My biggest fobia has always been the dentist offices since being a kid back in El Salvador, I was there with a lots of toothache about a weeks ago, and called and was able to schedule a these same day appointment which it was an emergency they took me in and ma Kanya made me feel every welcome and comfortable. The procedure was a success and even though I was very scare at the beginning, I still had a great time with Alexys at the front desk such an amazing customer service experience made feel like I knew this nice lady for years. Special shoutout to melynda and the girls who got me prepped before the procedure. Thank you doctor B Great team!!

Fantastic experience: So I landed on Central Valley Dentistry because of the local reviews and I was NOT disappointed. It was my first visit and was asked multiple times if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. Also was very impressed at the pre visit questions to ascertain whether fear or budget or other items would get in the way of my dental needs making me feel as if they could tailor the experience to make me comfortable. Literally everyone I met was wonderful. The receptionist gave me a tour (what?!). Tran (I think?) was welcoming and made quick easy work of the intro and imaging. The hygienist was knowledgeable, detailed, and kind. Dr. B is super nice and very modern and up to date with technology, even excited to show me one of the toys during my exam. He was also very thorough and honest which for me is a top factor. Last but def not least Judy the office manager was an absolute DELIGHT and it did not hurt that the total bill was far below expectations. Weirdly excited for my new Dentist office of choice.

Fantastic experience: I generally dont give reviews because its easier not to, but this one is one I will gladly do because it is well deserved. Dr. B. has been my dentist for about 2 years now. He goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and offers alternatives to patients' planned procedures if he believes that a better alternative to the original one exists.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more happy with the treatment and care provided with my first visit. I had an emergency and they worked me in their schedule and helped out tremendously with fixing me up to normal! Came in with a very broken tooth and a lacerated lip and they were so gentle kinda knowledgeable clean and attentive to what my needs were! I was recommended by a current patient and he sang high praises on everyone in the office including Dr. B! I have been with a different dentist my whole 27 years of life and I finally found my new dentist and so did my dad as well! I have nothing but good things to say. Friends, caring, respectful clean office and reasonable pricings with tons of options!

Positive experience: The staff is very friendly and so is the doctor. The only problem was the price I went for a consultation. I was gonna have it done, but I pulled the plug an hour later realizing $28,000 was a wee bit too much. I did find another doctor. I don’t wanna say where is doing the same procedure upper and lower all on four and is only charging me $15,000 because I have no teeth on the bottom and no teeth on the top his prices are just a little Too high

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with my experience at Central Valley dentistry!, dr B, Judy, and the rest of the team treated me well, and my treatment procedure had my best interest at heart. Dr B could have taken the easy way and just extracted all my teeth and installed all on 4 implants and be done Quickly. Which is what two other dentist wanted to do. Instead he determined my upper teeth were good enough so he installed crowns on them, and found out I have enough bone structure on my lower teeth for all on six implants. It took longer for my treatment plan, but in doing so, I have a more solid tooth structure and the appearance of my smile is beautiful. I also saved quite a bit of money compared to the other two dental facilities.

As a nervous patient, they were genuinely kind, understanding, and caring of my concerns. Melissa took my information and scheduled me next day despite the fact I called 2 minutes before the office closed. The Doctor was very polite, knowledgeable and did not recommend any unnecessary treatment. Tonya was skillfully efficient with the overall cleaning and X-rays. A great overall experience, especially for a dental visit. You owe it to yourself (and your teeth) to visit Central Valley Dentistry.

Negative experience: Save your time and find someone honest. Falsely advertising one price and immediately going back to the exact original price of $17,900 for any and every reason when reminded what their own ad states it was a different excuse. Bait and switch, shady right off the bat. If they cant stand behind their advertisements, they wont stand behind their dental work...

