Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here since 2020 and this is my favorite place for my dental stuff. I get my cleanings here twice a year and ive gotten all my wisdom teeth out and my mouth guard here. The people that work here are very nice and greet you as soon as you walk in. Ive even gotten friends to come here and they agreed that they're good. They even have a great view of the lake in the waiting room. Marcy is my dental hygienist and she is the best at what she does and makes me feel calm when shes working. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough. You wont regret coming here.

Negative experience: Dentists are great but the receptionists are very horrible and disrespectful especially if the customer is black or non Hispanic. My wife and children had an appointment last Monday, when she woke up her car wasn't starting, she called AAA which gave her a wait time of 3.5hours, it was very cold outside, I was already at work. She called to reschedule due to her situation and was told he can't reschedule and will be charged $50. After getting nowhere with the receptionist, my wife called and informed me. I then called and spoke to the same receptionist who in no uncertain terms told me she already spoke to my wife and it will not change. I then ask to speak with her boss of which she told me she is whom I need to speak with. As a non Hispanic not speaking Spanish ut been with this company for a few years after being recommended by coworkers and I then recommended some to this company, it is very degrading to see the type of service rendered to a customer facing and emergency situation and want to reschedule Not cancel. After not getting any resolution, I told her to cancel all future contact for my self and family and we won't be back. This is not something I wanted to do but incompetent receptionist will cause your company to lose clients. I already started sharing this horrible experience with my coworkers

They pressure patients into paying upfront for procedures, leaving them vulnerable to financial loss. Once payment is made, the quality of service and transparency seem to disappear entirely. The office uses shady tactics, such as offering questionable discounts for cash payments and pushing unnecessary treatments. These practices are unethical and exploitative, preying on unsuspecting patients who trust them with their dental care. Do yourself a favor: seek a second opinion and avoid this place. Never pay upfront without a clear, written agreement detailing the services you’ll receive. Protect yourself from being scammed!

Negative experience: I guess today I got a taste of my own medicine. I missed a appointment last year and I come in today and get charged $150 for a missed appointment. After I do the paperwork and wait 30 minutes, they tell me that I guess I wasted their time so they did the same to me but I’m not gifting $150 for a missed appointment from last year. Overall, the experience here was ok, just don’t miss your appointment or get charged $150

Negative experience: My experience at this dental office has been extremely disappointing. The hygienist Alejandra did an excellent job during my first visit, but when I returned to have some cavities filled, everything changed. The procedure was not done correctly, and I had to go back twice because the pain was so intense that I couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth. The most concerning part was discovering that the office had billed my insurance for the additional visits as occlusal corrections, essentially charging for fixing their own poor work. Only after I firmly complained did they remove the charges. Today, when I contacted them by phone to pay my balance, they were shady again about how much I owed, forcing me to go to the office in person to get clear information. I recommend anyone considering this place to review their charges very very carefully. The quality of service does not justify the issues I had to endure.

The outstanding customer service started with the two young secretaries, they are super friendly and helpful, proceeding with the Hyginist Alejandra, she was amazing , good attitude, friendly, very informative and most of all with an exceptional knowledge of her job.I would recommend this place 100%. We ned more places like this one, more staff like the ones previously mentioned, in Miami.

Negative experience: They called and canceled my appointment after I already took off work. The reason was they didn't check to see if my insurance was accepted. I set up the appt through the cigna portal. Lost time and money. Total incompetence.

Fantastic experience: Most people don't love going to the dentist, but I DO!!! When a friend referred me to Dr. Amaya's office, I immediately loved them. The staff is so professional and welcoming and Dr. Amaya is a fabulous doctor. He takes time with you addressing every question and you will never feel rushed. He is also a brilliant preventative doc, who looks at teeth as a whole picture of health as well as beauty. I have recommended this office to many friends who all share the same review.
