Grand Dental. He is in the Autism Spectrum but because he is over 18 they do not allow his parents to be involved in his care or billing. He recently visited for a cleaning and was charged for a fluoride treatment that he really didn't want or need. They also did xrays on him and he was told they would be covered by insurance. He paid for the fluoride treatment out of pocket and was led to believe his balance was zero. However we recently received a bill for $140 for the xrays. Every dentist can confirm coverage before performing a procedure and insuring the client that it was covered by insurance. They failed to do this and billed him for them regardless. When he called them today they offered to reduce the cost of the xrays by 50%. That was a nice gesture but they should have removed the cost of the xrays 100% since it was due to their error and not confirming coverage before his office visit. I am very dissapointed that they are taking advantage of a young man with autism. They should do the right thing and always confirm coverage before performing a procedure and make it right with him and remove the total cost of the xrays.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Micaletti for the first time and was a little bit fearful and anxious about a procedure that I needed to have. He explained the process and how it would benefit me. I was made comfortable and the procedure was almost painless. I left feeling that I was cared for and this is what he does. He goes the extra mile for his patients.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a plethora of work done, multiple root canals, two wisdom tooth extractions and a few cavity fillings. I hadn’t been too a dentist since my time in the marine corps over a decade ago. I can’t truly express how comfortable they made the entire experience. I was fortunate enough to have the work done by Dr. Bice who was assisted by Letty for one appointment and Crystal for the other. Although I don’t like going to the dentist I would honestly recommend this practice as they treat you with care and respect.

Fantastic experience: Kevin Flores is the best! I have had him as my hygienist every time for the last two or three years. He is personable and explains everything he is doing. He takes his time and does a thorough job. Highly recommended - excellent experience (given that it is the dentist's office - LOL)!

Negative experience: I was expecting a X-ray of my hole mouth and they did only a part of my tooth that was hurting and not intermittent toothache so I have to go now to a specialist not looking forward to that as it is what it is right

As this was my first time at this dental facility and meeting both Dr. Bice & his assistant Letty, I was more than pleased to find them both personable, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they take the time to explain the process thoroughly, they made you feel welcomed and part of their practice by bantering about travels & life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Dave and Dani were kind and attentive. Dr. Dave evaluated my teeth and made the best treatment plan for me. I also received the follow up text from the doctor in the evening making sure that I was OK. I I also really appreciated that there were no surprises as far as payment because someone from the business Team came in and explained how much money would be due upon completion of the work before work was started.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Dave last week for a replacement of a bridge that was done by another dental group. Not only is Dr. Dave patient with those who are nervous (me), but he also makes you laugh and breaks up the stress. He was also training a new assistant, and the way in which Dr. Dave treats his staff is amazing. As well as the other hygienist showing her how to take pictures and do a form - such a caring place. Bottom line, this was an extremely positive experience and I can't say enough good things about this practice! From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists, to the specialists - A++ care and service.

Fantastic experience: I’m hesitant to write this because I don’t want him to always be requested. However, Kevin was incredible! He took his time and, since I’m a big person on understanding what’s going on, he thoroughly explained the process. I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient. He even broke down how long the process would take, what I might experience afterward, and provided steps on how to properly maintain the cleaning. I give him a 10/10 and will definitely be back. Kevin will be my only request, otherwise, I’ll wait until his schedule is open.

Fantastic experience: This review is a little long overdue. After my primary oral surgeon retired and I moved to this new area, I needed to find a team I could trust with my ongoing dental care. I’ve now been with Grand Dental in Lockport for about a year, and in that short time Dr. Dave (my primary dentist), Dr. John (the periodontist), and Ashley have made me feel completely at home. From the first visit, they were warm and welcoming, and now everyone knows me by name when I walk in. That personal touch really makes you feel like family. My dental needs are a little complex—bone grafting, root canals, and keeping a close watch on my implant health, gum tissue, and bone. Dr. Dave has been excellent as my primary dentist, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with each step. Dr. John has been just as attentive on the periodontal side, making sure my implants and bone health stay in great shape. Together, they’ve given me a level of confidence and peace of mind I didn’t expect to find so quickly after moving. Ashley is also a big part of why I feel so comfortable here. She always checks in on me, makes sure I’m at ease, and even adds a little humor to lighten the mood. It makes the whole experience much more personal and relaxed. One of the things I really appreciate is how Dr. Dave takes the time to call in the evening after any complex procedure just to check on me. Most of the time I’m fine, but it means a lot to know my doctor cares enough to follow up. That kind of attention is rare and shows how much they truly care about their patients. I’m very thankful I found this office right when I needed it most. Grand Dental has turned what could have been a stressful year of dental care into one where I feel supported, respected, and genuinely looked after. I highly recommend Dr. Dave, Dr. John, Ashley, and the entire team to anyone looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: I visited Grand Dental in Lockport for the first time today for a dental implant. The staff there was friendly and professional and the place was immaculate. The equipment there looks pretty new and clean. Dani, the Dental assistant that prepped me for my procedure made me feel right at home. Dr. Brandon was courteous and professional, and spoke to me In a way that showed me he really cared. When all was said and done, I have to say this is by far been the most pleasant experience at a dental visit that I’ve ever had. Throughout the entire process, I did not feel any discomfort whatsoever and Dr. Brandon‘s Confident, mannerism and gentle approach made me feel relaxed. This man is an artist and a genuine professional at what he does. Once my anesthesia wore off, I felt no discomfort, no swelling and no pain. I highly recommend Grand dental, and Dr. Brandon for your next dental procedure! Five stars plus!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Bice took care of me. I am an overall extremely unlikable person. Dr Bice listened to me and made the experience easy. I had 2 really rough extractions done. I didn’t feel a thing. Waited days to take this survey just to find something to complain about and Dr Bice himself followed up with a phone call to make sure I was ok. Almost made me mad, as I said I am really unlikable. Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 for having teeth pulled. Thanks for your help Dr Bice.

