Fantastic experience: CCRD has been taking good care of my family for over 20 years! We all have nice healthy smiles. I get really anxious at the dentist’s office and they always make me feel comfortable. They celebrate all the things with my kids dental hygiene, building their confidence, they love CCRD. We're always greeted with smiles and get TOP NOTCH service from check-in, to the chair, and at check-out. They’ve been there for us with dental emergencies, insurance and FSA problems (ugh!), and we came out all smiles. Drs. Shofner and Marshall and the staff go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of and it is SO appreciated!

Negative experience: The front desk have rude receptionists. My appointment was scheduled 6 months in advance and confirmed by phone a week prior to. My appointment was cancelled the day before without an apology. I asked to speak to the office manager and I never received a call back. I had to take off my job just to go to an appointment that was scheduled during a time I wasn’t available and I was having issues. When posting my last review they get under and act like it wasn’t their fault. This is not the first time it has happened. It’s obvious to me that I’m not valued as a patient. I will be finding me another dentist. Nobody ever called to even apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time. They change your hygienist every time and I think the lady today was intentionally rough on my gums.

Fantastic experience: I love visiting Center for Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry! I know that Dr. Marshall & his staff going to take really good care of care of me. I’ve been going there for years, I’ve sent my spouse, friends a great dentist if you’re looking for someone to take care of your teeth and dental work. Thanks Dr Marshall & staff!

Negative experience: I have always had a wonderful experience at Dr Marshall’s office until today. An appointment was made a while back with new insurance and were not notified that they didn’t take our insurance until 10 minutes before the appointment. That’s unacceptable when I took off work for this appointment and made arrangements for child care.

Fantastic experience: I had broken a tooth Sunday, I called Monday and had an appointment the next day! ( today!) Such kind, caring, professional people there, especially Dr. Shofner and Casey, the two doing my dental work today. Everyone at the office is pleasant and they use nitrous oxide!!!;) Highest recommendation from a patient with high anxiety about Dentist visits!

Fantastic experience: Dr Shofner is an excellent dentist. He is very caring and concerned for my dental health. I’ve had cleanings, crowns and fillings performed by him for over 20 years. He has treated my children and other family as well with care.

Fantastic experience: I was recently in the office for a cosmetic procedure using dermal fillers I suggest that when investigating costs patients should research the brand of filler used. Some new less expensive fillers are offered by competing local providers. The filler used at this office has been shown to last on average much longer than a year and I have had even longer results over at least a dozen years of experience. Cost factors out of the way allows you to look at actual service by the doctor- 3 quick but crucial points1This doctor is EXTREMELY concerned that you don’t feel ANY pain 2 He is good not to push overuse of the product and even retains the left over product for later use and most important he is very very precise in placement and not adding too much. The gentleness on application also results in the best appearance because of even placement and lack of bruising even on people prone to bruising. Highest praise to Dr Shofner for this and all his services.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and courteous office staff. The dental care is awesome. I needed 2 crowns. During the procedure they (dentist and assistant) were very sensitive to my comfort. The fit seems great. I am new to Northport and am thrilled that I found such a great office to care for my dental needs. Oh, and relatively no wait time ⌚ on either of my visits.

Negative experience: Again I am doing this. I do not owe you any money. I removed my last review because I was told since your system updated and you now have a ton of people being billed which was your fault, I owed nothing. I will not remove this 1 star review because I have paid everything owed to you from over 10 years ago. Do not reach out to me by phone, text, email, etc. I want people to know everything I have been through with your company. Do better.

We both had appointments yesterday and they remembered my daughter's name along with mine....and just my third visit and my daughter's 2nd one. Only a couple minutes wait to get called back and after some much needed dental care ...we are on our way. Fantastic experience: I've never liked going to the dentist. Always have had allot of pain associated with going until now. I've had to have several deep cleanings due to not going for a while and a root canal. Staff always makes sure you are comfortable and in no pain. First deep cleaning started to be painful and they stopped and redeadined the area. I refer to anyone looking for a good dentist.

However, I had an amazing experience with my dental procedure done at the Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry. From the moments, I entered the office-everyone at the front desk was always very nice & helpful! I also wanted to thanks Dr. Marshall’s assistance, Kacey, she did an excellent job in prep me for the procedures and Danielle (DH) who’s patiently answered any questions that I had. But, most importantly, I wanted to express my special thanks to my dentist, Dr. Marshall whose, I truly believe he blesses with healing hands-I felt no pain during or after the procedure. I’m very impressed with The Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry-I highly recommend to anyone that needs dental services.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal performed today. My gum was numbed by a q-tip with gel on it before anything else was done. Another x-ray of my tooth was taken so that they could see the tip of the nerve that would be treated. They administered anesthesia and then they cleaned and disinfected it, filled and sealed it temporarily with a rubber-like material called gutta-percha. My mouth is numb all the way up my nose on that side. The procedure took about an hour with less pain this time. My mouth was crooked again when I left. I had to stop and get a script filled for an antibiotic since those toxins in my gums caused me to feel ill over the weekend from the last procedure. It took 4 or 5 hours for the numbing effect to wear off. There's no soreness, so far.

At one point I had to reschedule and that was hassle free, which is saying a lot at most offices. Dr. Pelton was so nice and caring to both and met us at checkout/reschedule counter. Fantastic experience: Wow! Dr. Marshall was able to repair my broken implant when the original dentist nor more current dentist could! I was told the original implant would have to be removed from my jaw ; however, Dr. Marshall, tool the time to see me, as a new patient, and repaired the implant (saving me $1,000’s)!!! Positive experience: Staff friendly the office and rooms clean. I had called a week before because of pain when trying to eat. The dentist was friendly but I paid $187 and nothing was done but x-rays. They made me another appointment for 10 days later to discuss the cost of fixing my teeth. So altogether it will be longer than a month before I get some relief. If I can even afford to do it. LoL but that's okay. We will see. Other than that it was awesome.
