Fantastic experience: Sinick Dental has the best dental hygienist we’ve ever had! We followed Sara to Sinick when our last dentist sold his practice to a Mega conglomerate, not for us. Sinick is the family friendly dental practice that you remember as a kid. They know your name and care about your dental health. We’re retired without dental insurance and we have no problem writing them a check for the great service they provide.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I just had another positive experience with Sinick Family Dental. We were both due for an exam and cleaning and love that they can always accommodate us at the same time, and often in rooms close enough that the hygienists can easily speak with one another in the event there are questions. The facility is modern, comfortable, professional and conveniently located just off route 18 near 71. We stumbled upon their practice years ago after our dentist retired and we had a dental “emergency” just before leaving for vacation and they were the only practice willing to take us as new patients on short notice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Life takes you through many challenges and blessings. This year, my hubby had a stroke. I wasn't so sure of everything anymore. The whole world changed in just a few minutes. One thing that had to remain constant was my own health. You can't take care of anyone else if you don't take care of yourself. My hubby has recovered wonderfully. I've lost weight. We're eating less sugary things. This all reflects back on to my dental health too. Though I didn't always follow my dental plan, I did what I could to maintain a healthy outlook and stay as consistent as possible. Today was proof day. I had my 6 month check up and cleaning! My gums are better. There was less heavy plaque build up. Overall the plan is still working. The best part is there is a healthier, happier me.

Fantastic experience: I was in search for another dental practice as my dentist retired. After reading all the great reviews, I knew I had to give Sinick Family Dental a try, and boy am I glad that I did. From the front office staff to the dental hygienists along with the great care I received from Dr. Christopher Sinick, I couldn’t be any more pleased. They all treat you as if you are part of their family and that says a lot. I sure hope Dr. Christopher and Dr. Jessica don’t plan on retiring anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: My first time here due to an Abscess tooth. The staff are super nice. Dr. Jessica is doing her best to get me on track. Today I had my second visit for a rebuilt n a crowd. I will say I'm a nervous client but they helped me to be calm. I'm very pleased to have found them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sinick did a crown a few years back and it didn’t hold up. When I called the office and was seen they replaced the crown and there was no additional charge.

Negative experience: My daughter went to Sinick and was told she had 7 cavities that need filled for $3600 total. We got a second opinion and that was not a fact. There was one chip that was easily fixed. The other dentist did not charge for X-rays but performed them non the less. Guess we need a way to pay for that dance new building. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and courteous staff at Sinnick Dental. Christopher Sinnick is highly experienced, organized, and methodical in his field. He and the staff keep you informed and prepared for all procedures eliminating all questions that I may have. It is very pleasant and relaxing in dealing with him and the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was very impressed with every aspect of my appt with Dr Sinick. They got me in very quickly for an emergency dental problem. Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience at Sinick Dental in getting my first root canal on a front tooth that was dead and yellow from prior dental work. The process was very smooth and much to my surprise not as painful as I have heard it can be. Dr. Jessica and her staff were very professional and efficient. She also matched the crown to my other teeth perfectly. See the before and after photos! It was so nice to have everything done in office and not needing to come in for multiple visits.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this office! Not only is it beautiful and incredibly clean, everyone there is intelligent and down to earth. They treat you like a valued guest. Until you have been to a practice that values Technology and first class customer service you don’t know what you’re missing. My hygienist Sara is outstanding! My teeth are the cleanest and healthiest they’ve ever been. Sidenote: they are out of network with all insurance companies, but will still submit to your insurance for reimbursement. My insurance pays almost my entire visit even though they are out of network. Most providers do pay if you have a PPO!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sinick's technique for pain management is excellent. I barely felt the numbing shot and he massaged the gum tissue where the shot was placed. About the most pain free experience I've had at any dentist. And, I am constantly nervous about dental pain. And his staff are excellent to work with, everyone is so friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Sinick Family Dental for more than 4 years since my initial review and the only change I'd say is I like them more and more with each visit. Melanie, my hygienist, is fantastic!!!! She is so friendly, personable and gentle but also very thorough. Last year, I had to have a filling replaced that my previous dentist had done. I was so nervous because the initial filling at my other dentist had so painful and long. But, Dr. Sinick and his assistant had the old filling out and replaced in no time and with minimal discomfort, no pain. The front desk staff are all terrific. Friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcomed and treat you like family. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. If you want excellent preventative care to keep your teeth in good health, this is the place to go.

