Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, patient and caring clinic. The doctor makes sure you are satisfied with your smile and I have not experienced such great customer service anywhere else. I will forever be a patient although it’s a 45 to a hour drive for me but well worth it. Scheduling is always on time never a wait. I love this office. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend you give them a try. I love this clinic, they make you feel very comfortable. When you leave you know exactly what has been done and what’s needed

Negative experience: I was overbilled in a routine checkup. 15 minutes for $136. As they are in my network the bill should have been $44. I paid the $136 as I was on business travel. Multiple attempts to get clarity on this from Lefler unanswered. I went into the office 11/25 but the billing person was too busy to talk to me. No call back. Extremely poor customer service and overbilling.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental care I have ever experienced . timely ,treatment , informative and dentist that truly takes pride in helping his patients . the first time in my life that I had a dentist NOT HURT OR CAUSE ANY MORE PAIN DURING MY TREATMENT!!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Jose is very friendly and is very through. All staff in the office including Dr Jose are very caring and made sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our last visit. Not very often one can say they enjoyed a visit to the dentist office. Dr. Jose and her assistants made sure I was happy with my upgraded partial. Today we had my partial adjustment. We are very happy and our hygienist to be was very friendly and patient with us. Excellent work on my deep cleaning done by Kay…See you on Monday. The visit with Kay yesterday went very well. She even gave my husband assistance with how to help me with brushing my teeth since I have tremors now. Very knowledgeable and kindhearted. See you soon

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lefler and his staff were nice, caring and compassionate. They made sure that I was comfortable and warm. It was chilly in the office. I also watched TV while I was waiting on Dr.Lefler. The appointment and treatment plan was positive. But I was a little uncomfortable when multiple x-rays were taken on my lower jaw. The other dentist in the office helped the nurse out so she could xray my jaw and get clearer pictures. Also I had to call to get the office to email my doctor's excuse to give to my supervisor. I haven't received it yet. So I don't know what the problem is on getting my doctor's excuse. But overall I had a very positive visit and consultation on getting my implant procedures started

Fantastic experience: Always have a positive experience with Dr. Lefler. I'm providing input for my wife Judy who was the patient. Apparently it was necessary for Dr. Lefler assist another dentist to resolve a treatment issue, but as I said the outcome was positive.

Fantastic experience: The bridge is holding up fine. The pacemaker is good. There are 2 layers of stitches and a layer of glue. After hospital visit I have inherited a persistent cough. As long as it is one thing at a time. A friend of ours has moved to Texas and her new church has prayers for me . Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Lefler (Dental) was super. Dr. Lefler had to work on my teeth that were under a five tooth bridge. His shots were totally painless. The anchor tooth that held this bridge had much decay. It was a very difficult job but Dr. Lefler saved my bridge and saved me a great deal of money and pain. He is a wonderful dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have used Lefler dental for over 20 years, first with Dr Blaine and now with Dr Tom. It’s one of those rare places where you feel relaxed and comfortable, and that is saying a lot about a dentist office! Dr Tom and his entire staff are great! They don’t ever feel like they’re rushing even though they are always busy. My teeth are in great shape thanks to them!

Fantastic experience: This was a positive experience from beginning to end. The front desk is courteous and friendly and fast. The dental hygienist was excellent and did a fantastic job. I had a problem with an implant and Dr. Leffler worked me into his schedule and fixed it immediately rather than risking further damage. Greatly appreciated !!! Today, Dr. Leffler filled a cavity. I just cannot say enough good things about this Dr. Leffler and the entire office staff. They are all the absolute best.

Fantastic experience: 2022: This was my first visit. Panoramic X-rays were taken along with a few others. Point checking my teeth was explained and very thorough. Fantastic cleaning and meeting with the dentist as well. Everyone was very friendly! 2025: So very thankful to the team at Lefler Dental. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment, advised me on my next step, and then spent time needed for reconfiguring a crown that had come out. Thank you, thank you! February, 2025: I have my crown secured back in place and it looks great. In addition, a small filling also needed to be refilled. I am so happy to have both teeth fixed perfectly! August, 2025: Routine cleaning with Hannah and check with Dr. Lefler. They are top notch and very thorough!

