Fantastic experience: Love this office! Great staff and love Dr Burton’s conservative approach to treatment. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: You have no idea what a good bedside manner is if you have not been to this place! They take the cake every time. My daughters had what I thought were normal interactions with the dentist before we found MVP, But now I know better, the other guys were only worth half a star compared to the five stars that I give MVP.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentistry I’ve ever been to. Pediatric or adult included! I don’t know what they are doing differently at MVPD than other offices, but they’re doing it right! All of their locations are great! I always feel welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of. My daughter is incredibly shy and even she has come out of her shell a bit and loves her “ moose dentist”. I’m so grateful to have found this dentistry for my kids and recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. My daughter had a number of teeth extracted and it could not have been easier. Jackie at the front desk was so easy to work with and even double checked codes when she noticed an oddity. Gracie, Maddison, Dr. Ray were all very calming and thorough and put us at ease and Nathan (CRNA) was awesome! My daughter came in pretty high stress about needles and masks and as soon as Nathan described the procedure she had sudden relief knowing all of the things she was worried about she no longer needed to. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. We have been taking our two sons for years. Both had a cleaning and 1 had exrays yesterday and we were in and out it under 30 mins. That was so fast and I'm always happy with how the staff treats us.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff was amazing, so helpful with my tricky insurance and upfront about costs. They even reimbursed me on the spot for a cavity that didn’t need work! The office has a fun play area, and my kids had a great time. Four hygienists worked with my four kids, making everything quick and smooth. I was so impressed with how calm they were, thanks to the movies and headphones. Dr. Nick’s communication was excellent, clear, kind, and professional. He even fit us in the same day to fix a cavity. Dr. Nick and Madison were so gentle and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. So thankful we found this office—highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry! My special needs son has high anxiety but everyone who worked with him was so patient and kind. Brinelle was really kind and supportive and Dr. Nick and Milton were fantastic with him as they supported him through his procedure. Milton is always our favorite, he makes my son feel welcome and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: My kid had a dental emergency on a Saturday. I called and left a message with the on call dentist. Dr Nick got back to me quickly. I was able to text him pictures of my sons mouth/teeth and Dr Nick said he’d meet us at the office later that afternoon, and told us what to do in the meantime. I really appreciate Dr Nick going above and beyond for my son. We’ve been going to the moose dentist for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. It’s scary to have these things happen with your kids but I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them helping my son on a Saturday.

Fantastic experience: My son had to have a dental procedure and Dr. Cam was amazing! He was sweet, told us what was going to happen and helped calm my son's and I nerves. Dr. Cam even called the next day to check on my son. All the employees are great with kids and get on the kids level. Its a great dentistry and I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit to Mountain View and it was great! Gracey was our hygienist and she made our toddlers first cleaning so fun. She kept the entire experience silly and explained what each tool did. Dr. Jake was equally as great and helpful with information to continue to care for his teeth. Great experience all around!

Fantastic experience: Mikaela, she is amazing and fun she help make the whole visit fell fun and light hearted and interacted with us. Milton, he made many jokes to keep a happy mode with me and my sister so it took stress of my shoulders because I worry a lot, but he was so fun to be around.

Fantastic experience: We still love this dentist! My girls have always been very comfortable and they do awesome themes and prizes. The staff is young and interactive, very positive! We had Mckayla last time and she made my youngest giggle and giggle! 4 years ago: I enjoyed our experience here! My two girls are 6 and 2, and my 6 year old can be uncooperative. They were great in making her feel more comfortable without being too pushy. I also felt the place to be very cautious for COVID19. Fabulously kid-friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lin and Makayla are absolutely amazing! Makayla was so warm and kind. Usually my kids are so scared to come to the dentist but Makayla put them right at ease. She was friendly and so sweet. She really went above and beyond for us. We could not thank her enough!

We recently had the sweetest assistant, Gracey, who went above and beyond to make sure all our kids had a great time and awesome experience. 100 % recommend Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry.

