Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office for years, and there’s a reason for it! They are the best! Family friendly and extremely professional/thorough. I have bad TMJ and I suffered with it for years before just mentioning it to Dr. Mancini. Within minutes she gave me Botox in my jaw area and I have been pain free for months! I know it’s not a permanent solution but just having pain relief is a blessing and so is this office! You ladies rock!

Fantastic experience: First time seeing this office today and I can say they did an absolutely amazing job! Chrissy was my hygienist and she was very personable and knowledgeable. I've had tooth sensitivity for at least 5 years and they were the first people to find what was wrong! When they did, they recommended step by step treatment and didn't push for me to do anything right away, but explained everything thoroughly. They were also very accommodating of me bringing my 14 month old. Thank you to Chrissy and Dr. Mancini!

She was able to fit my son in for an emergency tooth extraction and did so with the utmost care and consideration for his age. She took care of our family without hesitation. Not only did she walk us through the entire process in terms a five-year-old could easily understand, but she also gave him a children’s book (and stuffed animal) she personally wrote to help kids feel more comfortable with dental care. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental facility. From start to finish, Dr. Mancini made a stressful situation calm and reassuring—for both me and my son. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I could say so many reasons why this is the number one dentist in my opinion, but I’ll try to be brief. Gina’s entire team consistently displays kindness, compassion, and well, a beautiful smile. The facility itself is very vibrant, clean, and makes you feel sort of right at home. Coming from someone who struggles with “dental anxiety” they have consistently helped me overcome my nerves with their positivity and no pain. Did I mention they have a kids waiting room too.

The practice is updated on latest dental advancements and both my cleaning and exam were two of the best I've ever had. Dr. Mancini is very personable and competent. My dental hygienist, Brie, listened to all my concerns about my sensitive teeth and made me very comfortable during my cleaning. If you need a dentist, don't hesitate to contact this office.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist in about 5 years. Not usually my favorite place. Everyone was so nice. Had an appointment for cleaning and exam at 10:00. Got in at 10:00! It was just overall a great experience.

Had a little anxiety to go dental clinics but Dr.Gina and Bree were so amazing, made me more comfortable, They were patient , explained everything for me in order to understand more about dental procedures that all need to be done, Bree was so amazing at during the cleaning and very gentle , I’m impressed that i chose the right place and not super scared for going anymore.

Fantastic experience: The group of Dr. Mancini’s office are truly the best. When you walk into the office everyone greets you by your first name and always have beverages waiting for you. I recommend Dr. Mancini and the wonderful staff she has.

Negative experience: Beware of treatment plans offered by Dr. Mitchell. About 8 months ago, she recommended a filling. The procedure turned out to be extremely painful—despite being injected with anesthesia three times, I still felt significant discomfort. Eventually, Dr. Mitchell continued with the procedure without proper numbness, which was incredibly distressing. I was told the pain would subside in about an hour. Unfortunately, the pain not only persisted—it worsened. I called the next day and was told to come in for a “bite adjustment.” That didn’t help either. The pain became unbearable, so I called the office after hours and left a message. I eventually sought help from an emergency dentist who took an X-ray and confirmed nerve involvement. He referred me to an endodontist, who diagnosed nerve damage and provided necessary treatment. I called Dr. Mitchell’s office to inform them about what had happened and was shocked by the indifference I received. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and rude, stating that they don’t follow up on patient pain after procedures. I asked to speak with a manager, waited on hold for over 15 minutes, and no one ever answered or returned my call. Months later, at a routine visit with a different dentist, I found out that the filling Dr. Mitchell placed was completely missing. When it was redone, the new dentist numbed me with a single injection—no issues at all. I will say, Dr. Mancini and Dr. Savanna have been wonderful—kind, professional, and effective. My experience with them was excellent. But based on my experience with Dr. Mitchell and the way the office handled it, I would strongly caution others.

Their offices are closed on Monday however I left a message, and the very next day they called and had me scheduled for Thursday of that week. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and the quality of their work. The office is beautiful and welcoming and all of the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

I tried to use the online appointment, only to be disappointed (no appointments available). Their website is very inviting and the employee testimonials are beautiful. I really want to give them my business. I guess this is a housewife's only club.