And there was another sweet assistant with short red hair who’s been with the company for years I can’t remember her name —she helped during the procedure, explained each step, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Truly an incredible team. The staff was absolutely excellent—so kind, gentle, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They made me feel safe, supported, and completely comfortable the entire time. Truly the sweetest team and the best dentist I’ve ever had. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

They listened to my needs and understood. Deep was amazing and made me feel safe. They’re professional and make you feel like family . I went in for a tooth that was broken that needed a root canal and they saved it but not only that I was without pain. I’m not great with procedures like that and they made me feel like it was nothing. They closed at 5 and stayed till 7 to make sure I was taken care of. Central Valley Dentistry is truly an amazing place that is customer first my family will be coming here only from now on!

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist Ever! I'm usually scared to death of dentists, but this one is amazing. I had 2 implants done with a complex bone reconstruction that I had to do before those. None of the operations were painful. The doctor Babak performed in person and followed up very carefully in the next days and weeks to see how I was doing. Unfortunately I had to move to NYC, but if I will have to do some other major works I'll for sure go there again.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is by far the best , on the first day of my vacation I cracked my crown one day before I left out of town . they got me in and made me a tooth all in the same afternoon and the whole staff stayed late for me so grateful and thankful . Fantastic experience: For 6 years I have strategically taken side photos so you wouldn’t see my missing teeth. I cried so much today since this is the first time I’ve ever felt confident enough to take a front facing photo thanks to Dr. Behbahani and the team at Central Valley Dentistry. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I felt so lost calling every practice in Phoenix who had a CEREC machine and could make dental implant crowns the same day. A special thanks to Melissa. It was her knowledge and experience from that first phone call that helped get me started. I have a wedding this weekend and I had an appointment the same day and Dr. Behbahani even went out of his way to call the reps to get the parts I needed ASAP! I don’t know any provider who would do that for me. But I hope you all know how much this means to me and how much I truly appreciate your help! I’m very grateful to find my forever Dental Care provider.

Negative experience: I decided to try this dental office based on all the great reviews, and while everyone at the office is genuinely kind and welcoming, especially the front desk staff, unfortunately, my overall experience didn’t quite match the high expectations I had. This was my third (and likely final) visit. I had to reschedule a previous appointment due to delays on the office’s end, and today was the rescheduled visit for a crown procedure. What was supposed to be a 2-hour appointment ended up taking nearly 4.5 hours. I understand that delays can happen, but the experience felt very disorganized. There was a lot of staff running around helping others, and I was often left alone in the chair with little communication about what was happening or how much longer things would take. At one point, two different dentists worked on my procedure. It appeared that the first dentist may not have completed the work correctly, and the main dentist had to step in and redo part of it, but again, this wasn’t explained to me. I was simply left to guess what was going on, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. To add to the confusion, when checking out, I was asked if I’d like to schedule an appointment for a second crown, something I hadn’t been told about during my visit. In the end, the procedure was completed, and I do appreciate the friendliness of the staff. However, I left feeling neglected and uninformed. I hope the office can work on improving communication and managing time more effectively so that patients feel more cared for and less like they're being rushed through a chaotic system.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience! The office accommodated me for my broken tooth last minute! The doctor was so gracious and allowed my son to hangout with me while he worked on my tooth and even made him feel included in the process. The work was all done in one visit, not like my prior experiences where they had to have my crown sent out and put in a few weeks later. The office is equipped with the latest technology and provides a very comprehensive service! They exceeded my expectations-

We got the upper fixed and I’m glad I listened to him. I would recommend Central Valley Dentistry to anyone considering dental implants or if you just need the best dentist in the valley. A great staff too by the way.

Fantastic experience: From start to end of my first appointment, the girls were great, all smiles when talking to me or doing a procedure Call them make an appointment, You will love them My 2 nd day Dr B did wonders, I had to have a crown and two fillings. I never felt the needle go in , when he deadened my mouth , His office girls checked on me constantly, making sure I was fine , There is just a short wait , once he had tooth ready, for the crown they make right there.No going back a week later with a temporary in your mouth it’s all done at one setting. No pain felt at all . This was my first trip there as I had moved from Missouri. Dr B will be my go to from now on for and teeth problems and cleaning , 2 visits and all taken care of , both side of mouth have great white teeth now , thanks Dr B and crew Yay
