While they work on your teeth, you can watch your favorite tv show and/or movie! The office is extremely comfortable and their office hours work with you!

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience here at Mason Park Dental. They provide the most wonderful service for our child, from doctor, nurse, and front desk. I really wish I could do 10 stars for them. I have been with so many dentists, and I am so thankful to find MPD. Give them a try, and you won’t be disappointed, I bet!!!

Fantastic experience: It was a positive experience, this is my 3rd time. I didn’t like the feel of the electric tool they were using to clean my teeth so the dental hygienist immediately stopped and changed to a regular tool and marked my chart. My teeth feel great and I will be back!

The staff(TIFFANY, IVON, KC, AMANDA front Desk receptionist, plus others and Dr. (TAM) were all very friendly and helpful. Was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful, has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic, simply because the services that I receive from (MASON PARK DENTAL) is excellent. Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience here. Tiffany took care of me from the moment I walked in. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made the whole visit feel comfortable. You can tell she cares about her work and about the people she’s helping. Dr. Cho was great as well. Very thorough, very professional, and made sure I understood my treatment plan without feeling rushed. The whole team worked smoothly together and the environment felt clean and calm. Overall, this was one of the better dental visits I have had. I definitely plan on coming back and asking for Tiffany and Dr. Cho again.

Fantastic experience: Genevive Amanda, Josh and Pricilla really took care of me, I’m someone who is legitimately terrified of the dentist chair but also desperately needs to be in one. They put me at ease and talked me off the ledge quite literally. I would recommend everyone come visit them because they are the literal best at what they do. Also thank you dr Cho for the gentle care and explaining things so I didn’t feel lost.

We were a little nervous about finding a new dentist, but now we’re so glad we did! We’ve found a place for our whole family — and it’s great that they have a pediatric dentist too. Fantastic experience: My husband just had 3 extractions and a root canal. They got him in quick and have been so nice. My husband is not a fan of the dentist and they talked him through the process and made him feel at ease. He even told me he could feel the difference between this place and other places. The customer care is outstanding! They also were able to get my son in the same day. They really worked around our schedule! We would definitely refer this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Josh did awesome! I have horrible torri and my X-rays were painless!!!! Genevieve was wonderful and the entire team as well as Dr Cho. I received a great report and wanted to return the favor! Genevieve was so knowledgeable!! Actually everyone was extremely nice! The front desk was also very welcoming! I love it here!

Fantastic experience: I brought my two year old and 4 year old, it was their first time ever to the dentist. We had a very positive experience. Tiffany, the hygienist was great and the kids did very well with her. Dr Nguyen was also great. The kids really liked getting a coin to put into the machine and get a prize. The appointment was quick with minimal waiting in the lobby. I would recommend this practice, it was a completely positive experience from start to finish. Including making the appointment! All great.

Positive experience: We have been using this office for a while no issues before. Today though my oldest daughter's dental hygienist was absolutely unprofessional. Was rude to my 12 year old and told her that mom didn't pay for the "easy" machine treatment. As well as spoke down to us at the visit. Hopefully she will have a talking too but other than that we like the rest of the staff and enjoy going there and when inform of the situation the front lady was kind about it and made sure to add a note to our girls charts.

Sometimes taking kids to the dentist can be dreadful but Dr.Nguyen and her staff make it a wonderful experience! Fantastic experience: The staff were very kind. Dr. Clay, Dr. Luis, Dr. Tiffany, and Dr. Nguyen listened to all my concerns and did a nice job cleaning. The decor in the lobby is also fairly elegant. Funny thing as well, there’s axolotls in tanks before you pass the check-out counter.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I have twins on the spectrum and one is level 3 nonverbal and that’s who I was worried about the most! I was so nervous but Tiffany showed us a different way to hold him which was in my lap backwards instead of the chair. He fought a bit but she was able to brush, floss and wipe his teeth. I was so shocked and Dr.Nguyen did the same. These ladies were amazing and this appointment went totally different than what I expected. They were so Gentle, and patient and Clay was great also. They all were informative and the front desk staff is kind as well. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist office! The front desk staff, Nazhat and Anabel, are very welcoming and help make your check-in process quick and easy. They answered all my questions and helped with a last minute insurance change that needed to be made. UPDATE 04/30/2025 - I came in today for a tooth extraction and bone graft procedure and would like to begin with thanking Priscilla who went above and beyond to explain the pricing, procedure, time-frame, etc to me until I fully understood what everything meant and the exact breakdown of what I would be paying out of pocket so there would be no surprises the day of my appointment. Daisy, the front desk clerk, informed me of their payment plan(s) through "Cherry" and sent me a direct link via text message and it took me only 10 minutes to fill out the application and was immediately approved and the payment plan (I chose the 6 month plan) was incredibly reasonable. Daisy also kept me informed with all upcoming appointments and any medication that was called into my pharmacy. My procedure only lasted 45 minutes and everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Lastly, I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KC!! Not only did she take her time to find the perfect vein to draw my blood from, I didn't even feel her stick me with the needle. You can't even tell that I had blood drawn. KC also saw I had a moment of stress when my tooth was being extracted and she grabbed my hand and held it until my tooth was completely out and I had calmed back down. Thank you, KC!! This Dentist Office truly care about their patients and their well being. They don't judge you or make you feel less than just because you need to be on a payment plan to receive treatment or if you (like me) are a smoker. I truly recommend this Dentistry!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My son had his first dental appointment at this clinic and I was apprehensive as to how to appointment will go being that he is special needs.. I can tell you that this is by far the best dental visit, from the warm welcome by the receptionist to the clean, peaceful and quiet ambience of the clinic, we proceeded to check in and then my son went to the kids activity corner that kept him occupied until it was time for him to be seen by Dr. Nguyen. He had his teeth xray which was very fast and seamless and then proceeded to get his teeth washed and whitened by the very kind and cool lady her name is “Kc” .. she really engaged him with singing and counting while doing her job.. I was super impressed. We have a follow up appointment in 6 months to see Dr. Nguyen .. I will recommend them to any one who needs dental care and has special babies .. they are really good and they keep to time .. no long waiting..