Fantastic experience: Somehow the following review was never posted. I wrote it two and a half years ago: I’m going to be in a wedding soon and last night one of my crowns just fell out; a front tooth no less. Obviously this was an emergency! I called first thing this morning and was told - of course we’ll get you in! The entire office is terrific. This was only my second visit to the office and my first to meet “Tom”. Super nice man! Professional and competent. I highly recommend this dentist and his group. Now it’s December 2024 and that same tooth finally gave up and I had to have an implant. The process started in June with oral surgery and has dragged out til now. My tooth replacement was finally ready but after two attempts the color still wasn’t correct. Dr Lefler told me, since I was practically in tears, that he would make me a tooth that would look good and last until my crown came in. He did a great job, my “handmade” tooth looks great! There simply aren’t enough good things to say about him and his staff. They are just the best. So this part of the saga ends; I finally have my implant. It took four tries to get the color correct - Dr Lefler is a perfectionist and I’m happy and grateful that he is. My other crowns that we were trying to match are old and of a different material, that was why it was difficult to match them. But it’s finished and I’m so happy with the end product. Thank you, Dr Lefler, and thanks to his superior staff: Destiny, Hannah, Mandy, everyone - all wonderful, caring professionals.

Fantastic experience: Had just moved to HSV and took a two week vacation out east. I broke a tooth on the first day out. Called Lefler Dental to see if they could see me when I got back into the area. The office scheduled me for my first full day back. Everyone at the office was so helpful. Dr Lefler checked up on my tooth and confirmed that it was cracked and scheduled me to come in after a procedure he was working on to remove the broken portion and determine where to go from there. I returned later in the day and Dr Lefler numbed me up and removed the broken portion. I never felt a thing, not the numbing needles, not the removal of the broken portion which went well into my gum. The whole office was so professional, friendly, and kind. I'm very thankful for the care I was provided and will certainly continue my dental care with their office.

Fantastic experience: I have been just scared out of my mind!! I had a horrible accident which is going to require some extensive precise work done. Anyone who knows me , knows I am a perfectionist. After the last time I had work done (my mother insisted) just after getting my braces off, I have never been pleased with my smile. So other than a couple of fillings, and the yearly cleanings I have made it a point to steer clear of anything that consisted of the word “dental”! Until today. WOW!! I walked in so scared I just babbled the whole time until Dr. Lefler began to speak with me. I can’t explain it, but the vibe he has and his knowledge are both remarkable!! If you are or have EVER been afraid to have any dental work done, then I HIGHLY recommend you go see him!!! I can’t wait to see the magic he does with my awful circumstances!! I went bk and put not only myself but poor Dr Tom thru the ringer during that 1st surgery! After all was done and my temporary teeth, bridge and crowns were in I could not believe the difference!! They look better than even before I fell at dollar general and slammed the side of my head and face on some rock decor they had on a table but then smacked it again on the table as I hit the floor! I go bk on the 25th for post op appt if I looks healed In 6 weeks I’ll get to start the molds for my permanent ones. Dr. Tom has got to be not only the nicest, most amazing, Prosthodontist south of the Mason Dixie line! This month marks a year ago the accident happened and after 5 other regular dentist telling me not touching this, he has managed to give me a better smile! Thanks for putting up with me to all the staff, and especially Dr Tom! I sure am amazed by his knowledge and wisdom! See ya on the 25th!! UPDATE 1-16-25 I am so amazed at the final smile❣️Yesterday was my final appointment. Not only does it look so natural it also is the exact match to my natural teeth when I was 25 yrs old ❣️. I never even entertained the notion thzt they would be! I have had very very little interaction with anything dental for 29 yrs while raising my daughter alone, prior to this Dollar General accident. IDK how he did it but I have zero complaints and in 22 months of going everymonth having all the procedures done that Dr Tom came up with in his plan so I could have 6 teeth again in the front of my mouth, that looked natural not like implants or false teeth, is a miracle all in itself! Lol , those reading this know exactly what I mean. The office staff he has are wonderful! The back staff are second to none I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED at ANY MEDICAL OR DENTAL PROFESSIONAL.
