Fantastic experience: Might be a bit bias. I’ve been seeing Dr. Yossi for 27 years, long before there was a Smile Center. Their staff is always cheerful and happy to see me. I’ve had just about every dental thing done to me including crowns and an implant. Their team is very skilled. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Very good care. It had been a long time since I’d been there and I knew I had lots of issues. They didn’t shame me or chastise me at all! Came up with a great care plan and acknowledged my possible financial limitations with my insurance. Wonderful place and I am comfortable with continuing my care with a dentist for the first time in a long long time!

Positive experience: Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because there is always room for improvement, how ever I'm not sure that it's possible for this group of people to be any better! The front desk ladies always have a smile for you when you walk in. The waiting room is always clean and inviting, as well as stocked with bottles of water for while you wait. The group of staff I dealt with was fun, up beat and professional. They made any anxieties I may have had dissappear with ease. Always a great experience when I am in. Highly reccomend Smile Center.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for 20+ years and they are the absolute best! I have not been to another dental care facility to compare it to but they have always treated me right and made my appointments work around my schedule which can be very hard to do as a healthcare worker. My wife started with them 8 years ago and is very impressed with their professionalism and dedication they have to each and every patient. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my dental care. The care team there is very knowledgeable and help me resolve my inflamed gums with a few life style changes and only recommend preventative care without being aggressive like some practices I’ve read about. I’ve had a worn down tooth that is rough but doesn’t have a cavity yet and mentioned it to them and they offered a solution and insurance to have a his preventive care done before a cavity formed and as much cheaper than waiting until I was in pain. BONUS: Smile Center has a lifetime whiting deal for your teeth and you get more whitening product during each routine checkup (usually 2X per year). This is plenty to keep your teeth shining white year round. It actually works and is the same price my parents paid for it back in 2012. Lastly, I highly recommend Dr. Yossi if he is accepting patients.

Negative experience: For reasons unknown I was denied an appointment for an inspection of a cracked tooth and scan to rule out suspected pocketed infection. I have full coverage insurance and have never been to this office before.

The lady who came to get me from the waiting room gave me a tour of the office and explained every step of my visit to me before it happened and as it happened. I interacted with at least 5 staff members during our visit (my son was also being seen as a new patient) and every single one of them was so kind! I wish I would have found this place years ago!

Syri, my dental assistant, was amazing super comforting and made the whole experience smooth. Kaela, the hygienist, was so thorough and gentle, and Dr. Watson was awesome really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The entire team made me feel taken care of and at ease. Negative experience: Went in as a non-patient to potentially have a tooth pulled in an emergency. After not pulling the tooth and recommending an “emergency” root canal the Dentist destroyed one of my wisdom teeth after I had warned him about it and then left it jagged and sharp in my mouth so it could cut up my jaw and inside of my cheek and laughed it off when I brought it up saying I’d need to be a patient for them to fix it. Absolutely bullshit. Will not go back again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve avoided the dentist for a while due to past experiences but I was referred to the Smile Center; Kristi polished my teeth nicely, but never made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. The only negative thing I can say has nothing to do with The Smile Center but instead that my flex spending which pays for Tylenol etc, doesn’t allow for electric toothbrush(s) or waterpics.

This was the experience I needed to help ease my anxiety. Additionally, they don't charge a ton for nitrous or restoration. That made me feel like the office isn't sales driven like my last place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr Yossi my whole life and even though I lived almost 2 hours away for 10 years, I refused to ever find a new dentist where I was living because it was worth it to me to make the drive a couple of times a year. I was never scared to go to the dentist as a kid, and I feel just as safe and cared for now as I did as a toddler. I’ve seen so many wonderful hygienists over the years as well. I mostly go to Bailey now & love her. She is kind and works gently, which I really appreciate. They are always punctual and welcoming, and I wish I had more stars than 5 to give!

Negative experience: This place is a scam, they will not tell you if your insurance won’t cover any more services and when you go to pay act like it will. Then on the next appointment they called me the morning of and told me a I had a large balance that needed to be paid before I can get anything else done. I paid everything according to what they told me after every visit. Not once was I told my insurance wouldn’t cover anymore services or I would have stopped for that year. The women on the phone didn’t know anything and wasn’t competent enough to do anything but repeat that there was a balance due.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my first visit. Usually I have anxiety going to the dentist but they were VERY Comforting and down-to-earth people.I recommend this place to anybody. Especially if you're nervous to go or had bad experience. They treat you really, really good here. I walked out very happy and satisfied with my first visit. I look forward to going back.