Negative experience: Friendly people, very clean practice, and good availability. I have always left positive reviews, even tho the place is a bit pricey.. Sad to say, not positive today. I had missed a six month cleaning, and so it has been almost but not quite a year. During that time I received MANY reminders to come in and get my teeth cleaned, my insurance covers two cleanings a year - get that second cleaning done before the year is up. So I finally called and made an appt for today. Scheduled a bunch of other appts and errands around it, packed the day right with things I needed to do. Go in to my appt and the first thing the hygienist says is that I really need XRays. Insurance pays for one set of XRays every two years and another set of X-rays every three to six years so I need to get them today. Well…wait - my head is only thinking cleaning and my schedule is booked. if my last X-rays were in 2021, then that means I can get my three to six year X-rays anytime before 2026. I’ll schedule a second appt at a different date to get XRays. No no! Can’t do that! You have to get the X-rays today! They need to be done every theee years and you are LATE! Well I will just do the X-rays another day… NO! It will only take two minutes (no it won’t) and u need to have them done every year! Insurance will pay! Now I am getting steamed. First it was six years then three then two and now one year and must be done TODAY. Sounds like it’s more about getting the insurance money than working with me, the patient. Eventually left. No teeth cleaning, no X-rays.

Despite all dentist offices being nicely disguised torture chambers - this one is very comforting and homely. The staff and doctors are all well informed and answer questions assertively. Fantastic experience: The most welcoming Dentist I have ever been to! As soon as you walk in to the cozy waiting room, you know this dentist office is different. Everyone I talked to was kind and knowledgeable, my appointment started on time. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, and the way they have their patient rooms set up makes the for an extremely efficient visit. The fish on the TVs in the room were calming. It is all just so well thought out from start to finish. The dentist was knowledgeable and didn’t try and upsell me which has been my experience at multiple dentist offices. This was the best dentist visit I have ever had. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was laying down with my eyes shut, with the numbing gel, and didn't feel her give me the shot. Each person who worked on me was extremely professional, no wait time between them. Fantastic experience: In early January, I was out of town and broke a wisdom tooth off at the gum line. Based on family's recommendation, I called Sinick Family Dental to see if they would see me for extraction. They got me in within a couple hours of my call (I'd filled out their required online forms before the office opened that morning). Dr. Mrs. Sinick was stupendous! She listened to my anxieties (pain isn't one of them) and clearly did everything possible to allay them. She told me afterwards that she had some trouble getting one tooth root out because of the way the tooth was broken - and I felt absolutely no pain at all, through the whole experience! If I ever need more than cleanings and fillings, I would seriously consider making the 2 hour drive to use Sinick Family Dental's services. Thank you!

I’ve never had a long wait, they explain everything along the way in simple and sweet terms, there is a little play area, and they get a little toy at the end. My son looks forward to his visits and he says “I love the dentist!”

Negative experience: The care at Sinick is good. The people are nice and take pride in their work. Beware the billing as some others have mentioned here. I reached out to the office to get set up for appointments and provided my insurance information. Their office gladly saw me and booked me for appointments, that I have no doubt were necessary, however, no one informed me that their office was out of network for my insurance. I find it to be INCREDIBLY DISENGENOUS to knowingly schedule and provide services to a patient knowing they are not in network; all while never informing them of that situation. Like I said, the care there is good, but before you get in that chair, verify EVERYTHING financially regarding your care. You cannot trust them to be honest in their dealings on the financial side of the business. Some might say that it is my responsibility to verify this before receiving services, and that could be fair, but of all the places to place your trust that someone has the best intentions for you, you would think that people in the medical professions would be one of them. I'm sure that I will get the classic Sinick response as other negative reviews have here apologizing for me "feeling" this way, but I assure you this has nothing to do with feelings and the content of this review is simply matter of fact. In summary, the care is good, the business practices are reprehensible. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: What could have been a very bad day, turned into a great day! While on a flight from CT (for a family wedding) my veneer cracked in half and fell off. The wedding was the very next day…. I couldn’t arrive with my front tooth missing!!!! My brother in law, a dentist in Houston, made some calls and got me an emergency appointment with Sinick Dental. From the second I walked into the office, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and knew I was in good hands. They were knowledgeable and comforting! Within in two hours, I had a brand new beautiful tooth!!! I felt so grateful that I found the Sinick Family Dentist group. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of care, expertise and outcome! Thank you to the entire staff for creating such a positive experience. I wish they were located in CT!!!!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional dentist, limited hours & process not explained properly - dentist & her assistant talked about their weekend plans, food they were bringing, new recipes, & thoughts on family members all while performing a dental procedure - I learned more about their personal lives than I cared to know. Limited hours led to no flexibility in changing appointments & not properly explaining process led to wasting my time with appointments that couldn't be productive.