Fantastic experience: I’m in Lockport from out of town. Came down with a horrible toothache, and started calling around for dentists. That could take me same day. They were wonderful and said come right now. I was seen within 20 minutes and a follow up appointment scheduled to make sure everything was fine.

A friend recommended him, and now I see why because he was kind, informative, and made me feel super comfortable. He explained everything step-by-step and even created a signal system so I could let him know if anything felt painful. He talked to me the whole time, and I really appreciated how relatable he was and how much he cared. Kevin also gave me helpful advice on flossing techniques tailored to my permanent retainers, which I really appreciated. The whole team, from the front desk to the dentist, Dr. Dave were welcoming and kind! I never thought I’d say I enjoyed a dentist appointment, but I truly did. Fantastic experience: My crown unexpectedly came off at a parade. I was lucky to discover Dr. Brandon Bice and his team were in the parade next to us. I was given an appointment the next morning and he was able to put the crown back on. It feels great now and I don’t have any pain now when I chew. Fantastic experience: You know, nobody really looks forward to a trip to the dentist, right? But today was a delightful surprise! I had my annual teeth cleaning with Beth, and she is simply amazing! She sees right through the usual “Oh yes, I floss regularly” excuse—she really knows her stuff. I've been visiting the dentist for over 35 years, and I can honestly say I learned more from Beth today about flossing, brushing, and keeping my teeth healthy than I have in all those years combined. What a fantastic experience! And let me tell you, Dr. Dave and his entire team are always so professional and friendly every single time I visit. It makes such a difference!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chen was amazing with my daughter's ortho consult!! Our biggest concern was a push for braces when there are still baby teeth. After the xray we found there was only one baby molar left and he reassured us that there was no push and we will revisit in the winter! Dr Chen made us feel so at ease with this entire process and we have been long time patients at the Lockport Grand Dental! Fantastic experience: Dr Brandon Brice repaired my chipped tooth. One day I looked in the mirror and noticed my tooth had a good sized chip with a jagged edge. I had no pain or discomfort from it. Dr Brice and his team came up with the perfect color shade to match my other teeth. He did the work without me experiencing any discomfort. I think the tooth actually looks better than before it was chipped. I highly recommend Dr Brice and his great team.

They were so nice and caring from the moment I got there to make sure I was comfortable. Made sure I knew exactly what was gonna happen before it happened as well as the cost before anything was done. Fantastic experience: Love taking my daughter here she had to get some cavities taken care of and they explained everything to her in a way she would understand (she’s 5) and told her what’s all of the tools do in a fun way. Dr. Bice did a fantastic job giving she didn’t even know she was getting a shot of the Novocain.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Dave Ingalinera today for a root canal. I was extremely nervous and anxious. Dr Dave and his assistant were amazing. I calmed down once I knew everything was going well and had no pain or discomfort at all. Dr Dave is the first dentist that has ever properly numbed my mouth. Which is a big deal to me based on past experiences with other dentist who didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns about numbing. The procedure went well and I left feeling much better- mentally and physically. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Hygentist and front des -great. Dr. Dave-NO. We had him the time before and I was hesitant after that. If you offer services for kids-be kid friendly and don’t be RUDE. I despise leaving bad reviews but he was the most ignorant and arrogant dentist for my kid. Kids move and get nervous.

Fantastic experience: I've been going there for about 20 years and still have the same hygienist who knows my teeth and does a fantastic job every time. Went in for a cleaning my molar was bothering me the X-ray showed a problem. The Dr was there to do the surgery right after the cleaning. Went home with no pain and felt fine all day. They helped me out with the bill since my insurance didn't cover the surgery. Great group of people all around. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic experience: The Grand Dental staff was so welcoming. As someone who has anxiety with dentist offices Yaritza and Dr Bice made the experience pleasant. Yaritza explained what she was doing and explained what she saw on the X-rays, offered numbing cream to avoid pain, and constantly checked in with me during the cleaning to make sure I was okay. I left feeling at ease. Thank you all !
