Fantastic experience: Dr. Ejesieme is an exceptional dentist, and I could not be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized! Dr. Ejesieme took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care truly set her apart. The hygienist was also fantastic, thorough yet gentle, making the appointment completely stress free. If you are looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Ejesieme. Outstanding care from start to finish.

You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their experience. The staff was just as amazing , so friendly, gentle, and attentive. They checked on me often, made sure I was comfortable, and made the whole appointment so much easier than I expected. If you’re nervous about dental work or just want to be treated with kindness and professionalism, I can’t recommend Dr. Ken and his team enough. I’m so thankful for the care I received today.

Negative experience: UPDATED: WORST DENTIST IN DALLAS I had a horrible experience here. I came with an emergency issue that was barley addressed. Then, left with a quote of $4,000 of additional services-which was their primary focus. They also purposely chose to max out my deductible for 2025 AND 2026. The doctor was not only belittling and rude but also incompetent. She used a YouTube video to explain a simple procedure. They also overcharge you what's listed on the paperwork to cover their service fee when paying with a card (which was never disclosed). This dental office is a money grab and not genuinely focused on patient care. Following that appointment, I was given a referral to a more experienced and knowledgeable dentist with 20 years of experience at Diamond Smiles by Melinda. She called me and gave me the detailed information I needed to fix my issue, for FREE!!! I highly suggest you reach out to her instead of coming to North Dallas Smiles ------------- UPDATE- After becoming aware of my review, Ezinwanne Ejesieme (the "Doctor") called me at 6 pm to berate me over this review. She called my experience "allegations" and was only willing to "extend an olive branch" of a full refund if I deleted my review. She stated verbatim, "We will be happy to issue you a full refund. Just let us know once the review is deleted." I refused to delete the review and she continued to showcase the unprofessional behavior I originally experienced at my appointment. Ultimately, I was not issued a full refund to remedy the situation and had my experience was invalidated in the process. As previously mentioned, NORTH DALLAS SMILES ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGE.

Positive experience: Very nice office and friendly welcoming staff and Dentist. Unfortunately i was not satisfied with the extra fees that are not optional. I was told fluoride treatments although not covered by insurance for adults are given to everyone so a $35 fee each time. In addition, X-rays and photos were taken. I was not informed in advance that the photos were an additional charge. I just want basic care and a cleaning covered by my insurance, rather than come out of pocket for extra things. Due to that I may not be a returning customer. Outside of the extra hidden fees that they do not allow you to opt out of I enjoyed the office and the experience.
