Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned today by Ben first time he was amazing! As usual Dr Neu ,is great!!

Fantastic experience: First time in to this dentist location and couldn’t be happier with the experience. To begin I was greeted promptly upon entering and since all the information I filled out only just walked in with no additional paper work. Moving forward I came in for a dental exam, the process was comfortable and quick. Dr Neu was very informative, they have comfort menu to make the experience that much better. After going over the exam with him he led me to see the best path for my teeth journey, while this was all in play I was aware that they are out of network for me personally and they took the time to make sure I got the out of pocket expense down to the penny to make sure I knew what I was in for. Overall honest people, comfortable setting and great care!!

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the area and found Neu Family Dental by asking around. I had my first appointment last week and couldn’t be happier. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Ben, the hygienist, was top-notch—he really listened to me, followed my suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had a great cleaning and am very happy I found Neu Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Neu with sort of an emergency and was taken immediately with great results. Dr. Neu is a pleasure to work with - and saying that for a dentist shows how happy I was with the outcome. Also, Kevin, his assistant, was wonderful and so helpful. I recommend this dental group and give them high praise. BTW - having a crown fitted and placed within the same day and not having to wear a temporary is the way to go.

After having poor dental work done elsewhere, I returned to him for a second opinion, and he helped correct what was done wrong. Fantastic experience: Ben, my hygienist, took such great care of me as he did the last time I was in. I look forward to my appointments even when I know I haven’t flossed or water picked as often as I should have. They never make me feel bad about it. However, they do educate you on dental Healthcare. From the time you walk through the door, you are greeted With Love. Fantastic experience: Had my regular checkup and cleaning performed by Dr. NEU himself. Had a very thorough cleaning and was provided insight into what to expect with future dental care. The best decision I made was changing my dentist to Neu Family Dental. Today I had my regular checkup and cleaning with Juanna. She has such a gentle touch and did a very thorough cleaning and assessment. Close examination by Dr. Neu revealed that I may need to replace a few of my older fillings. I am getting the best dental care ever with Neu Family Dental. I was in for my checkup and had the same great experience. Kevin was very helpful as my checkup and cleaning went quick and easy. Never a bad experience. The staff provided an excellent level of service and took the time to clearly explain my issues and what my options were. They were extremely thorough in their examination. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The best dental experience ever. You could say I'm as good as Neu! I had to return for a minor adjustment on my new crown. Willma shared what the potential causes were for my discomfort. Dr. Neu confirmed and made the adjustments. I'm smiling once again. Returned for a follow up with Dr Neu and Wilma. What was thought to be an issue with my crown, was just a blurry x-ray. Dr. Neu was very thorough to ensure everything was A-OK.

Fantastic experience: Dr Thomas was gentle, always communicating What he was doing. Gave me signals to use thru procedure. PAINLESS!!! I wish I know him years ago; I might then have better teeth . Not in my network but will continue to use.

Fantastic experience: I was just there yesterday and I completely messed up the time. I thought my appointment was at 10:00am but it was actually 1:00pm. Bonnie, the hygienist took me in just the same without any judgement but with a smile and understanding welcome. Dr. Neu came in and apologized for the mixed up and I felt really bad because it was really my fault. I was so grateful that they took me in despite my mistake because I drove an hour long to get there. Dr. Neu resolved my problem and Bonnie gave me a lot of great suggestions to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Here, you're really treated so well with so much care and professionalism. Negative experience: I had a great experience until I kept saying 6 times that there is something wrong with two of my teeth there was an infection after being told there was nothing wrong I’m starting to trust only a certain amount of dentists I wasted money on two crowns here 3k is gone and waste of money if there is something wrong I thought you got reimbursed but I guess not

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Neu Family Dental since 2016 and I’ve always been happy with the service provided to me. Today I brought my dad in since he was in a lot of pain. Fantastic experience: Before coming to Neu Family Dental, I always felt very anxious before every appointment which led to a long stretch of not going to the dentist. Dr. Neu came highly recommended by my wife’s family and since being cared for by Dr. Neu and his extraordinary staff, going to the dentist every 6 months is a delight! From the moment I walk in and am greeted at the front desk, it feels like family. I have worked with every hygienist in the practice and they all are warm, professional, and great at what they do. After finishing up with the hygienist, Dr. Neu always comes to greet me, ask and answer questions, and double check the work that has been done. My teeth were not great when I first started going to Dr. Neu. His explanation of what was going on was honest and understandable. He created a plan for me, and with his expertise and state of the art equipment, my teeth now look and feel great and healthy! My wife and kids love this practice too! Fantastic experience: Had a great visit, as a new patient. They got me in right away. Explained everything, very thorough. Appreciated the breakdown of my bill upfront, so I could prepare for my responsibilities. Fantastic experience: Came to Dr. Neu for a second opinion on two teeth another dentist told me had cavities. Dr. Neu confirmed one, but for the other area told me about a different treatment that doesn’t involve drilling and made me feel very comfortable. Will be getting the work done here!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a second opinion, I found Dr. Neu on Google. Since their reviews were impressive and they were nearby, I sent them my x-rays for an appointment. Dr. Neu called me back, offering a complimentary appt. Yesterday I was impressed with his asst (Moda) and their level of care, the staffs' thoroughness and the level of technology they use. Fantastic experience: I have to say I love my dentist, but my mind has been changed today. My beautiful better half had a a horrible tooth ache, her insurance by far, was one of the worst experiences. We went to my dentist and after confusion said we would have to pay 50% for our of network, I spoke to the insurance they said 80%was covered, I tried to explain to them what they told me, they said she would have to wait until they verified and I tried to do a 3 way when I was on the phone in front of them. They said to go home and they would call when they had a answer. Mean while she's is in horrible pain, we left and just happened to see Dr. Neu name and called. Now I may spell this wrong, but Yeddi there, is amazing, I called and explained the situation, it was close to closing time, not only did she talk with the Dr and would see us, she even got on the phone with the insurance company and got the coverage information in no time and had the woman I love in the back being seen. As they did the procedure, I sat in the waiting area and I was offered all kinds of goodies like I was family sitting in the living room. I went back there and met the Dr and what an old school feel you don't see much anymore. The compassion that was shown by the whole staff is unbelievable. She is resting comfortably and not only is she pain free, the mental thought of her having bad breath and stuff was gone, and she was perked up. He knew what to say and how yo make her feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience here, it literally brought me to tears. Entire staff was great. I was anxious already and everyone there was so kind and friendly. Not just to me but my daughter. Right off the bat, they were not only so kind but professional and very throughout. They took the time to really explain things to me, and in such a way that I truly felt they cared about my situation. Their referral program was the cherry on top. I ended up not paying a dime for my initial visit and X-rays. Overall I would def recommend. Very nice place and clean too!