Positive experience: I have been taking my son here since he was an infant. He is now 3.5 years old. They have always been so wonderful with my son. This last appointment the dental assistant Maddi was so good with my son she was able to get him to take x-rays for the first time. Maddi was wonderful with helping an active boy. Thank you so much for the great care. The only reason I give this a 4 is because they close at 4 pm. They do not accommodate for kids school schedules or for working parents. They stated they have children that is why they close early. I own to practices and I work late two days a week to accommodate schedules, so do my other practitioners. Not everyone is a stay at home mother or father.

Fantastic experience: We Love The Moose Dentist! We have been coming here for 7+ years and we still love each time we come. We make a day out of it, it’s crazy when your child looks forward to going to the dentist. The staff here does a great job at being upbeat, fun, while doing good work as well as listening. I can’t think of one complaint. In the years we have come I’ve loved EVERY visit. Seriously if you can look forward to going to the dentist, you know it’s a good one! We love Dr. Jake, almost don’t want to say who because we want him to always be available and not too busy. The truth is he and his staff deserve a shout out so there ya go! Today we had Gracey do the cleaning, she’s been so good with my daughter and talks just like they’ve known each other for awhile. Of course I’m the helicopter mom so I watch closely. She seemed to do a good cleaning while being gentle as well. The office here is clean and comfortable with a play area for the kids and tv for distraction. Dr. Jake is super cool, always clear with the dental plan, good at helping kids with severe anxiety as my child is one of those. We have been to the Mountain View and Farmington location. We usually go to Farmington even though it’s further because again, we love the dentist so we make it our fun trip day. We love you Mountain View Pediatric Dentist!

Fantastic experience: Mikaela, En, Alyssa are the cutest! My kids feel so comfortable around them, they make the dental experience fun. We also love Dr. Ray.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the way the anesthesiologist handled our sedation appointment, as a first time parent and first time having to go through the procedure process with our 4 year old. Our son woke up alot quicker than even the doctors expected, which when he did he was very distraught and scared, Dr. Quayle explained to us to take as much time needed in the recovery room because HE NOTICED how our son was feeling, then because our son was obviously crying a lot especially because of the pain (he kept asking for comfort) after 10mins the anesthesiologist came in and told us it’s best if we just head home at this point, he seemed clearly annoyed. Our main concern was our son still being under all the medication not thinking clearly he would keep grabbing his teeth or take off his seatbelts on the car ride since one of us couldn’t sit in the back with him since we drove separately. For an appointment to be charged thousands of dollars just to receive the lack of compassion was so unprofessional + fully disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience. My daughter has teeth extracted, and both Heather and Dr. Ray made the experience calm and comfortable for her. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: Used to love this place.Now I'm annoyed. Doctors are excellent, however, your child can't cancel when sick without them charging you a cancellation fee. I feel like this policy is stupid. Do they want you to bring a sick child in to their office? Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Nick and our hygienist, Milton! They were so patient, fun, and kind with my kids. My 4 year old has had a lot of anxiety surrounding dentists in the past to the point where he screams the entire exam, but MVPD helped him feel at ease as soon as we walked in the door. Milton took us on a tour of the office and everything was explained in a way my kids could understand. They really help the kids to feel empowered. My 4 yr old had no issues with x-rays or the exams! This dentist office is amazing and definitely worth a try if your in the market for a new dentist, especially with a kiddo with anxiety.

Fantastic experience: We love going to Mountain View in Farmington! We’ve worked with lots of the dentists and hygienists there and everyone is so kind and they’re all great with my kids. We worked with Graciela, Parker, and Dr. Jake today and they were very patient with my twins for their first dental visit.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Mountain View and seeing Dr. Kimball Burton for a few years now and my kids actually look forward to seeing the dentist. (After multiple negative experiences with other providers.) We feel like they really care for their patients and community and offer excellent care and concern. All of the staff is great, Lizzy was so good with my kids. Can’t recommend them enough!

My son is petrified of the dentist and he was able to work with him quite well. He is patient, understanding, and kind. He always kept my sons feelings in mind and constantly communicated with him.

