They gave me options on what to do and even though this was an emergency visit they still welcomed me with open arms and I’m grateful for everything from the kind gestures to the kind words. Truly blessed to find a comforting dentist and their wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and it felt like they truly cared about my dental health instead of just rushing me in and out like other dentists. The dentist took time to explain everything and answer all my questions, and the cleaning was the most thorough I’ve ever had. I really appreciated that both the hygienist and dentist paid so much attention to the little details. I’ve had a couple problem areas in my mouth for several years that other dentists brushed off, but here they really listened and addressed my concerns. I can finally feel confident in my smile :)

Fantastic experience: I always have a wonderful experience. Everyone is very nice from the front desk staff to Dr. Jelinek. Mirabel has cleaned my teeth for years and she is just the sweetest person. Mandy and Janet do a great job at the front desk. Mandy has the perfect personality to greet clients coming through the door. Her ability to multitask is so unbelievable that I once saw her taking care of two clients at once, talking on the phone, and doing barbell curls at the same time!

Fantastic experience: This is the story. I was traveling a long way to go to what was supposed to be superlative dentist. Then I lost confidence in that dentist. He sustained serious injury to an eye that impaired his vision, but he continued to practice – and he made mistakes in my mouth! So I decided to stay local and tried the dentist my son uses, Yung and Jelinek. I went to the initial exam and learned that I had gum disease. Wait! How could that be? I see a dentist regularly. They had all said my gums were great/fine. Dr. Jelinek measured my gum rescission due to past infections, poor cleanings (myself and my former dentist), and wanted my entire mouth to be deep-cleaned. At first I thought “no way.” Then I remembered Jelinek’s measurements and how science-oriented he and his hygienist were. I made four appointments. One-quarter of the gum line of my mouth to be deep-cleaned each visit. I signed up for their dental insurance. I studied their video on proper flossing technique. After the cleanings, and with my new flossing technique, I saw my gum rescission numbers go from 5s and 6s to 2s and 3s. That was great! But I am still angry at my prior dentist. What on earth was he thinking? And I am so grateful I found Yung and Jelinek. 2022 Update: I am still an appreciative patient. My hygienist Sherry is so thorough and talented. The dentists’ Jelinek handle any failed filling or cavity in a pain-and angst-free manner. Every staffer in the office is friendly and positive. This is a gem of a dental office!d 2023: I have confidence that the dentists have my best interests at heart. No small thing, this level of trust. But I see Sherry for my cleanings, and to be honest, if I had to move out of state, of all my chosen doctors, I would hate to break my ties with Sherry the most. She does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Feb 19, 2024: Sherry cleaned me up nicely. I so appreciate her skill and diligence! March 2025: Sherry was great! Dr Drew redid a crown for me a year or so ago. Feels like its all mine. I really appreciate their high standards and attention to detail. October 2025: I can’t believe my good fortune in finding Yung and Jelinick. Dr Drew, Sherry and the whole crew are just excellent. The most talented and conscientious ever!

Drew was patient with me from the moment I sat down. He spent a ton of time explaining what was needed. He gave me options, advice and most of all listened. I chose to get a piece of tooth removed and an implant put in. Drs. Drew checked in with me constantly during both procedures. Fantastic experience: I called to get an appointment for a painful tooth issue and the front desk staff were very understanding and able to get me in to see Dr. Jelinek very quickly. I have previously seen Dr. J for dental care and it has always been outstanding. My experience this time was once again amazing from start to finish!!! The entire staff was extremely friendly and caring, answering any questions or concerns I had about treatment, recovery, billing and future preventative care! Dr J and his assistant Carrie ensured that I was comfortable and felt almost no pain during the extraction. My recovery has gone smoothly, with Carrie personally following up with me by phone the next day. I am now pain free once again and I would most highly recommend them for any dental care you may need!!

Fantastic experience: Every experience with all Doctors at this office have been great. The are caring and attentive and most important they listen to their patients. Highly recommend. All the nurses and staff are compassionate and care about the well being of their patients, plus the follow up calls after major procedures make you feel like a person not a number. For patients who have fears of the dentist, their sedation dentistry is pure quality.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dental office enough! After a negative experience elsewhere, I found a place where I feel completely comfortable. The entire team is kind, patient, and has exceptional bedside manner. They explain every procedure in detail and answer all of my questions thoroughly—you can tell they’re highly educated and truly care about their patients. I’ve seen both doctors here and they’re both extraordinary. I also love that the owner is a beekeeper—you can watch the bees from the chair and even buy their delicious local honey. He also worked on a tooth next to it. I am so impressed by the the quality, gentle, care I received. Assistant Carrie was so attentive. I appreciate that. And Dr. Drew was so accommodating. I have experienced judgment, poor service and lack of respect in the dental department, but not here. It is hard for me to express how deeply I appreciate these people and their support.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough with the return new patient exam and I feel very comfortable with the beginning plan. Plausible misdiagnosis of a tooth sensitivity from another provider and Dr. J may have quickly resolved it with some minimal grinding for bite correction. Very happy with return to their office.

