Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at My favorite Dentist office

Fantastic experience: I have always been real impressed with Pasadena family dentistry. When you have an appointment, you don’t have to wait they take you in right away. The whole staff is really really kind. Everyone there is real helpful and the dentist explains everything very good. Hardly no one likes to go to the dentist, but I’ve had a real good experience here.

Negative experience: Doctor lowery was not a nice person he said he could not and would not do any surgery to my mouth until I have my a1c down to normal. This is bull I’ve had 2 surgeries without any problems. I’ve had numerous surgeries done in my mouth as well with no problems at all. His experience is way off. He would not have known anything about my surgeries if I didn’t tell him. Many dentists have worked on my mouth with no problems. So he wasted my time with me coming to see him. I told them when they put the mouth wings in my mouth that they would not get good X-rays. Due to the way my jaw line bone Petrudes outward. They don’t listen. Thank you

Fantastic experience: All the staff is very friendly and caring. No pain dentist. They always ask if they are hurting you during procedure, and will stop if necessary. In a nutshell they are awesome.Dr Revel is very informative and will only do what is necessary for your dental health.Clean environment, beautiful waiting area and will help if you have no insurance to get you the best care

Fantastic experience: Lorretta the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a great job and was very nice and informative She gave me recommendations for mouthwash , toothpaste types and ways of flossing in order put my teeth into the best shape possible. And cleaned my teeth pain free. Dr Lowery came in next and explained things very well and set up my future treatments. Both did a great job

She is excellent in every way - professional, knowledgeable, very nice, and has great communication skills. She fits in perfectly with Pasadena Family Dentistry, where I’ve been a patient for decades now. The practice (Dr. Holmes, et al.) is superb in every way. Added 8/19/25……. Tricia has been my hygienist for a while now, and she's still great in every way! Also met Dr. Revel for the first time, and she is also excellent, as is Dr. Lowery, who I’ve seen several times over the years. As always, the entire staff is great. My wife and I will so miss Dr Holmes (!!!), since she has recently retired, but the practice has been left in good hands. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Holmes!

Fantastic experience: Dr Revel is awesome! All the staff and hygienist and assistants all the way to front office staff are excellent. I did the bare minimum for dental for years after a bad experience with another Dentist. Dr Revel put me at ease and addressed all my concerns. Everyone really treats you with respect and don’t judge you on how bad off your dental hygiene is when you come. They work with you to make a plan of care and for what you can afford.

Fantastic experience: This has been my family practice for more than 30 years. You simply cannot ask for a more caring, professional, qualified group if dentists, hygienists and assistants. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. You will never experience discomfort of any sort and their follow-up care is amazing. Just go and experience dental care at its finest.

Fantastic experience: Was able to schedule a last minute exam for a dental emergency. Staff were kind. Exam with doctor was quick and showed what my issue was. Doc was easy to talk with. Will be moving my family over to this practice when our dentist retires.

Dr Lowery and all of the staff made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed on everything they were doing at every visit. Dr Lowery never left the room while I was there. Fantastic experience: My experience meeting Dr.Erica Revel and her team at Pasadena Family Dentistry has been amazing. Both my mom and I needed quite a bit of dental restoration and the process has been swift and painless. Everyone is extremely friendly and most of all compassionate. Dr.Revel is very is a perfectionist and has been amazing working with my 80 yr old mother. Her attention to the finest details is outstanding. I would say that this is the BEST dental facility which provides the BEST dental care by far in the Pasadena and surrounding area without a doubt! I started with Dr.Kimber Holmes, the owner about 28 yrs ago and stepped away due to moving around and work and other things. After living back in Pasadena for some time and realizing I needed to get back on track with my dental care and needs I went right back to her office knowing that I would get the best care and dental work available. The office is beautiful and equipped with the latest technology. I cannot say enough good things here about Dr.Revel and the staff for I would run out of space. I am extremely picky and I have NEVER found anything that I was unhappy with during my journey with my dental restoration. Anyone looking for the BEST dental care should not hesitate and should call them as soon as possible. You will be so happy you did. They will go above and beyond to make you comfortable there no matter what the procedure is. I hardly ever write a review online but they deserve my time as they have treated me and my mother with the utmost respect and patience and most of all two beautiful smiles.

