Fantastic experience: Kelly and her dental assistant were so sweet and really helped me get out of pain, they pulled a tooth and did 7 fillings Monday and I’ve never felt better, just know your in great hands

Fantastic experience: I went to grand dental to check on getting implants, Dr. Brandon Bice was very informative of what I'd be getting, what to expect during and after the procedure, him and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable and they take pride in their work and know their patients by name, makes for a more pleasurable experience, always greeted with a smile, never disappointed, got what I was told I was getting and very happy with the outcome, I will continue to go see him and his staff in the future and will be highly recommending them to anyone I know that needs dental work done, very much appreciated, thank you Dr. Brandon Bice and your staff

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction and was put with Dr. Aurora. I know when you hear tooth extraction, your anxiety will sky rocket. I was nervous and scared at first. But Dr. Aurora and her assistant reassured me that I have nothing to fear. They numbed me up really good and honestly I felt absolutely nothing. I had 4 teeth removed in less than an hour… ohhh and they even sent me home with chicken noodle soup and tea…. Highly recommended Dr. Aurora for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My name is Steph, I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years. I had some bad pain and they got me in Christmas Eve. I had a big cavity in one of my molars. They started a root canal a day I felt great over the holidays! They finished it up right after New Years. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kelly and her assistants! No pain and I must say the music playing in the office was great! Thank you for making it a great experience for a scared lady!

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at Grand Dental - Wilmington. The staff is professional and friendly and the facility is clean and neat. Dr. Hare has performed several dental procedures for me. He shows care and concern for his patients and has a great knowledge on how to perform complicated procedures. He is also very honest and has suggested the best possible ways to attack problems, and gives honest opinions on what is needed. Recently he fitted me with a mouth guard and was able to alter it to my mouth and it is feeling fine.

Negative experience: only giving two because the hygienist Brook Howard was absolutely AMAZING with my little one she showed him every tool and what they did and even let him feel them, i’d recommend HER to everyone. But Dr Arora on the other hand, i would not recommend her to anyone with children. I understand that she wanted to get her point across to a young kid about good oral hygiene and how he should brush/ floss twice a day but telling a kid that he stole and snuck candy which caused sugar bugs in his teeth which are now eating his teeth may not go well with every kid. as now my kid is crying, scared to eat because of the “bugs” in his teeth.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit but it was a good one. From the time I walked in till I walked out everyone was so nice and friendly. Rachel was great at her job. She made me feel at ease right away. The minute I met Dr. Kelly I liked her. Dr Kelly and Rachel took their time, let me ask questions and explained things great. Google will not let me add a second review so I will add on to this one. I am not usually a reviewer, but I am a consumer who really appreciates when people care and take the time to make sure I understand what is going on. Dr. Kelly Walker and Rachel are the best. I had to have a tooth pulled and bone graft. From beginning to end Rachel and Dr. Kelly were amazing. Rachel answered every question I came up with and there were a lot:) Then Dr. Kelly backed it up by explaining everything that was going on to me. My comfort was their top priority. I did not feel any pain. I can not say enough nice things about my experience with everyone that works there. Feel free to use my name as a reference to go there:) I will get a referral fee and you will have a pleasant dental experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Micaletti was very patient and careful not to cause pain and trauma when removing my tooth. I was extremely hesitant due to past unnerving experiences. Dr. Micaletti was quick and efficient. I couldn't believe he was done with all of the work needed. I'm not as hesitant to proceed with future work knowing Dr. Micaletti will be doing it. Fantastic experience: Update:Dr Hare is a great Dentist with a great personality I really makes you feel calm. Whether you are getting a check up, filling, extraction whatever it may be he is patient regardless of circumstance. You will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Saw that the front desk staff was making fun of me in their group chat. Not gonna come back and subject myself to more mean-girl antics from someone whose personality reeks of peaking in middle school.

Fantastic experience: Today Grand Dental of Wilmington restored my biggest insecurity, my chipped front tooth. I broke it when I was a child at the park when an accident with a tire swing clean cut my front tooth in half. I had to wait until I was older to get a more permanent replacement. Over the years it discolored and look absolutely terrible. Eventually when it came time to fix it, insurance and other life events prevented me from repairing it. Kelly and Crystal were so helpful and attentive to my needs. They helped me feel comfortable and excited for my new tooth. Ive been going to grand dental for about 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else. They are truly an amazing team here at Grand Dental of Wilmington.

Fantastic experience: Even though Grand Dental in Wilmington is not in my network, I chose to go see them for a dental emergency. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and preferred to stay as close to home as possible. I read Grand Dental's reviews, and so many people commented how they have anxiety when going to the dentist and that the staff here is amazing. Based on my issue, the office lady explained the two procedures that may need to be done. I was given quotes for both procedures before even seeing Dr. Hare. I really appreciated this as there were no shocking surprises when I went to pay afterwards. After examining me and looking at xrays, Dr. Hare explained two options that I had. He asked my opinion as to what option I would prefer. I really appreciated this because I felt "more in control" and had an idea of what to expect, which eased my anxiety. Dr. Hare and his assistant did not make me feel like I was being rushed. Everything was being explained to me as my procedure progressed, and I was always told of what the next step was. Dr. Hare and his assistant were very gentle and considerate. They asked numerous times if I was ok. Even though Grand Dental is not in my network, I felt like I was in great hands and would like to continue to use their services if they are within my budget. I HIGHLY recommend Grand Dental, Wilmington!