Fantastic experience: I just finished a dental visit with Dr. Jelinek for an evaluation. I am someone with very severe dental anxiety and trust issues when it comes to dentists. Carrie was so sweet and put me at ease as soon as she brought me back. She reassured me that nothing would happen until I was ready and walked me through EVERYTHING. I never felt rushed I was informed and they did an amazing job checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable before each step. Dr. Jelinek was very good at explaining the problem, showing me my X-rays, educating me on options and helping me make the decision of what was best for me. They both took there time with me and made me feel very welcome. The office is very considerate to people with dental anxiety and I never got the feeling that I was inconveniencing them by asking questions or needing a little extra hand holding. I left confident in my plan and goals for my oral health as well as some cosmetic concerns I had. The staff spent about 2 hours today between examining me and talking to me. From checking in to checking out I was always greeted with smiles and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone who is nervous about the dentist or anyone who has neglected their oral health and needs to get back on track. I plan on going to see Dr Jelinek again and trust home with my smile and the health of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Jelinek and his staff. I've been a patient of his for 25 years because I trust his work and his character. He has such a great chairside manner. Very gentle, calming and throws in a bit humor from time to time. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of working with his assistants, Lyza and Ashlyn were also amazing! I give them 5 stars!

Negative experience: I was told I would just have to pay my copay. I got bill for 190.40 when all they did was xrays and gum depth. I got sick from uvula infection (that would not go away) after visit (Ended up in hospital). I called about bill and was told I would get a call back (just finally got one as a vm). I still have not gotten a break down on charges but have gotten emails, mail, and text about bill. Care is fine but I made sure they took my insurance and confirmed I would just owe copay. I will not be going back and I’m still paying on hospital bill.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the dentist religiously over my 50+ years, and this dental practice reminds me of what going to the dentist was 30 years ago. Before the chain dentists, upcharges, recommending procedures that weren’t necessarily needed, and subpar hygienists and doctors. These people are honest, realistic, and have my overall best interest in mind. They are gentle, they listen, and they are fair.

He and his entire staff were very accommodating and were sincerely concerned about my comfort and well being during the procedure. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Drs. Jelinek and Yung for several years now and they have always taken great care of us. I have had extensive dental work done and everyone has been very gentle with me. When our daughter was 14 and we thought needed a bridge, Dr. Jelinek recommended the least aggressive and affordable treatment. When the orthodontist said our daughter’s teeth were “good enough”, the spacing for missing teeth (for future implants) was not even. Dr. Jelinek referred us to Donegan and Cole, who were able to get the spacing correct. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great dentist. Dr. Jelinek also has bee hives, which are relaxing to watch while you are in the chair. :) He sells his honey at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to see Dr. Jelinek. I found the overall staff had excellent interpersonal skills and took the time to explain every detail of a proposed dental plan by Dr. Jelinek for my particular issue in a way that allowed me to readily understand from start to finish each progressive step. The staff also explained my insurance coverage in a very comprehensible manner allowing me to make a fully informed decision about my method of treatment. Dr. Jelinek made sure that he communicated all the options available to me through an appropriate treatment plan and made it comfortable for me to make a final decision.

I was prepared with questions about the practice as well as about the transition and even what options for my current dental situation. I’m now a proud patient with Drs. Fantastic experience: I, with my elderly parents, are new patients and after our initial visit were very impressed and knew we had made the right choice in selecting a new dentist. We were happy with all aspects of our visit. The administrative staff worked with me to get our appointments coordinated and all necessary paperwork completed. They thoroughly explained costs and what we should expect insurance to pay so there would be no surprises. The dental office was bright and welcoming. The entire staff including the dentists took extra care of my mother who suffers with dementia to ensure she didn't get distressed by the visit. The exam rooms were spacious and allowed for my father and I to comfortably stay with my mother during her exam. Added bonus the rooms overlook the bee hives Dr. J maintains. For all three of our exams, the dentist not only explained the issues but showed us the X-rays to further demonstrate the concern. They also provided us options on next steps explaining the potential risks. After our visit, we were all confident that we would be getting excellent dental care going forward.

Positive experience: Most likely provide great service, but will not tell you they are “out of network” and insurance will not fully cover the services. Continued to mention they accept Cigna but will fail to elaborate the reasoning of out of pocket payment

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jelinek as an oral surgeon is superior! I felt no discomfort during the procedure, but more importantly, absolutely no discomfort after. Did not need any of the prescribed pain medication, which I had assumed I would! I am so glad I found that dental group!

Fantastic experience: This is a five star practice in every way. Both dentists are outstanding — I just cannot say enough good things about their experienced care and dedication to perfectionism. Danielle is a fabulous dental hygienist - thorough and gentle. The dental techs are completely lovely and extremely competent. The front office is fantastic — never once has there been a miscommunication and pleasantness is their motto. The practice has an excellent interface with the insurers — very impressive and appreciated. Let’s be frank, I really truly do not love going to the dentist. But this is a very special place — I can recommend it without hesitation.
