Fantastic experience: I was referred to Columbia Periodontal last year. I had a very bad experience with a root canal in the past and was very apprehensive about having another one. Everyone in the office was so understanding and compassionate, assuring me this experience would be different. It absolutely was. Everything went smoothly, the staff are so supportive, the doctors are very knowledgeable and efficient. I recently had an implant procedure and the staff knows that you need to rest and have soft foods afterwards. They sent me home with a goodie bag so we didn’t have to stop and buy special food for the day of recovery. I would definitely recommend their services.

He also doesn't make you do unnecessary implants or other cosmetic stuff, I appreciate that a lot considering how expensive dental treatments are these days. But the real magic happens when you get into the chair. Dr. Park is a master. She explained every step of the process with clarity and patience, answering all my (many, many) questions with genuine interest. She has this incredibly gentle touch – I swear, I barely felt the injection! And her bedside manner? Impeccable. She actually made me laugh during my procedure ! And the technology! This isn't your grandpa's dental office. They've got all the latest gizmos and gadgets to make the experience faster, more efficient, and less invasive. I walked in with teeth that felt like a neglected archaeological dig, and I walked out with a smile that could blind a small nation. Seriously, people, if you're looking for a periodontist who is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely cares about your oral health (and your sanity!), look no further than Dr. Park. She is an absolute artist, a dental deity, a... well, you get the picture. Go see them! Your anxiety will thank you, and you might even start enjoying going to the dentist! Fantastic experience: Over the last 2 years I have seen Dr. Hedgepath to have teeth pulled and implants . He has been an excellent Dr. The staff is always friendly . I have recommended him to my friends.

Negative experience: The day after my surgery my retainer and imitation tooth were completely different. I called and spoke to a rude female who told me “this is not the end of the world” when I explained that this is my front tooth and that it was the end of my world, maybe not hers, she still had an attitude. I just gave this office $2000.00 and all I got was attitude and no sympathy! Would not recommend after care service!

I received a high level of care during my procedure and even a call from Dr Park to check on me afterwards. Fantastic experience: I’m normally not one to post on social media but I felt compelled to share my thoughts and experience with Columbia Periodontal My 18 year son was set to head off the college last weekend and had an incident that caused his front tooth to completely snap off to say he and I were stressed would be an understatement. The Monday after the incident we immediately started calling around for help and I was hitting roadblocks. I decided to call your office because a few years ago I used your services and had an excellent experience. This time was no different. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely sympathetic to our situation and fit us in the same day, the finance lady was kind and warm, Evy Dr. McEntires assistant was extremely comforting when we arrived and when Dr McEntire entered the room he too was compassionate the two of them asked when his first day of college classes started and said we are going to get this taken care before classes. I know they moved things around for us and we are forever grateful. I would have hugged them both if I could. My son and I left your office knowing two angels looked out for us that day He started classes Thursday and his first day was assume all thanks to everyone at your office Thank you all for being amazing and caring for your patients. Fantastic experience: Let’s just say, I have nightmares about my teeth falling out… I went in for a consultation for gum grafting on my FRONT bottom teeth. Leann greeted me, super down to earth, comforting, friendly, professional but relatable! She explained the whole process of the procedure. (Someone you want by your side!) Dr. McEntire was very quick and efficient when he examined my teeth. I can tell this guy knows what he’s doing! Alyssa, very organized and answered all my questions about insurance and options for my surgery. This team/family has got their shhhtuff together. I feel so comfortable to let them do what they gotta’ do to fix me up. (I may only have a minor vasovagal response) jokes… but for real. :) Highly recommend.

While I waited, they also treated me with the upmost respect. Ethel procedure was successful, the nurse explained thoroughly to me and mother what steps were needed for her recovery. He is an outstanding periodontist and the most compassionate and kind person. He genuinely cares about his patients!! His staff also have been so kind and caring everytime I have come in. By far the best periodontist and staff !!

Negative experience: Incompetent and untrustworthy staff. A 45 minute consultation has given me stress and wasted time for months. I was referred here by my dentist for a tooth implant procedure. Columbia Periodontal associates refused to file my secondary insurance and instead encouraged me to pay cash for my procedure by offering me a cash discount. Upon checking the codes they sent my insurance, I was able to see that they incorrectly filed for the procedure I wanted. They put codes for a tooth extraction when I was requesting a tooth implant. Needless to say, I did not decide to use their services. For my visit, they promised me a free consultation for the procedure and proceed to send me a bill for the consultation after I cancel my procedure. The staff filed all of my insurance claims incorrectly and sent me bills in the mail over 6 months later. I would advise anyone thinking about using their services to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Park and her team are wonderful. They addressed my concerns and guided me through the process. Dr. Park’s compassion and willingness to address all of my questions are the keys to my five star review. Oral surgery is not an easy experience but I can’t imagine a better team than Dr. Park’s. I felt comfortable knowing they were working for the best outcome. Three weeks post op and my mouth is restored. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise, diligence, and kindness. If you need gum surgery request an appointment with Dr. Park. She and her entire team will ensure you receive the best care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ayers takes great care to make you comfortable. I had to have a back tooth extracted which was probably not the easiest as there were several roots. I could tell when the first came out but not the other two. It was quicker than I anticipated and very little discomfort. I was preped with a bone graph and sewed up all in less than 25 minutes.
