Fantastic experience: update as of 1/20/2026!! came back and still had an amazing experience (kristen schilling is my FAVORITE - makes you feel so comfortable and safe), always love my dental experience here :) Dr Bryan Choi and his staff are unbelievable! Super kind, very meticulous, and highly knowledgeable of teeth! I’m usually super nervous about going to the dentist but as soon as I sat down in the chair, my guard went down and it was the smoothest most affirming check up ever, highly recommend! And the facility is also super clean :)

Fantastic experience: I have never written a reveiw before but I just had to write this one. During Christmas (2025) college break my grandson came to visit from out of town with a tooth ache. My husband searced around for a dentist that could accomodate this emergency and found GoSmiles in Gainesville, VA. Solomon saw Dr. Hoffman who was absolutely wonderful!!!!! He was able to be seen the same day he got off the plane. The staff was incredible and supportive. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hoffman and GoSmiles in Gainesville!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful. They give you all possible options for treatment, and explain everything thoroughly. Front desk staff is very helpful, and the ability to text to inquire about appointments is very convenient. hygienist listens to your needs! I was having extreme tooth sensitivity and requested that she used hand tools instead of the water tool. She did as I requested and checked during each step that I was doing ok.

Fantastic experience: GoSmiles has been my family’s #1 dentist for over 15 years. They have always been wonderful, caring and so patient with us. I had a great experience today with Dr. Choi and Sandra. Sandra was so kind and caring while I was getting a crown fitted. It’s people like her that make going to the dentist bearable!! Love them all there.

Positive experience: My orthodontist said I needed to have a few teeth "built-up" to prevent some moving while still wearing my post-braces retainer. This place was really quick to sign me up for this procedure which I was uncomfortable with as it would be changing my smile, teeth, etc. It would have been nice to talk to a dentist/orthosurgeon about this. I initially had bad results, due to my teeth being a little worn down from grinding and poor results from invisalign braces. Teeth 7 and 8 were as large as my two front teeth, which were slightly undersized and thin; it was like having four front teeth, which were also hard to talk over. However, after posting feedback, they offered to have teeth 7 and 8 repaired by a top-notch dentist in Oakton. The truth was that I really needed to have all four teeth done to get a significant aesthetic improvement. Gosmiles paid to re-do caps on teeth 7 and 8 while I paid for the two front teeth, 9 and 10. I was really impressed that Gosmiles responded to my feedback and followed up with me several years after the procedure. I finally am happy with my smile.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility, fantastic staff. I was seen by Ms. Cynthia who was caring, gentle, and helpful. She showed me exactly on my scans where the problem areas were and how to address them. She even turned her monitor to show me exactly where in mouth I needed to focus, which is something Ive never experienced anywhere else. Dr. Choi was professional and walked me through the next steps in my care plan as well as checked on the problem areas again and gave his input. The facility itself is beautiful and clearly well maintained. I'd rate it higher if I could. Highly recommend

There are TV/monitors positioned so the dentists can show you xrays and pictures to explain things to you, as well as to give you something to look at while they work in your mouth. Fantastic experience: Had a first round of a crown procedure today (shaving down the tooth) with Priscilla. Despite the long procedure and doctors shaving down my tooth, I didn’t felt a thing. They did a great job and should I ever need another crown, there’s not a part of me that would be nervous again. If you’re looking for a new dentist, definitely give GoSmiles a try. Ever since they replaced the previous dental office in that lot, my dental appointments have actually been quite relaxing.

Negative experience: Didn’t even make it back to be treated. Pushy staff, more concerned about profits than patient care. Asked to reschedule after getting the bill and what should have been an easy reschedule turned into staff trying to push me into 1. Not getting certain treatments, like fluoride I said I wanted, to “just do the X-rays” when I expressed not being comfortable with doing anything without sedation and, again, requested to reschedule a week out and instead of just rescheduling I was bullied and shamed into trying to do treatments I had expressed I was not comfortable with. I never stormed out of anywhere so get your facts correct if you want to shame someone online as well. All I needed was to be rescheduled, not pushed and shamed and bullied. Do better.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival at my dentist office for my appointment, the entire staff was very friendly, professional,and knowledgeable. I certainly appreciated how the hygienist Rose was. Also as I sat in the chair, both Rose and Dr. Choi explained step by step the treatment plan that I was going to receive. I was very pleased with the service. Both the hygienist and the doctor frequently assurances to make sure all concerns were addressed. I have needles anxiety, but I felt right at home with both the hygienist and the doctor. They made me feel at ease during the procedure. I will highly recommend GoSmiles.

Fantastic experience: Today we had a technical glitch…somehow my husbands information got put as my contact information so my appointment was never confirmed. 7am, they still made my appointment happen with my normal amazing singing hygienist as we talked about the 80’s music playing in the background. Dr then came in and was understanding of what I do, how I do and why I do things. He accepts what he cannot make me change and I love that! 10/10! It has convinced me to move forward with his recommended treatment with his allowed modifications for me, even though it may be a little bit difficult. Staff from front to back is AMAZING!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal today on an abscessed tooth and it was probably the best experience I've ever had in a dental office. I've avoided the dentist for 7 years because of anxiety, but everyone in this office has such a calming presence, it was amazing. Dr. Choi and his assistant did an incredible job and they both seemed so confident that it eased my fears almost immediately. I've had bad experiences with getting numbed in other offices so I was particularly scared for that part, but Dr. Choi did it so efficiently and effectively that I don't think I ever want to go anywhere else (which is saying a lot because I live 4 hours away). They also got me in relatively quickly compared to other dental offices I tried to schedule with, and that's always a plus. :) Highly recommend!!!