I was beginning to think I was going to have to live with the pain. But your office made room for a never before seen patient. I was in your chair in under 2 hours! Everyone was warm and inviting. I was treated well. My tooth was extracted and I am on the road to recovery! Thank you is just not enough!

I went to Dr. Mitchell today for a 2nd opinion from another dentist in town and I appreciated the time and effort that she put into the appointment, I didn't feel rushed and thought she was extremely thorough. Fantastic experience: I was in need of repair to filling. My insurance had agreed to cover it. Unfortunately, my previous dental office scheduled me an appointment 6 weeks out, the week of Thanksgiving. Fillings are not something that you want to prolong getting care for because the longer you wait the more potential there is for further damage to the tooth. I decided that the best option was to find another dentist. I asked around and was referred to this dentist office. They got me in almost immediately. To my surprise they made the crown on site. I was done the same day. They told me if I needed an adjustment to give them a call. A couple of weeks afterwards I was feeling some discomfort. I called the office. They got me in right away and without delay. I was very pleased with the adjustment. Outstanding customer service. The lobby and bathroom are very beautifully decorated. I was greeted with a warm smile by the Indian receptionist that sits on the right. Such a warm personality. They care about your dental health. The 2 times I have been there demonstrated to me that they respect your time and did not have me waiting.

This place is so nice and gentle with my teeth during cleaning all the while still doing an excellent job cleaning them. Any questions I have, they are readily able to answer with extensive detail and dumb down enough for anyone to understand. They don't just explain but even show what they are referring to when explaining. They make one feel important, like an actual human and not just a walking bag of money. One of the places I'm going to miss about NC is this dental place.

Negative experience: I went in for an appt, super friendly staff, from front end, nurses and even the dentist herself. however, the policies in there left me REALLY confused. they took scans, did some density test, but ZERO cleaning, ZERO advice on what needs to be improved, ZERO parting gifts (every dentist I've ever been to give out a toothbrush, floss, little toothpaste etc.) and scheduled me for some kind of more expensive cleaning out when my insurance would cover it. I get they couldn't get my mouth completely clean today based upon what they would like to do, but I have to believe that I'm not crazy to expect some cleaning, some advice on what to do between now and then.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mancini and her whole team were AMAZING with my son and showed great care, kindness and professionalism. The office is immaculately clean and we had a great experience from start to finish. The space is so kid friendly that my son didn’t want to leave the playroom! He even got Tanner the tooth and book by Dr M. herself to keep be a part of his teeth brushing routine. What a super creative way of educating the little ones to choose healthy habits. There’s also an educational and entertaining game that was just launched for the kiddos to enjoy. My son is already excited about his next dental adventure along with his new friend, Tanner the Tooth! Highly recommend this place! A+++

Fantastic experience: So, I had a dental issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I got an appointment for 2 hours later. Dr. Mitchell examined me and explained what the issue was and offer a couple of options to correct the problem. I left there reassured they would handle everything for me. It seems hard to find a business nowadays with qualified people who know what they are doing. this office is the place to come to for every dental needs are. Fantastic experience: I hate the Dentist due to past experience and this Dentist office is slowly gaining my trust back. I haven’t gotten any major work done. Just some work on my gums and a cleaning. They didn’t pressure me into more getting these fillings. Dr. Mancini seemed genuinely concerned on my Dental Anxiety and suggested the fillings before they turn into root canal/extraction. Everyone is super nice and easy going.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience. I went in as a new patient and also had my 2 year old son seen. They were so incredibly kind and patient with my son and he even got a cute toy/book about brushing his teeth!! By the time we left he was saying “I’m ready to brush my teeth really good!” For me, I hadn’t been in a long time and was hesitant from experiences at previous dentists but I truthfully had the most amazing experience. They genuinely care and love their jobs. Not one person didn’t have a smile on their face!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here as a new patient. My first time here. The lobby was welcoming and had a wonderful fragrance and the staff was kind and amazing. I have a lot of work to get done and they broke everything down by cost and gave me a typed up plan so I can do everything in stages. Never once did I feel attacked for poor dental hygiene or felt pressured to do more then I need to. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Even though l didn’t get the greatest of news, it was the best visit to the dentist, ever. Dr Mancini and the surgeon put me at ease and were so professional, needing to pull out some teeth will be a no brainer. No all l have left to do is get the courage to make a date to have it done. I should’ve gone to Dr Mancini a long time ago.