Negative experience: The Old Bait and Switch. I was Quoted over the phone $430.00 for a Cleaning, X-ray, and Exam. I got the Very Extensive X-rays and the Exam, but No Cleaning. Basically a $311.00 Estimate. I Don't mind paying for a service. but I don't like being Misled. The Cost is going to be an additional $1200.00 for the Cleaning. That's not what I was told. I don't do that to My customers and I've been in business for 35 years. I can sleep at night, can You? I don't FEEL I was baited and switched, I'm saying IT HAPPENED. All the singing and dancing on here By You will not change it.

Negative experience: This year I have been here 4 times and they have all been poor experiences. Between not being fully numb and crying during one of them. Having the quote I was given be wrong and was not able to be told why. To just rudeness from staff. If you are nervous about going to the dentist I would not go here. That is coming from someone who gets extremely nervous about the dentist

Negative experience: My 93 year old patient requested a second opinion to decide if permanent dental implants or snap in denture was the best option. Provider was chosen because wife grew up in Wellington and completed her undergraduate at Oberlin university. Our family lived in Wellington with 5 children. Can you imagine my frustration when time spent at 6 am on the providers website was wasted because the new patient forms submitted did not save? I rushed to complete the forms in the waiting room & would email the medications list. The Dr. did not introduce himself when he entered the room. My perspective is the Dr. wrongly decided not to interact with the patient during the consult. Patient's emailed 9-17 panoramic Exray (upper & lower) from another professional provider was not acceptable to Dr. Sinick. Dr Sinick advised software maybe incompatible. After paying $300 for the consult, the Dr. did not provide the requested consult summary. The Dr.'s verbal information given my 93 year old mother was important to weigh pros & cons of her treatment options. Unfortunately, the Dr. did not provide the patient's treatment plan he promised. My perspective is the Doctor's demeanor was unprofessional.

Dr Sinick also took the time to call my oncologist to discuss my dental treatment plan and to make sure it would not cause a problem with my cancer infusion treatment. Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean facility. Dentist and team were efficient and made me feel comfortable. They did an excellent job on my broken tooth and cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sinick Dental is comprised of a cohesive, friendly, competent, and caring team of professionals. Reception, scheduling, assistants, hygienists, billing, the dentists: every single person in every area has been a pro at what they do and a pleasure with whom to work. They have developed a plan for my long-term dental health and have been mindful of my circumstances financially and otherwise. Reminders, instructions, and directives for good dental hygiene are offered kindly and without condescension. I've had significant dental work here thus far and I've been comfortable with very minimal discomfort during and after. Good people, good experience. Highly recommend! Jason Metheney Edit: 06/20/2023 Over the last year Dr. Jess and her faithful crew have carried out a well-planned and well executed series of procedures and I am once again back on track and decay-free. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this practice. Two things: Dr. Jess(ica Sinick) has great skill making sure that the experience is pain free. If you are especially shy with needles as I am, here Dr. Jess excels and is mindful and gentle. She and her office are also proactive in anticipating and alleviating discomfort. Secondly: The convenience of the CEREC machine for dental crowns can't be beat. I remember years ago waiting weeks for a crown to be made while wearing a temporary one. Now it is done from start to finish in a few hours total. I had put off going too the dentist for way too long. I'm very grateful to the Sinicks and their staff. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sinick, Sylvia and the entire staff have been a perfect home for our entire families dental needs, especially our son with special needs. The staff is so supportive and understanding to exactly what helps motivate Ethan and they go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and ready to hop in the chair. By adding the extra touches he can and does sit very still for the Dr. to do exactly what needs to be done. He has had quite the amount of cavities and even a crown and without this added care to help comfort my boy life at the dentist would be much different. We absolutely love it here!!! Fantastic experience: Based on my wife's experience with Sinick Dental, I scheduled an appointment to have a denture replaced. New patients are directed to the website to fill out 'all' the paperwork then someone called to schedule the time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a smiling, friendly face. Within a few minutes I was led back to the examine room. Throughout the exam, x-rays etc I was asked if I was comfortable. Dr Jessica then came in and we discussed what I wanted/needed, she examined my teeth and broken denture, reviewed the x-rays again and explained that implants were not an option for me. I've already gone back for my 2nd visit and was again treated by friendly smiling faces. I would recommend Sinick Dental to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to the Sinick Family Dental office for a cleaning, X-rays and exam. It was an extremely thorough cleaning and examination. I discussed with the scheduling person as I left the fact that I am a very fearful dental patient. She put my fears to rest by telling me they are very good with fearful patients and what they could for me to help me with that for my upcoming visit, such as offering ‘laughing gas’. So I’m now a little less worried about m upcoming visit to treat issues found today. Everowas extremely kind .