Fantastic experience: I will not go anywhere else. They aren’t even in our network with our insurance but I don’t care. Dr. Holmes is the best of the best! I went in for a cracked tooth and she stayed late to fit me in that day so I would not be in pain all weekend. We have used them for years and have never had a bad experience!

Positive experience: Pleasant experience. This was one of the first dental establishments I visited after a few weeks of moving to TX. Prices were high even with insurance, but I'm sure each individual has their own opinion on that. It's still a nice place. The staff was very cordial. My technician was a great conversation and very welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Due to the sensitivity I have on my front lower teeth, I have requested that they be numbed before getting them cleaned. Dr. Lowery administered the deadening and I didn’t feel any pain. Tammy, Dental Assistant, does a terrific job cleaning my teeth. She’s sweet and friendly and makes my time there a pleasant experience. I have been going to Pasadena Family Dentistry for over 50 years, and I won’t go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pasadena Family Dentistry for years. Everyone is always so kind, helpful, and thorough. After getting a handful of teeth repairs, fillings, and regular cleanings, I can say that this office has a special artistry when it comes to teeth. I even drive a bit farther after I have moved to make sure I keep them as my dentist.

Positive experience: Always a pleasant experience. I know that’s an odd thing to say about the scary dentist, but it’s true! Everything runs smooth and efficiently each and every time I visit. I’ve tried other dental practices, but none compare to the dentists, hygienist Tammie and office staff. Thanks to all! Update 08/10/2021 - still an excellent experience with Tammie, as always. I leave feeling like I had a mouth massage! However, this time I needed to last minute reschedule but couldn’t without being charged a fee since I’d done this ONCE before. While I understand that it leaves an opening for them, most people can’t see into the future and don’t know when issues occur in their lives last minute. If I chronically rescheduled last minute, I could understand. I’m not. I suppose this means that as long as I am a patient there, any future events that I may encounter best happen 24 hours prior to the appointment or I’ll be charged whether it’s next year or 10+ years from now. PSA. 9/9/2024 — left this office for a bit of time and REGRETTED it. I’m back at my dental home now and very happy!

Fantastic experience: I love ❤️ love ❤️ Pasadena Family Denistry. Pam is the best Hygienist God created, and she has the smile, kindness, and gentle spirit to go along with her skills. I can't say enough of good things about Dr Holmes. She's amazing and has the best bed side manor this side of Heaven. I don't know what I am going to do if either of them retire.

I’m a fraiddy cat when it comes to dental work. So patient . My hygienist is also wonderful. Known her for years through years through the practice. We catch up every 3 months when I get my cleanings. I would and have recommended coming to Pasadena Dental for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Had my regular checkup and teeth cleaning. The atmosphere is very comfortable, especially when it came for my teeth cleaning. Becky talked me through each part of the procedure which I am already accustomed to, but knowing this helps keep me calm. The staff is awesome… thank you Once again I went in for my regular check up. Fantastic experience: Dr. Holmes is so sweet and explains everything so you can understand it, especially with her darling facial expressions. Her staff are all amazing and very accommodating. And they are always prompt with their services. No hour waiting for your appointment. Love this office and highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. Dr. Lowery is so gentle and patient with us. Expert craftsmanship. They fabricated two bridges for my 91 year old mother. Same day! She could not be happier. Dr. Lowery took a somewhat damaged smile and transformed it into a work of art. Mom loves showing off her new smile. Her self confidence has returned. My wife got me hooked on PFD. And I led a couple of neighbors there as well. Very nice office. Kinda plush. Excellent tea. Wonderful, accommodating front end staff and hygienists. Bonus ... if you don't have dental insurance, ask Vickie about their office "Plan." Really will save you money. Just ask Mom.
