Fantastic experience: MK&C Kettering is a great office. My husband recently visited for a second opinion. Dr. Banks took additional time during the appointment to answer his questions and address his concerns. The front desk was also very helpful in answering questions pertaining to insurance. Fantastic experience: Thinking I had some huge problem with a toothache and then I thought there isn’t going to be anything wrong and I would be foolish to go to the dentist Well…I had unbeknownst to me deep in my gum a little calcified bunch of food deep in my gum causing me ache ..well super Dr Johnson came to the rescue solved my issue … So glad I went

Fantastic experience: This this a great office. Front desk and dentists alike are kind, patent, and informative. I had been taking my sister there for quite awhile who is autistic among other things and they worked really well with her. She's had a history of biting, growling, other unusual tendencies... they were just great with her and were patent enough to navigate with that well.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of dental anxiety and was dreading my dentist appointment. The staff at MK&C made me feel much more at-ease and comfortable than I expected. In my experience, clinics I have previously visited have been condescending and rude, and everyone at MK&C was kind. Holly, my hygienist, was especially great. Robin, the office manager, took the time to go over insurance details with me. Dr. Banks was fantastic, explained everything to me, and was encouraging - I don't dread future appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Holly was my hygienist and Dr.Banks finished the exam. I felt seen and heard which is something that rarely happens with Doctors. Highly recommend making this office yours! Update: I have now been a patient for over a year and I can truthfully say this office truly cares about your health! Their has been issues with my bite after a cavity fill and I was able to get in and get it adjust very easily!

Fantastic experience: I was desperate to find a dental clinic near me, instead of driving to one 25 miles away. So happy that three of my friends recommended this place to me. Location: Not a bad drive for me at all. Takes me about 20 minutes to get there from West Carrollton. Parking is easy and great. The interior is comforting and welcoming. Staff: Couldn't be happier, honestly. I was a new patient, but they talked to me as if they've known me all my life. The person, Lei (I might be misspelling her name), I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and even helped me schedule an appointment for my husband who hasn't been to the dentist since he was a kid, so I'm excited that he'll finally be getting cared for, too. Scheduling: I cannot promise that this will be your experience, but I got lucky and someone cancelled, so when my tooth cleaning at my former dentist went awry, I called them and they were able to get me booked literally the next day, which is phenomenal because I really thought it was going to be in May and I was a bit nervous. Dental Work: I went in just for my bi-annual cleaning. The dentist actually discovered a few small cavities and some decay behind my existing crown. I was actually shocked that none of this had been mentioned to me the prior dentist I saw, especially because I had gone in with concern over discoloration and gum recession around my crown and I was told that it's just an aesthetic issue and part of aging. They were able to get me booked in to deal with the decay/get a temporary crown within 48 hours and I'm already booked to get my permanent crown replacement. I just feel so much BETTER and it feels like I'm actually going to be taken care of again. I'm not just a number at a corporate dental office anymore.

Positive experience: Office was very organized and efficient. But unfortunately my teeth cleaning was a little bit rough this visit but I got through it. That’s the only complaint I have for this visit only. Disappointed though that this practice will not be covered on my insurance in 2026.

Fantastic experience: They replaced all my metal fillings years ago and made a new crown. They did a really good job and never had any problems since. It’s very clean there and everyone is really nice. It’s a bit of drive from our house but worth it. If you want a good dentist office they’re the best! All the staff there are wonderful and friendly. Dr Banks really knows her stuff. They really know how to work with your insurance provider to get the most out of your benefits also.

Fantastic experience: Dr. J probably one of the best dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. Their staff is very courteous and efficient their procedures, are painless I had a bridgework and fillings done there and they treated me with compassion. They are very professional at what they do. Fantastic experience: I seriously love everyone here. I had to get 6 front crowns after chipping my bonding that was 17 years old, and they got me in super fast. I'm so happy with how my crowns turned out; you can’t even tell they’re not my real teeth, which is exactly what I wanted. Fantastic experience: I just had new set of Dentures made, and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Dr. Banks took care of me. Attention to to detail, the color shade, the sizing, and fit & finish we're perfect. She knew what I needed and got me together. I've been wearing them for 2 weeks now with no blisters. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole experience went smoothly, and I'm Ecstatic about my new teeth!

I have had several issues with different dentists in the past but this is the first dental office where I feel valued and respected and I am able to trust my dentist and the staff. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend MK&C dental. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I have been having issues with a couple of teeth and they got right to it to figure out the problem. I have other issues going on as well, but instead of overwhelming you with everything at once they cater to your top concern and that’s the first priority here.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about MKC Dental Practice! Robin addressed my concerns and was able to give me an appointment quickly! Patti got the preliminary information & X-rays needed for Dr. Banks, who then examined me with her great standard of care and compassion. Fantastic experience: I have worked in health care for quite a long time now. I have worked on trauma teams, and seen the worst, all that medical experience didn't mean I was not terrified of the dentist. From the first time I met Dr. Johnson and his staff I was amazed. Most recently just went in for a procedure and was not even a bit nervous, as that has all passed thanks to Dr. Johnson and his staff. Holly the dental hygienist is amazing as well. Would say to anyone that asks, this truly is a great place to feel comfortable and get great dental care. Fantastic experience: Dr. Banks and Angie always take great care of me. They recommended braces; I got them, and I have been loving my smile every since. The office staff and manager are exceedingly friendly and professional, which makes the entire experience enjoyable. UPDATE: I had some ancient fillings replaced today. Patty, Alejandro, and Dr. Banks went above and beyond in making me feel welcome, valued, and safe. All of the numbing (lidocaine), drilling, and refilling occurred without a moment of discomfort. They run a wonderful office with great energy.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience! I had went to Van Buren dental and was treated so poorly by their dentist so coming into this place was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was so nice. Dr Banks was so patient and informative, eased all my fears. I Came in with a pretty significant dental issue. What took Van Buren Dental 4 phone calls and 2 visits to not resolve took an hour for this office to clear up.. I highly recommend them!!

They looked ahead at my insurance prior to me getting there so all I had to do was fill out my new patient paperwork and I was good to go. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment as a new patient. My hygenist, Cicely, was fantastic. She explained every procedure as we went along. She was gentle and while I have more work to have done on my teeth, I left feeling refreshed. The office team should be commended as well. They went through the billing process and explained what my insurance did and didn't cover, better than the insurance company! Overall, the visit was ideal.
