Fantastic experience: I moved over from Toothbrusher’s Dental. The dentist office here is very nice. Myrna and Laura were awesome as usual.

Positive experience: This was my first time there, and didn’t get a welcome experience, I went for a teeth cleaning and after cleaning the technician ask for the Dentist and he was no where to be found so I left after waiting ten minutes to see him.. not a good experience.

Fantastic experience: My first time at Warwick was this week. I found it to be a very pleasant office and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A positive experience all around!

I have sensitive teeth and have always dreaded getting my teeth cleaned. Well that just changed after my experience with Laura and Candice. Sara Lyon my new hygienist was thorough and informative and treated me very kindly. My dental assistant Annette Urioste was very patient and attentive and treated me like family. Fantastic experience: Annette, Dr Patel, and Candice were all great today. It was wonderful to see that Annette has moved to Warwick after Dr Guilford retired. I had some trouble at first with the drilling for the crown and my breathing, and Dr Patel and Annette were excellent at helping me relax. We stopped using the nitrous and Candice gave me a full refund for that. Overall an excellent experience.

Extraction didn’t hurt at all incase u are scared of it. Really a nice place to go. I’m so glad I found them. Lisa too was so kind. All the employees seems happy. It felt like home to be there. Fantastic experience: My Dentist recently retired and his team transferred to Warwick dental. The commute to this location was further from my usual one but i had to follow my favorite dental hygienist, Laura and the rest of the Toothbrushers team. I have to say the longer commute was worth it! I was very impressed by how welcoming and professional the Warwick team is.

They help you learn how to prevent cavities and do a great job at treating them when you do have them. But they were still able to handle the issue in a single visit, were very caring about discomfort the entire time and gave through instructions for postcare before handing me over to Candice in billing who took care of all the insurance and payment stuff. Fantastic experience: Great first visit to Dr. David Lawrence’s office. Candice and Kiela welcomed us at the front desk when we arrived. Sara, my hygienist was excellent; Dr. Sullins performed a good exam of my teeth. My husband’s hygienist, Teresa, was also excellent. Tom will see Dr. Sullins again this week to replace a filling. We’re happy to be at Warwick Dental with David Lawrence and his team. On December 23, 2025, I returned for 2 fillings. Annette assisted Dr. Patel. Both were excellent! Thanks to them the experience of having fillings was smooth. Woo hoo to Annette and Dr. Patel!

Negative experience: Staffs were nice , helpful and but they will check credit and I wasn't qualified because of income if you have a home they'll approve You ...but they wanted me get cosign to approve me . I knew they wouldn't approve me .

Fantastic experience: Our Dentist is retiring and has moved his practice to Warwick. I was of course weary because change is scary. However his entire team has moved over to Warwick! Lets be real, you see the team more then your actual Dentist. I absolutely love my hygienist Laura and she knows me and my kiddo. The new office is very nice and has lovely big windows in the treatment areas with bird feeders outside. I do hope they move the mobiles from the ceilings in Dr Gs old office over. I did like watching those. Also noticed no music was playing but I bet the girls get that sorted in time. It was a super positive first experience at the new place.

Maritza then took me back and was genuinely kind and helpful. Lastly, Dr. Patel was tremendous - explaining concepts with knowledge and patience. I was so impressed by the entire team's communication and complete transparency regarding my treatment plan and costs. No surprises, just genuine care. This is the best private dental practice you'll come across.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment on October 7th 2025 to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Patel and his staff said they wanted to wait until my gum graft. My gum graft was on October 17th, 2025. and they told me to schedule an appointment after for a cleaning to ensure the teeth are safe.I scheduled an appointment on Nov 6th, 2025. Dr. Patel informed me of 3 cavities that needed fillings. Candace only booked me for the fillings. I asked her about the teeth cleaning and she said I don't know what happened because that is all I scheduled. I showed up for my appointment at 10:30am for my cleaning and she told me it wasn't scheduled, she only scheduled my fillings. I asked Candice if she could clean my teeth and she said it would be later this afternoon.I asked her if I could do the filings and she responded with it will take until 12:00pm. That would be an hour and a half to complete the fillings. Then she charged me $50 to reschedule the appointment with a cleaning and filling. Now I have to go back a 3rd time to get my teeth cleaned and paid $50 cancelation because of her miscommunication with the doctor. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment to find it wasn't scheduled as planned and then I was penalized for it.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience today! i was seen by Dr. Patel who was so nice and caring when it came to my anxiety and treatment plan. Maritza and America helped soothe me when it came to my fears on the procedures i needed done. Plus, Candice was so sweet and very informative when it came to my financing options. Overall im so glad i came to this dentist office and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who may have any form of fear surrounding the dentist or if you’re looking for a place that will take care of your every need!

Fantastic experience: Got my last temporary set put on today & the little corrections to my bite done. WOW! They look GREAT! These professionals really do such a great job. They’re compassionate, friendly, upbeat attitudes & no one has ever acted like any request or “problem” (like a failed implant) was inconvenient to their valuable time. Really, I’m so very blessed to have found this office. Great dentists who know what they’re doing & are so kind —they truly listen, great techs & hygienists (gentle gang), the wonderful gal Bree (spelling?) who makes the arches, & all the different office help people. Positive experience: Staff was very friendly and kind, from the front desk to the Hygienist & Dr! The only complaint I had with my visit is that I uninformed that they were out of network with my insurance, I did ask at time of scheduling and was assured they were in network. Once I received my care plan the bill to take care of the work I needed was high. I paid and didn’t think anything of it until I received the EOB from my insurance and discovered they were out of network. I also had a new patient appointment and did not know that no cleaning would occur but it would be for X-rays/photos.

Negative experience: had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. As a new patient, I was told I would need X-rays, even though I had ones from another provider that I transferred over. Despite expressing that I didn’t want more X-rays, I was told they were required — but not to worry, because they would be fully covered by my insurance. Fast forward a few weeks, and I receive a bill for the full amount. When I followed up, I was told that although the explanation of benefits (EOB) says the X-rays are covered, the claim was denied because they are a contracted provider — which somehow means I’m responsible. This was never explained to me beforehand. When I pushed back and said I felt misled, especially after being told the X-rays would be covered, the response I got was essentially: "I don’t know what else to say." This kind of dismissive attitude and lack of transparency is unacceptable — especially when it leads to unexpected bills for procedures I didn’t want in the first place. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to get every detail in writing before agreeing to anything here.

Fantastic experience: Warwick dental will be my place for a long time. A few years ago I found out about the Groupon on Invisalign and I came here to check it out. They made sure my teeth were straight and every visit was quick and easy. I drove 40 minutes to come to all my appointments because they were just that good. Candice was always on TOP of my appointments and she was such a kind receptionist. My dental hygienist Sara made sure every visit was painless and they always remembered me and asked about my personal life. I got my teeth whitened after my Invisalign was completed. My hygenist was HILARIOUS and I was not at all bored waiting in the chair. Dr. Lawrence was always so nice and took care of me. They really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I can tell that the staff at Warwick dental really cares about their patients and I loved every minute. Invisalign has changed my smile and my life. If you’re questioning it, JUST DO IT. You will not be disappointed♥️

She's very friendly and helpful. The staff are very friendly and always put their patients first. I'm beginning my implant procedures, and I'm very impressed with Dr. Lawrence and his team. They have been genuinely compassionate and professional during my surgery and follow-ups. I highly recommend them!
