Fantastic experience: Office visit was GREAT!!!!! This was my first visit to the dental practice and it went smoothly from check in to check out. Front desk staff were respectful and efficient. Damien, the dental assistant, was awesome! He was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and made my visit stress free. Dr. Nunez who I saw was fantastic! She explained everything and made sure to give me all the time I needed instead of rushing me out the door for the next patient. That is hard to find. I’d highly recommend this dentist office for all you and your family’s dental needs. :)

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Corpus and went to get my 6 month cleaning at an office I found there. The dentist there told me I had gum disease which I knew right away was not accurate. I called Crownridge for a second opinion as I have been a patient with them for a few years now. The ladies at the front were so helpful and quick to get me in the next morning for a second opinion. I am always greeted with kindness along with great conversation and this trip was no exception. The dentist was prompt to see me and after a very thorough examination, determined I was disease free and just needed regular cleaning. The dental hygienist was prompt and thorough moments after I was seen. I couldn’t recommend coming here enough as I always feel calm and welcomed each visit.

Fantastic experience: I had Kenny twice that I was here and he was absolutely amazing, I have dental anxiety and really helps to alleviate some of that. Everyone here is really nice and it’s some of the best dental experience I’ve had.

Negative experience: Horrible over priced office! They lie and say that they take your insurance but don’t mention that they are out of network. Then they bill you and charge you a significantly higher amount than they should. I just wish they were honest. They are out of network with every dental insurance there is. So they charge a ridiculously high amount for every procedure. Their service is not worth the outrageous fees.

I booked a morning appointment for a routine cleaning and asked about Invisalign, and they explained options clearly. They accept CareCredit which made payment simple, professional team and zero hassle, five stars.

ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THEY WANT MORE AND MORE MONEY FROM YOU …AND YOU HAVE TO PAY EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE

Fantastic experience: Amazing first experience! Very friendly staff, clean and elegant environment, and the most thorough cleaning I have had in a long time. I also appreciated the explanation provided for each step and for aftercare.

Negative experience: My husband was there for 2.5 hours, the appointment cost $200, and he has to get a check back from insurance, instead of the office billing insurance. This was for an initial exam, he only wanted his teeth cleaned. They said they couldn’t clean his teeth that day, so it was a waste for him. He was brought back into an office to talk to financial people twice during the appointment. He came back with an extensive and expensive treatment plan. Seems like a sell the most you can type place.

The receptionists were friendly, and I barely had to wait at all, which is always a plus. The place is really clean and modern, which made me feel reassured about the quality of care I was going to receive. The dentist and hygienist were both amazing. They explained everything they were doing in a way that actually made sense to me and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and love what they do. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me throughout my visit. I left feeling like my teeth were in great hands!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Crownridge Dental for a few years now and they’ve always taken great care of me. I finally got my boyfriend to come in for a visit and he had a really great experience too. They were super thorough during his new patient exam and made sure he felt comfortable the whole time, constantly checking in and making sure he was doing okay. Katy checked him out at the end and was awesome. She worked around his schedule and explained everything really clearly, even showing him the receipts, numbers, and images so he knew exactly what to expect. We both really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was.