Fantastic experience: This place is great. I found them with targeted advertising on Instagram after smile direct club filed for bankruptcy and told me "haha hey thanks for the money but you get nothing forward" when I was only half done with my treatment plan. Enter, Mason Park Dental. I reached out and gave them an update for my refugee status and asked simply to fix my toofers. Since I was their first customer from the ad campaign we learned the process, together. Everyone is sweet there. Everyone. The receptionist, the techs, the doctors. It's really a different experience than some clinics where they just are there for those CPT codes. I had two stubborn teeth, however I wasn't 100% happy with how my teeth were shifting so doc said welp were starting over with some new trays and making it right. I am grateful for his grace and willingness to make me a happy guy. So I have sensitive teeth. I'm a sensitive person so I guess the teeth followed suit. They have this mouth rinse that turns you numb. They did all the work for adjusting for movement and didn't feel anything. They have two TV's for you while you're there. One for when you're sitting upright and one for when you're laying down. They have Netflix and YouTube so if you want something special on they accommodate. Even out on my deathcore/metalcore music. Which... I mean that meant a lot because it's not for everyone. If you aren't sure if you are at the right dentist and are shopping, then here ya go. You've found your new home. I live in Cypress and am considering getting my cleanings here I enjoy them so much. Super kid friendly. Super nice. Great experience. Highly recommend. Would do Invisalign with them again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a great experience being able to book my appointments and they are very accommodating to any schedule changes as well. Genevieve was my dental hygienist and she’s thoroughly educated me on my oral health and any problems I’ve had concerns about such as issues with my filler and planning out my wisdom teeth removal. Definitely a very professional yet welcoming environment for all and highly recommend after personally moving for insurance reasons!

I was greeted with a friendly hello and warm smile , I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The receptionist was exceptional! The dental assistant Ivon I believe was her name if I’m not mistaken was so caring and understanding with my 6 yr old autistic son. Although he does not have very many words or make eye contact she still took the time to explain everything to him and get him interested in what she was doing ( usually we have some issues ) she somehow was able to get him to corporate when so many others could not. I guess you could say she just has a way with kids ! Dr. Nguyen … I knew after the receptionist and dental assistant were amazing the dentist just had to be to … I was right. She has the best bed side manner and is very caring, you can tell she really cares about her patients and she listened to any of my concerns and answered all questions I may have had about treatment. After so many failed attempts to find the right dentist for my son I am now confident he is in the best hands possible. Thank you so much to each and everyone on the team ! Your rockstars !

This was the best dental appointment experience. all the staff were nice, and everything was clean. dr cho answered all my questions very nicely, explained with information easy to understand. I have very sensitive gum/teeth, but Mays was the first hygienist that cleaned my teeth with no pain. Very gentle and thorough. Please come here for Dr Cho and Mays!

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has Severe anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, today was the best experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Cho and Angel were amazing!!! Angel was great at talking me through the process and made sure I was calm by talking to me and playing some of my favorite music! Dr. Cho was very gentle and made sure I was always comfortable, constantly checking in with me during the entire procedure! The only problem was that Angel did not know who Alicia Keys was, but that’s OK !!! LOL!! Thank you!! Amazing team!!! Amazing experience!!

Positive experience: Unfortunately the waiting room lobby smelled like Urine. And I was not comfortable with the set up of 3 patients in one room and treatment being discussed and performed within 5 feet of other patients with nothing but air separating us. And the practice of putting infants in an odd and uncomfortable position to treat and assess them was really impractical and caused quite a ruckus. Bit those things aside, the staff was beyond lovely and I'm sure if we're to continue care here, they would prove more than competent. Their practice set up is just not for us personally.

Due to an insurance change I was referred here from Dr.Sung of Grand Mission Dentistry. I am currently working with Dr.Cho @ Mason Park dental. What an amazing Dr. patient , calming and thorough . I am no longer fearful of the dentist any more.I just had my teeth cleaned with Tiffany and highly recommend her . She also very well spoken. It usually is painful for me to have exrays done … well Tiffany was amazingly soft with her hands and very professional. Thanks Mason Park Dental . You’re a great team ! Fantastic experience: I just moved to Katy, I had been with my previous dentist for over 15 years. I was afraid to go to a new dentist, but, after a few months of research, I picked Mason Dental Park, and my experience was awesome! They are amazing, the best cleaning I have ever had, Dr.Cho was very detail explaining my options. I will definitely be going back for my any dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Mari and Dr. Cho are the best! I've always been terrified of going to the dentist since I had a horrible experience about 22 years ago. The office staff, hygienist and dentist were fantastic. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I am switching my entire family over, even though their location is further from my previous dentist. It's totally worth the drive. Dr. Cho and Mari Ivon rock!!! Highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter’s first time visit and Dr. Cho and Tiffany and Mays were very knowledgeable and explained in depth of the plan for future healthy teeth. I highly recommend this Family Dentistry. The staff are All very welcoming as soon as we arrived which was very pleasant. The atmosphere was one I haven’t Yet seen from other clinics. It was a comfortable Open concept in waiting area. With enjoyable music. And the back rooms Super Kid friendly which almost made me want to be a kid again. Thank you for such an Amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Love both doctors, Cho and Nguyen! They were both patient and extremely nice! They made a normally uncomfortable experience for my children pleasant and calm. Tiffany was great and kind as well!