Fantastic experience: Maddie, Gracey and Mikaela were AMAZING assistants for my kids today! They were super nice, friendly, funny and kind to my kids. We got in and out so fast, i was shocked because my 3 kids aren’t easy! 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend!!! Update: Two of my three kids had to get cavities today. I have been stressed all weekend about it but they did amazing! Didn’t cry, didn’t flinch and the dentist worked so fast! Gracey and Lizzy assisted and they were so kind to my kids. I love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I sure wish this place was around when I was young! From the front desk to the doctors and dental assistants everyone is so helpful and kind. Dr Jake is so positive and encouraging to each one of my kids! And let’s talk about Maddie our favorite dental assistant. She was beyond kind and caring for my 4 year old. She was so personable when we were there and then it got even better! My daughter received a card in the mail just to check on her and tell her how great she did but the best part was that Maddie took the time to draw and make the card super special! This is caring! Thank you to the whole staff!

Fantastic experience: My two kids had a great time getting ready for the dentist with Gracey and Parker! My eldest is pretty anxious when it comes to anything medical and Gracey was great at keeping him reassured and calm. He even asked to have his teeth cleaned all over again because it was “fun”. Parker kept it cool and calm with my youngest who tends to fidget a lot. Dr Jake was awesome with my kids and attentive to my concerns. Super friendly team all around. Fantastic experience: We love going to this dentist for our kids! All the staff is very kind and friendly, even to my rowdy, crazy children. They kindly guide the children through all the procedures from x-rays, to teeth cleaning, to the dentist's exam. And they took special care of my autistic daughter who can be very nervous and apprehensive. It is a very kid friendly environment with climb-on toys, movies, prizes, a beautiful large aquarium, and more. We're very happy we found them! Milton, Parker, Lizzy and Dr Nick were great today

Fantastic experience: Lizzy was so helpful and patient when my son was feeling nervous during his cleaning! We love this practice. All my children have had their lip and tongue ties revised (with laser) as infants. As my children have gotten older they help ease any concerns and are so patient and make visits fun

Fantastic experience: My kids have been patients here for 2 years and we love it! Today our assistant was Milton, who was so good with the kids! He made them feel comfortable and was helpful to me as their mom. The doc we saw today was Dr Kimball, who we’ve seen several times. He is always so upbeat and interested in the kids, and makes them excited to be at the dentist. He takes the time to answer all my questions before we leave. There are lots of prizes and making the kids feel special. We love this place!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend them enough. Dr.Jake was absolutely fabulous. It was a really hard decision to have my week old have her lip tie cut as I didn’t want her in any pain, but he took the time to listen, explain everything, and make me feel cared about. They also are so responsive and even texted the next day to check in on her. I will continue to bring my kids here for any dental needs because I feel the genuinely care about my kids. Dr.Ray has also done my sons check Ups and is so kind and cute with him. We had to wait a bit one time (which is understanding when you see the time and attention the doctors give) and the dental assistant brought us a fizz gift card. It was so thoughtful and went a long way.

Fantastic experience: I took my 1 & 1/2 year old in today for a consultation about a tooth that looked concerning. Dr. Cam was great and so was his staff. Everyone is so upfront and honest and wants what's best for your child. They showed me what I could do and set up a plan for treatment age wise. We usually see Dr. Jake and I would recommend both. Both have wonderful bedside manners and are very knowledgeable. If an xray is concerning, or unclear, they will take more to make sure before they treat. I have never been so impressed with a business or dentist specifically. I will refer everyone here. Edit: 3 years later we still love them. They have great staff that are always so friendly and make the kids feel at ease. We absolutely loved Milton(dental assistant). The dentists are great with advise and great humans all around. We love them and recommend them to everyone. Edit: Lizzy and Steph were our assistants. They both did a great job and were so nice. Always a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love the dentist!! I give the credit to the staff and the dentists! The place is so kid friendly and everyone is so kind! Kinley and Stephanie helped us today and were able to get photos of both my kids teeth who are ages 4 and 2!

Fantastic experience: We've been so impressed with the whole staff at Mountain View! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they're always very patient with our kids. They make going to the dentist as fun as it can be for kids! Update: We still LOVE coming to the dentist. The whole staff is super friendly and always make our kids comfortable. Milton and Mikaela were so great with our kiddos today. We love Mountain View dentistry!
