Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed how easy it was to fill out paperwork (they texted me a link ahead of time). I arrived 15 minutes early and was in the waiting for about 2 minutes. Staff was friendly, listened closely, explained everything to me in detail and was honest about pricing. The work done today was amazing and my smile looks much prettier now. Loved it and would 100% recommend this office to friends and family.

They were patient and so kind with my toddler, and attentive to all my needs and concerns at the same time. They really are an amazing team of professionals and there’s no place I could ever imagine going to. I highly recommend them to anyone with dental needs, these guys are truly the best I’ve ever experienced. You’re not gonna find this kind of service too often.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Storts family dental 1,000 stars I would. My daughter fell off of her scooter on Thanksgiving and hit her mouth. I was out of state and no dental offices were open. I sent in an appointment request for first available Monday morning. I was texted first thing that morning and was seen at 9 am. The staff was so kind and accommodating and took the time to really love on my daughter! It was her first time in (she’s 3) and they made sure to bring her a stuffed animal and talk her through every step to keep her cozy. Dr. Lauren Storts was an absolute super star… so thoughtful and sweet in all her responses to my questions and so encouraging to my child. I 10000/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: No better dentist and staff in this state !!! If you are going for a cleaning ask for Erin, she is the best hygienist I have ever had the privilege of cleaning my teeth!!! Jesse and his son Travis truly care about their patients and go above and beyond making sure that you get the best care that can be provided by a professional dentist, highly recommended!!! If it’s an emergency they will do whatever it takes to get you in and take care of the problem!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the service we received. My son had an incident in basketball and we wanted to get his teeth checked to make sure nothing was loose or damaged. They worked us in on a Friday which is a miracle in itself and he wasn’t even a regular patient. All the staff was friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 experience.

Positive experience: 1 xray and the dentist looked at my tooth with no problem noted. Nurse sent in 1 prescription. $159.00 About 30 minutes. I am on a fixed income without insurance.This seems excessively expensive for service provided.

Negative experience: Originally got my dentures in a different state. My gums have morphed/shifted after wearing them more and I needed more adjustments after moving back here. I found this place after reading all the positive reviews and I decided to try them out. I have extreme anxiety woth dentists due to bad experiences in the past. I was glad I did because the atmosphere and the staff and Dr Mo were amazing and I was comfortable being here. Unfortunately the more adjustments I needed, the less of that positive environment went away. It really seemed like I was causing the dentist and the stuff trouble by coming back so often. We ended up doing too many adjustments on the left side, where my gums were mostly morphing and my right gums were bleeding because the denture wasnt flush. We decided on a soft reline in the lab($600 by the way) and they told me that I might need adjustments when I pick them up, which I did. What they didnt tell me is if they did adjustments they wouldnt be able to smooth out the material because soft relines you cant use a dremel on. While I was there, they kept telling me they couldnt take too much off because I would be back to where I started, but the reason for the reline was fixed, it was the new material that was bothing me. But both the dr and the assistant seemed to think telling me the same thing would make it better(it made me feel ashamed for asking for help). The reline material isnt all the way flush onto my denture under my tongue either, which makes it hard to eat. I still needed a couple more but they wanted me to wait to see if I can get used to it because its technically a new thing in my mouth and I will need to relearn how it feels. So I waited a day, but the new material was digging into my gums and hurting me, so i called to make an appointment with my dentist. The lady who answered said my dentist wasnt in on Fridays but Dr Travis could do the adjustment so I didnt have to wait until Monday. I felt weird about that so I asked her if she could please make sure he was comfortable with this and she said he was so we went on with the appointment. During my appointment I told Dr Travis about my concerns and pointed where I was having the issue. I said multiple times, if he wasnt comfortable doing the adjustment, I will wait for Dr Mo to come back. He assured me he could do what I needed. He started with doing the complete opposite, taking away from the denture and not the reline. I stopped him and then redirected him. Then he was taking way too much off. I told them "that should be fine" multiple times and he just kept taking more off. Its like he didnt hear me at all. I tried getting out as fast as I could because I was so uncomfortable and on the verge of a panic attack. After leaving, I noticed he didn't even do the correct side, but he did slightly help one spot. I also noticed at home in the mirror, my teeth smile is not straight now. When I try to eat something, my teeth squeak and move weird because of this. This whole situation has been so stressful and to pay $600 for them to just be messed up is so devastating. I wish my experience could have been the same as when I first came here. I recommend this place if you won't need many adjustments. But I do not recommend Dr Travis for any denture adjustments whatsoever.

Negative experience: To put it in nice words... They messed my freaking mouth up. My implant looks like a baby tooth compared to the rest of my teeth. He closed my gap without even asking me if I wanted it closed. A waste of money. I wouldn't go back to them if it was free.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a fantastic experience if you could say that about needing a root canal! Asa new resident in Ardmore I needed emergency dental work, I called and Kayla told me to come right in, fast forward 24 hours and the problem had got worse. I arrived without calling at opening time and the front office ladies had me in the chair quickly and got me seen by Dr Travis and Dr Mo who agreed on what needed to be done. Dr Mo completed a root canal there and then. He checked on my comfort constantly and I have to say it was the least painful Root Canal I have had to date (I was in agony before I got there). I was out of the office within 2 hours which was amazing considering I was a walk in emergency. The ladies up front sent me to a great pharmacy to get on my meds asap.