Fantastic experience: This is Vern not Valerie writing this review of Grand Dental & Dr Bice in Wilmington. What a pleasant visit! I was very pleased with everything with my dental appt/consultation. Dr Bice, what can I say but WOW, what a great guy!! He explained everything to me about the visit in a way that I had no concerns/questions. I told him that I wished that I had learned about Grand Dental & him a year ago and would have probably had my dental procedures done there. Nothing wrong with Clear Choice in Downers Grove where my dental procedure was done a year or so ago, but the time & distance there is a concern. He told me they would be happy to take care of any concerns there in the future. Fantastic experience: Dr arora & Rachel worked with me today. They were absolutely wonderful, we had a delay due to Dr arora being the only Dr in office at the time but she was absolutely wonderful at time management and making sure no patient felt rushed. Rachel went out of her way to get me a $30 Starbucks gift card because she felt bad about the wait. I also want to add she provided excellent patient information to me. I felt a lot less nervous for my procedures after talking with her. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I also want to shout out Gricelda, she has been so helpful to my dental journey. She has made it much more less stressful & has helped me out with so much. My initial appointment with the hygienist (I forget her name) was absolutely wonderful as well. She made me feel very comfortable and provided me with great education regarding my dental health. I love the staff here so far! Wonderful patient care.

Fantastic experience: You know that awful feeling when you feel your tooth crack? Well I hope you never do. But if you do, Grand Dental is the place to call! I broke the tooth on Sunday afternoon, cold called their office the next morning and had a double temporary crown by lunchtime! Less than 24 hours after the break. I never expected to be seen so quickly especially since I was a completely new patient, but they fit me in and saved my teeth (turns out the adjacent tooth was also in jeopardy, which didn’t surprise me). I appreciate Dr Arora and Andrea(?) so much for their expertise and patience. Marissa, who scheduled me in, and all the staff I encountered, were so friendly and professional. I’ll definitely go back for future maintenance

My dad taught dental school at Loyola and at Southern Illinois University Dental School and said Dr Hare is one of the best he has seen. I never have pain with anything I have had done. Negative experience: Very very dissatisfied in the front desk. The blonde told us she couldn’t see my youngest daughter because she had no insurance yet she does, and they could BILL us and we submit it to insurance our selves. And then proceeded to throw money in our face that my other daughters had their spacers in office for months now and that cost them $700 but she’s wrong it cost US $700 each!!! & they were supposed to be in their mouths within 3 days and I didn’t receive a phone call that they were in until 3 weeks later!!! Dr Brandon has been very nice, but to allow your face of your business to treat LOYAL PAYING customers like this is SICK and I promise to share my thoughts with everyone.. you guys don’t pay a dollar for my children’s mouths. WE DO!!!!! You work on them and we PAY!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelly Walker was fantastic. Coming from a complete baby about going to the dentist for wayyy too long. her and the staff are Rockstars. Completely painless extraction of a few extemely painfull teeth. They set up a plan for the future that i can now see and believe that it will come together. That ill have my smile back! Positive experience: The service is great! But they hound the hell out of you until you give them a review. So because of being annoyed to death for a review here you go. I was there at noon and got my routine cleaning. Everything and everyone was great except for the automated hounding system. Three messages since noon is annoying to say the least. Once is sufficient if I decide it’s worth my time. I like everyone else have a schedule to keep.

From the official greeting by Sherri at the front door to the consultation with Dr Bice to the cleaning I got from the amazing thorough hygienist, Brook. Fantastic experience: Writing this as the spouse who observed, first off they gave him a choice and explained the difficulties with waiting or doing the work that was causing issues. I feel like more offices tell you why you shouldn’t wait, kind of worst case scenario. He hasn’t been to the dentist in quite some time due to horrible experiences but this staff did everything they could to make him as comfortable as he could be based on the condition he was in. During the extraction period he became anxious and the two ladies did a few things but that they addressed it was a step above. The assistant talked about her son and was really trying to help him through it, which allowed him to ease and continue on.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brandon Bice is a wonderful dentist I would recommend him to anyone I feel so comfortable with him working inside my mouth when he has given me Novocain I never felt the needle if I needed a bodyguard I would feel good around him

It's so important to feel comfortable especially when you have anxiety about the dentist as most people have. Fantastic experience: I needed a dentist right away. (Our dentist had retired a few years ago, and we weren't going anywhere.) I had seen Grand Dental on several occasions while traveling to the Chiropractor. I decided to try Grand. I didn't do price comparisons or look at reviews; I was in pain. I was surprised that I contacted them on a Friday and was seen on Monday. It office, treatment rooms, and restroom were clean and tidy. The examination was well organized and timely. They use software to organize and review the X-rays, pictures, and notes. The detailed exam report was used for diagnosis and recommendations for proceeding ahead. Most importantly, the staff at Grand are friendly, competent, and they care. I'm not happy that I waited so long to get help, but I'm glad I got it from Grand Dental.
