Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had two wisdoms teeth removed it was a difficult process because although they put anesthesia I felt the pressure of pulling out the teeth which made me over sensitive. During that time they were very patient with me when I needed a minute and gave me more anesthesia shots as well as a stress ball that I asked for to help calm myself down. Hoping I won’t need to do this again but it would have been way worse if the team wasn’t patient with me and my concerns so thank you SONRIASIS .

Negative experience: I was impressed with reviews of Dr. Waich, and I was very interested in using her service. When I called the office to make an appointment I was told that will cost me $130 for taking doctor's precious time. On 11/20/25, I paid $158 for consultation with panoramic x rays. What I wanted to have a second opinion and be satisfied with the service I need.

Fantastic experience: First off I wasnt happy that I had to drive to Dr Sonrisas office from Key West to get a dental exam I needed for my job but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and good energy. I was almost 2 hours early and they were super understanding and basically walked me in. I didnt catch the woman's name who was helping me but long story short, they informed me of my issues and gave me the solution. I was met with professionalism from the start to end. I ended up getting a tooth extracted and paid out of pocket which wasnt bad at all. I was in and out in about 3 hours. This review is the next day and im not in that much pain. Dr Waich was an all-star and her staff too. A++ ALL AROUND.

Everyone is polite and nice, creating a comfortable environment for a relaxing treatment. Affordable prices so you don't break the bank. A big plus is punctuality - which is rare in the medical area. They don't waste the patients time with waits, appointments hours are respected. I have to add that facility is clean and neat.

Fantastic experience: This place is nothing short of incredible… The staff make you feel so comfortable from the time you book the appointment, and leave you satisfied by following up and ensuring I got the best possible after care… I don’t blow smoke up peoples butt, however, I can tell u that this is a company that has the highest standards, admirable ethics, manners that are courteous and polite, and compassion that could heal the world…. I think one of the best feelings I’ve had in a very long time came when I’m sitting in the chair telling the staff about my dental issues and Dr. Waich looks over at me and says, “I’m going to have you smiling again when you’re finished here.” Mind you - it’s like 30 mins past their closing time, and she still took the time and thoroughly explained the issues I am facing… just a lil background on my self - i ran into some health issues in recent years, getting hit by a car etc etc… so my dental work had taken a back seat for a while to nurse my other issues as they rolled in … I found myself without a dentist for roughly 10 yrs because of the anxiety that I experience with dentists appts… so you catch the gist of how bad off I am with oral care, But she made me feel so comfortable, didn’t pass judgements, and if I could rate this company a 10000 I would…. Unfortunately, my insurance couldn’t cover the plans that they offer for care… BUT, I’m so impressed with this place and the standard of care that they offer, that I will be contacting my insurance today to possibly switch to something in the network that Sonritas accepts…. And if I can’t, then I just want to give credit where credit is due and say that this is the place to be if you want a dentist that actually cares about your health, & not just all about the money - like so many are nowadays…. Anyone who works at Sonrisas dental should be very proud to represent a company like this…. Truly incredible!! And I thank you once again!I hope to be back soon ! Cheers Eric P
