From the welcoming staff at the front desk to my dental hygienist Abigail, who does an amazing job with cleaning mine and my 6 year old daughter’s teeth! She loves the dentist but she loves going to see Abigail and have her teeth cleaned! She has the bubbliest personality and is always so informative with anything we have going on! We highly recommend this office to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I’m not a big fan of having dental work done, but the staff here is great. They tell you upfront what they will be doing and give you options. I had four fillings done today and it was painless, the dentist and dental assistant were as nice as can be! They were always checking on me to make use I was comfortable and if I needed a break. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. If I could give them 10 starts I would.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appt here for my husband, just based off of a Google search of dentist near me. He got there and was hesitant. we were both unaware that they do so much more then plain Ole dentistry. He told me. He was keeping this appointment but I needed to find him a different one. From the end of his appointment until an hour after he got home all I heard about was how good they did, how welcoming they were, and how he has another appointment set up. . I will be making my own appointment there soon, pretty sure he sold me on them.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful customer service with the front desk staff. I called to see if I could get my 2 teenagers a new patient appointment and if they excepted our insurance. Lacey, went above and beyond to take down my information and concerns with my children's teeth, so they could look into whether or not they accept our insurance. Even if they don't, this was one of the best customer service encounters that I have had with any of the dentist offices here in Monroe County!

Fantastic experience: Scotty Devine is great. I had a tooth pulled and didn't feel a thing. Everybody is so nice. This place is the best.

Negative experience: Went in for a tooth ache and found out they only had enough time to tell you what you needed to have done not to do anything, that would require another office visit charge. Not to allow enough time to at least do a filling is double charging. That may be ok for people with insurance.

Fantastic experience: Annabelle was a doll! That was a my first visit and so glad I found this dental practice. I cherish my teeth and I know they will help take care of my smile.

Positive experience: Everyone was very helpful and friendly and patient. The ONLY problem I had was I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and was not told I would be required to do a whole "plan" that was $400+ with x-rays etc or not be seen. So I had a little sticker shock and had to adjust my plans to be there longer. But after I got through that the experience was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Devine is amazing!!!! Today I had some teeth removed as I have had done before by him. He has always made me feel comfortable and done such a great job. I was very anxious but he made me feel more relaxed. He is positive and understanding. Today I had a tech with me that held my hand the whole way through and I am very grateful for her!!!! I don’t recall her name but I know she had beautiful red hair. If you have anxiety about the dentist I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Devine and his staff! If you need a hand to hold on to find the girl with the beautiful red hair lol.

Fantastic experience: Let's face it-no one likes going the dentist. After several bad experiences with other dental groups, i ended up giving Moore Smiles a chance and it ended up being a great choice!!! They literally made dental work easy to handle. You can tell by the staff that Christy Moore treats them well and it comes through to the clients. Autumn was so thorough and smooth with my initial visit, it really made the difference going forward. Christy Moore herself came in to check in to make sure I was doing well. Lindsay does a fantastic job running the front office- those office girls make her job easy. They are "all smiles", thorough, quick, accurate. Let's not forget Willow-what a paw above the rest! Give them a chance- you will be glad you did!
