Fantastic experience: So far, so good! Working with Omar Orthodontics has been impeccably seamless and she and her staff are so kind! I had my initial consultation with Dr Omar back in September and was in my angel aligners by mid-October. I loved how honest and matter-of-fact she was during the consult and how she approaches the choice between braces/Invisalign/Angel aligners made it very easy to say yes to working with her. Her personality and the way she truly cared about providing the best care plan that fit my needs absolutely sold me to her practice. I just had my first check in since then, and things are progressing very well! I really love the technology that they use. I was provided with a scanner app used together with my phone for my weekly scans so I don't have to go into the office often for adjustments. I can already see the teeth shifting and I'm hopeful for more steady progress. Will report back after I'm done with my aligner journey!

Negative experience: Took my son here to get braces off and retainers. Was told it was $900 never was told anything about a retainer replacement program. 3 weeks later my son lost his retainers now I’m being told it’s $650 for a new pair. Very disappointed now my son‘s teeth are going to go back to the way they were

Fantastic experience: Dr. Omar and her staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We started with Invisalign and pivoted to traditional metal braces when I needed something that fit my lifestyle a bit better. Dr. Omar listened and gave the best advice without trying to upsell me. Every single monthly visit in the roughly 2 years I received treatment was pleasant; the staff accommodated my last minute schedule changes from time to time and I never waited more than a minute or two upon arrival to be seated and worked on. 1 year post bracket removal, I'm absolutely stoked at my results and can't stop recommending them. As an added bonus, their office is super neat and clean and I appreciated the freebies like extra pre-pasted toothbrushes between visits to keep my pearly whites clean. Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best orthodontics ever. Dr. Omar is so passionate about her work and all the staffs are incredible. I have encountered various communication issues ( appointments scheduling to Canceling issues) in my life as a patient and working in medical field but Omar orthopedics is best at what they do and love the close relationship they keep with their patients. I am in six years of my dental visits with them. I will continue and possibly even take my kids there someday. Please choose this practice with closed eyes.
