Fantastic experience: My experience with MK&C Dental group has been great!!!! I experienced some dental trauma in the past from other providers and that kept me from taking care of some needed procedures but I could wait no longer. My anxiety started to build before I entered the office the first visit but Im glad I kept my appointment because the calming i felt as I spoke with the receptionist to the hygienist and doctors and back for a procedure. I have never felt so welcomed in a dental office before. Thank you MK&C Dental for treating me with respect and making me feel welcomed and heard.

I feel he does a wonderful job explaining and giving different options for treatment when more than one option are available. As someone with dental anxiety from Childhood I am always at ease here with the Dentist and the hygienists! Natalie is wonderful!!!

Negative experience: It was a horrific experience at this dental practice. When they numbed me they hit so many blood vessels that I had to go to the ER for a hematoma. I was in so much pain for the next month I couldn’t stand it. When I called asking why I was in so much pain the office staff threatened to discharge me. I went back and they prescribed me painkillers (super addictive and dangerous) and did nothing else. I finally went to another dentist and turns out I needed a root canal. I called and requested my medical records twice but no one ever sent them. I cannot emphasize how much trauma and pain this caused me for an entire month. They still sent me a bill. Considering a lawsuit at this point.

Fantastic experience: No disappointment here. Same as usual. Extreme care in treatment and as usual, they treat you like family! I recommend MK&C to everyone who needs a dentist. They are "perfectionists"!

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Just a bunch of people scamming you for more money. They say a procedure cost one amount and then tell you it’s more before it happens. Then when agreed to pay more they charge more after everything’s complete. Complete rip off and just one lie after the other

Negative experience: After leaving a 5 star review i had to come back in to edit it. I had to come back to an appointment where they said that my bill was one price then upon arrival, they tell me another price and that my insurance had not yet approved my services. And on top of that I told them what type of insurance I had and they referred me to an Orthodontist that’s just outrageously priced. Needless to say thank you for nothing and spending my full benefit only not to have my teeth treated properly. Not including the time I took off work taking away money from my family. My wife’s appointment I had scheduled here will definitely be canceled.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Garland has been my dentist for many years and I have always been thankful and pleased with all the dental work he has performed on my teeth! He takes time to answer any questions I have had concerning my dental work and health. His staff is friendly and everyone always makes you feel a ease!

Fantastic experience: Natalie was my hygienist. Very sweet young lady! I’ve been coming to Doctor Johnson for over 20 years. He is wonderful! My special needs daughter also comes here. She has lots of anxiety about cleanings. The hygienist puts her totally at ease and her cleanings are very successful!

Fantastic experience: Staff are very attentive. They explain very good the procedure. My mom visit couple of dentist before with high prices and no reliable options. Here, they was very understanding and give her a good option. Also, they have a lady who speak spanish and she is very profesional and attentive. I will leave another coment when my mom get her denture.

Fantastic experience: Dr Banks is the best! I've always had so many bad experiences but since being with her these last 4 or 5years it's been a breeze. I finally have confidence about my dental hygiene and smile!

Negative experience: While the staff at the office was friendly and welcoming, my experience with Dr. Aakriti Chaudhry was extremely disappointing. I came in for a routine visit with no history of dental issues, only to be presented with an $8,000 treatment plan—with no clear explanation or justification. The consultation felt rushed and impersonal, and I left feeling confused and concerned. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist, who confirmed that none of the treatments Dr. Chaudhry recommended were necessary. This made it clear to me that the proposed plan was excessive and unjustified. I left this practice feeling misled and distrustful. While the support staff was kind, the treatment I received from Dr. Chaudhry has caused me to completely lose confidence in this office. I strongly urge others to seek a second opinion before proceeding with any treatment here.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to find good care and a place u just fit in. It's also hard to say when ppl ask where do u go...I say it with pride because this family of dental workers are amazing. Above all...u get the best of care all around....I recommend all my friends and family and everyone that this is the best of the best.

The office was clean, well-organized, and very welcoming for kids, making the whole experience great. Sarah was amazing to work with. She is very kind and understanding for all age ranges. By far the best hygienist if ever had. Dr. Johnson was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail regarding my daughters & I. They listened to all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ive had multiple cleanings over the last few years, and the procedures always go smooth with minimal discomfort. Dr. Johnson and Sarah were gentle and made sure my kids & I understood each step of the process. The aftercare instructions were clear, and the front desk insured we were ready to go by the end. Beckie insured all future appointments were scheduled, all paperwork was updated, & we were ready to be checked out by the time I made it to front desk. All the staff was wonderful & welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care in a friendly and professional environment. I'll definitely be coming back for my next appointment!

It was a pleasant experience even though I had worked myself up about it. The assistant was awesome she listened and answered all of my questions. Fantastic experience: I got my front tooth for Christmas! Thank you Dr. Garland, Nancy, and Angela for taking me through the process of designing a beautiful crown for my front tooth. My tooth was damaged several years ago and fixed several times. Unfortunately I knew it was time for the next level to restore it; I knew that Dr. Garland was the dentist who would take it on and give me my smile back. I will add that doing a cosmetic procedure to one front tooth is not something most dentists get excited about but he did it

Fantastic experience: I wish i found this office sooner. Dr. Johnson is the best dentist I ever been too and he’s so kind and gental. He joked with me the whole time to make sure I stayed calm. He pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth while I was awake and made sure I was comfortable before pulling them out. The front desk and dental assistants were AWESOME. They were able to get me in within about a week and a half after walking in and took really good care of me when I needed a root canal!
