Fantastic experience: Edgerly Dentistry has the BEST customer service! They were running a little behind on my procedure due to a scheduling mix up, which wasn't a big deal to me. Dr. Edgerly apologized and sent me home with a sweater and cup and this nice card. That's really above and beyond customer service that is much appreciated. I've never had an office do this!

Fantastic experience: I love the Dr. Edgerly dental office and his team. They are all professional and very knowledgeable. They are prompt at getting you when your appt is scheduled. Cleaning appointments are very thorough, and will explain everything to you as they are doing any procedure. I recommend this place to anyone. Also, they are very clean and sanitary. Praise Jesus

He has always made me feel comfortable and at ease with every procedure, and I leave the office feeling even more confident in my smile each time. Kaitlan was amazing while assisting during my procedure, and I’ve had equally wonderful experiences with Lori and Tish in previous visits. Kayla always provides consistently excellent cleanings, and my oldest daughter receives fantastic care from Marsha and Callie. My youngest daughter just started coming here as well. This office delivers top-tier care every single time. Such an amazing team, love yall!

Fantastic experience: The Dr, assistants, staff and hygienists are awesome, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Very short wait times, nice facility, good location, easy in and out. I highly recommend Edgerly. If there is an area of improvement it is the check in paperwork/data collection process prior to the visit. Would be nice to have one question asked “Has anything changed on your medical or personal record since your last visit? A yes would open the 50 questions, a No would satisfy the query. That would create fewer personal data or hard copy sets of information. Currently this and virtually all other dental, medical practices ask a lot of repeat questions including SS# each visit and shortening that process with fewer questions would be an improvement. This is not a ding on this practice, it is the same with all professional providers I visit and needs improvement.

Fantastic experience: They take such great care of my 6 year old every time we go, they go out of their way to make her comfortable. The staff is amazing, we haven’t met anyone yet who hasn’t had a smile on their face. They are all very knowledgeable and answer any questions we have. THE BEST dental office!

Fantastic experience: I had a great deal of anxiety in regard to dental visits. All that went away with one appointment with Dr. Edgerly and the dental hygienist Marcia. I was comfortable the entire procedure, and any anxiety I had in regard to a return visit, is completely non existent. Update, had a second visit and I still feel the same way. Update as of 11/06/24, dental appointments are very stress free now, and their interaction with my insurance is seamless.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Edgerly, Dr. Sam and all their staff! Most friendly and professional group of people! I hate to say it, but I kinda enjoy going to the Dentist now, LOL.

Fantastic experience: The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The technician was very thorough and informative and followed all sterile protocols. The practice had very up to date equipment and was a nice facility. Dr.Sam(antha) was super nice and explained everything and formulated a treatment plan that laid out everything including cost. For the initial visit, multiple X-rays were taken and they also had a camera that took pictures of the backside of the problem teeth. While there, Dr. Sam treated the sensitive teeth with a coating to help with the pain. I would highly recommend. 11/4/24 update: Final work finished today. Since sedation was needed, Dr. Edgerly did the work. He is very knowledgeable and the practice has all of the latest equipment. If you have not seen a dentist in a while, you should use Dr. Edgerly for a better experience.
